they over heated my chopped bbq sandwich so tasted like crap couldnt even eat it took it back and the owner gets an attitude and tells me i complaint too much , and i told him if my food was made rigth i wouldnt be complainting. , and i told him not to worry about me complainting again cause im not buying there no more. his answer was I DONT CARE , , i dont even know why they heat your sandwich in the micriwave to start with ,...... poor customer service specially coming from the owner im a business owner my self and will never take care of a unsatisfy customer the way this guy did .wish they had munus 1 star rating

Excellent barbecue. Met the owners, Clint and Michael, at the Rockwall Rib Rub competition. Got a sample of their BBQ and it was really good (and I heard later they got a judges award). Went to their restaurant and had the pulled pork sandwich, which is waaay out there good. Ive also had the chopped beef brisket sandwich, the ribs and their sampler plate - all were excellent. Service is friendly and fast. Prices are very good. Wish they had a nicer setting, but the food way more than makes up for it.

Great experience at Macks BBQ! They were about to close and they were kind enough to let me order. Let me tell you something- They have the best BBQ that Ive ever had! I will be back. If you havent had MACKSs BBQ, you are missing out!

Macks catered my daughters graduation party. The chopped beef, sausage, spicy beans and sweet slaw were amazing!!! Prices were great and they delivered and set up, taking the burden off of us. Oh! and that sauce! Yummy!!!!!

I live about a mile away at first I liked the place, now not at all. I went in on one occasion ordered a sandwich the bread was hard and potato salad is not made fresh and employes during lunch time are very rude.
