My father owned a pub up north for nearly 15 years. We made a traditional hand made burger called the "Chuck Burger." Grilled on an old gas grill with Lava Rocks. We sold literally 50lbs of these burgers every week. I still remember how good they were even to this day. But all I can say is,...Boots Burger is every bit as wonderful as the ones we had,...*maybe a little better! Had my first double double with a side of jalapeno relish today. I think thats the best burger Ive ever had in my life! Ill be kicking myself for a few because my wife and I have been here 6 years and are just now finding out about this little gem! You guys have a great thing going on over there,...Dont change a thing! 7 stars! M&C Rockwall, Tx.

Best damn homemade greasy burger you ever have eaten! My wife explained to me that this old house sold the best burgers she ever had eaten and it was a house that made home made hamburgers. Well thi burger was the best burger I had ever eaten before" and reminded me of the good ol fashioned hamburger. Its a hole in the wall but the place is backed up with orders. Its a house that sells burgers and not a restaurant.Get your burger to go!!! Good hamburger with lots of traditon in cooking the burger, you guys cook a mean one.

I am a Boots fan and the burgers are delicious, easy in and easy out. FAST! Ive resided in Rockwall for 16 years and was introduced to Boots back then. I am very happy to see a company make a success out of something that has not had a zillion dollars spent on it. I love their attitude and ability to sell it till the meat is gone! The early bird gets the worm. Take me back to the good ole days and this will do it, when things were simple and wonderful!!!

Rumoured to be the best burgers in Texas, this odd little place is very simple but the recipe to their burgers is one of a kind. And its open until they run out of meat Ive been told, and that can happen quickly when people are out shoppin. So google it, ask a local, etc. for the phone number and order ahead! Even if u miss out on a day, try again the next day. ITS WORTH IT! And....a Boots burger is to be eaten fresh, so no microwavin!

Best hand crafted Burger at a unreal low price. I was told by a friend, they do not like fast food burgers any more because they have had the best. A Boots Buger I believe the meat has never been frozen and hand pressed Pickup only, an sell out most days Hard to find because it is on a side street between 2 houses. These burgers are highly recommended! Cooked like a burger should be, served steaming hot...in my case a double, on a fresh bun, with fresh fixings. When I bit into it, the tastes melded together. No place to sit and eat, but, take it with you and pull over, then take the wrapper home . This father and son have a great little home business. Delicious!

Great burgers, get there early, or call your order in. They only cook what ground beef they season each day, then they close up shop.. Had to wait a little while at the window (the place is in an addition to a house on a corner).. Burger was quite delicious, and there was a bench to sit/eat.. Most people take it to go.

Just ate this talked about burger thats cooked in a small residential house in the heart of Rockwall and all I can say is...... when you walk up and smell the fumes of hamburger meat being cooked. You know its gonna taste great..... AND IT DID TASTE!!! I will return for sure....

I was born in Rockwall in 1967, Boots started in 1968. Not much has changed.... as far as the boots burger goes, still great and still a guilty pleasure. Dont miss the jalapeno relish, and always order a double double. Im not really sure why, but they are still the best!

This place is not only the greatest burger place in the world, but the employees are amazing. Russel is always so polite to everyone, even when he doesnt know them. The food is always hot and ready, even when the order is called in.

Guy at the window didnt seem happy to be there but I dont even care because that cheeseburger was excellent. Make a trip and let it drip. Boots burger knows whats up with burgers.

I recommend calling ahead because the wait can be about 30 minutes, but believe me it is well worth it. The burger tastes amazing and the bun was toasted perfectly.
