After walking in, lady at the counter looked at us and didnt say a word and went about her business. After a couple minutes she came.to the register and took my order. Only to realize shes the manager. She was rather unpleasant as if she didnt want to be there. I was not satisfied with the customer service. The food was sub par. Nothing to gloat about. Only complain I have about the food the hashbrown was greasy. Over all the place was clean. Mensroom was clean.

The most horrible service. I ordered 2 Blizzards, a smoothie and a Caramel sundae. 25 minutes later a young girl brought me 4 mini Blizzards that I didnt order so I told her what I ordered. Then a young guy brought my smoothie. I waited for another 20 minutes and still nothing. I found a manager and told her what has happened so she wrote down my order again and said it would be right out. I got my order 15 minutes after that and when I got home it was wrong again.

Took 15 min to make a pop corn chicken and a oreo milk shake. The pop corn chicken cam out 10 min befor the milkshake and most of the other machines were either not producing right or broken. Not recommended for anyone else to go to. Trust my review i was nice to them from the start

5 stars because the staff was super friendly and nice! I thought they deserved the recognition. I went on 7/21/2017 around 9:00 PM, the male there even "juggled" my blizzard to show the infamous no falling out texture. Awesome staff.

I ordered coffee then decided to order a hash brown and ham burrito. It was goodand hot. Food was out pretty fast and the girls at the front had a big smile and greeted me when I walked in.

Its always has a lot of flus inside the restaurant. They never participant in the DQ Deals. I would drive to Crandal DQ and pass up this location.
