was super disappointed since I had high expectations. I have enjoyed pho several times because I used to live in Portland and Seattle where it is a staple. I love getting pho and was eager to find a good place. I ordered #2 yet that is not what I got. I brought it up to my waitress who told me that meat sometimes has tendons. Yes, I am aware that you can order it since it is on the menu and I specifically did not. She then brought out some brisket, yet it was some of the fattiest brisket Ive seen. The spring rolls were kind of dry as well. Plus I got the jasmine iced tea which was very bitter. This place is not worth the money.

Quick service, hardly any wait time for your food, & very clean inside the restaurant. The waiters are very quick to receiving your orders, so be ready to order when you sit down. The Pho noodle soups at this location has some great taste & flavors. This place is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Richardson, TX. The weekends are busy with large groups of people at the tables (especially on Sundays after church) but, in my experience, Ive never had to wait for a table. Ive been coming to this Richardson location since 2008!!

Cleanest Phô yet! I came here about 8yrs ago during my college days and forgot about it. I remember it being delicious. I believe I had a vermicelli plate back then and it was yummy. Today was time for another visit since I was out all day, perspired quite a bit and needed to rehydrate. Well, this phô was perfect. Thank you! Only 4 stars cuz I never got my chili paste, even after asking 3x. So, patience with the servers is required, sorry.

The Pho here is extremely good and the prices are well within reason. After eating here over a dozen times I have noted that the staff, and mainly the women who work there, are unfriendly and subtly snub non-Vietnamese. The behaviors I have noted are: 1. Not making eye contact during the order. 2. Tone of voice during order taking. 3. When serving a couple the man is served before the woman.

We go here at least once or twice a week. The Pho is great, and the eggrolls are amazing. Ive also tried the vermicelli bowls, which are really good, too! Sometimes they are spot on with the service, and sometimes you have to get their attention for a refill of your drink, but I wont hold that against them. Sometimes they are just really busy, or winding down from a really busy rush.

This place was the worst Pho resturant I have ever ate at. I paid about $8 for XL bowl and got nothing but soup barely any noodle or meat. Pho Pasteur makes Vietnamese Food look real bad. If you want to eat good Vietnamese Pho worth your money, I recommend Pho Bang or Saigon Kitchen for their good tasting Pho that will make you full. Damn Pasteur is a bunch of stingy people.

I came here today for lunch first off they took a while to even recognize me. The pho is not all that Pho Empire is the best. Anyways I was charged 8.61 for the pho I check my debit account and they charged me 10.33 and when i called they said it was their mistake. Im sorry but they knew exactly what they were doing and to me thats theft. I will be takinh this issue futher.

My friends all liked it. I didnt like it at first but it eventually grew on me Sometimes I felt they were not attentive to me. I dont know if they havent learned the local way of treating a customer or they are only attentive to certain types of customer Dont order the large bowl of pho unless you are a big person or ordering for two. Even the regular bowl is very large

This is the best pho place I have ever eaten at. Their broth is really flavorful, its almost like they use more beef bones to make the stock compared to other pho restaurants. The portions are also really big. Other restaurants have small portions despite ordering the XL bowls. Definitely a step up from other places such as Bistro B, Pho Bac, Pho 95, and Pho Bang.

Today was my second time going for their chicken Pho. The only thing I disliked is that one of the slices of jalapeño peppers had mold on it and it had this black/white slime on it. The basil also had this black stuff on it. I did not have a problem the first time I tried their pho but they need to check their stuff before they put it out for people to eat it.

I cant speak for their pho, or anything else, but their Com Ga Nuong is truly exceptional. It is my favorite Com Ga Nuong between Dallas and Houston. (And thats saying a lot!) I think that going to any authentic Asian restaurant and expecting excellent service is a huge joke, personally. Here, theyre not US-par service, but theyre not awful, either.

The food is ok here but the red beans in our mixed drinks smell like they have fermented. The lady owner refused to have them changed ! We have a communication problem with the wait stuff here especially the older guy at the counter who is very rude and smells very strongly of cigarettes. Adios and good luck!

I love the decor! It was the very first thing that caught my eye when I went here. Always busy, meaning its great. Even on weekdays. I love everything that they have. From Pho to vermicelli bowls.

A great place with consistently high quality foods. So often you see pho places that start cutting corners over the years. This place has maintain high quality and tasty foods.

Very good food and prices but the service is lacking. Had to flag down someone for refills and napkins. Also taking forever to get our check so we can pay our bill and leave!

Bad service. Bad food. The old Manager smells so strongly of cigarettes, it makes me wanna throw up. Guess I have to wear a nose/mouth mask if I ever come here again.

Had the Pho. Loved the broth, it was flavorful and delicious. Will be back to try the crushed rice, which another customer there was raving about.

This is the best Pho I have ever had. I also work close to the one in Carrollton and it is PHO-TASTIC as well. Good price and excellent food.

Cleanest pho spot in town without compromising the taste (if you know what I mean). Wife and I eat here about once a month.
