Came here for dinner with family and ordered a Southwest Turkey Burger, a Sweet and Spicy Turkey Burger (without mayo), a Buspoke Burger (cooked med), and two orders of shoestring fries: Sweet potato and Reg French Fries. After waiting 20+ min for the food we noticed we did not get the sweet potato fries or the correct turkey burger (we were brought 2x sweet and spicy sandwiches WITH mayo). Addressed it to staff and apologized then quickly brought us the correct turkey burger, but didnt bring us the sweet potato fries. After I cut into my Bespoke Burger I noticed the meat was undercooked. I normally have any steak or burger cooked med so I am familiar with the amount of pink it consists of. This looked like it was more med rare. I addressed the same staff member and he proceeded to disagree with what we consider as medium. He asked me what he wanted me to do so I informed him of the many mistakes the restaurant has made and said he would refund my meal and fries. I would be more forgiving if the kitchen made sure the order was prepared correctly before it went out to the guests but that was not the case. I appreciate the refund but I will now think twice before considering coming back.

Pretty disappointed. This was my first visit to Village Burger. I met my husband there for lunch and ordered the usual burger and fries. I was asked how I wanted it cooked, and I requested it medium. When it came out, the burger was completely overcooked and dry. Add to that the patty was packed so densely, it made it difficult to chew. The shoestring fries also had no seasoning on them, but that may have been my fault since I didnt know how I was supposed to order them in order to get them salted. My husband asked for truffle fries, and his looked good. Mine were completely bland. My husbands burger was about the same as mine. When we finished I said, "Well, that was better than Jack in the Box, but not by much." With all the burger options out there, I wont go back. The service was fine, and the atmosphere was noisy but expected.

Not a good experience. - - I work about 15-20 minutes from the restaurant so I decided to call my order in and was put on hold for 7 and 31 seconds. I called again and another hold for over 6 minutes. I called again 4 times and keep getting a VM full message for some reason but by that time I was already there. Now parking, it took me over 5 minutes to find one close by but no luck. Finally I get in with 25 minutes to spare only to find out 20 minute wait time. I had to leave and stop at fuzzys for a enchilada platter, which was damn good and fast. Now I can not rate the service nor the food cuss I never got to try it. I hope they get this review and make sure they understand you do not put a customer on hold for that long. It is unexceptable. I might try it maybe couple month but well see.

DONT LET THE NAME FOUL YOU! My 5thgr.& I (momof2wife) had a quick awesome hamburger in a casual sports bar, atmosphere that didnt feel like a bar or weird just grabbing a quick bite with kids. Perfectly placed 9-10 BigScreens, kids meal great sizes $ -& they didnt screw up a single detail on 2crazy/girls basically talking at the same time. Calm, Relaxing, with GREAT Outdoor Seating w/views of the park, playground/creek area in shopping center. Casual running around attire come as you are & watch the game/multiple games. (on multiple screens). FAMILY FRIENDLY fr/a mom who hates eating out because we can normally do it better, BUT VILLAGE BURGER BAR IS ON MY LIST! added pictures!

This location used to be top notch and food fresh. We havent been in a year and a half, today our visit was disappointing. The service was fine but the food was sub-par at best. Front glass door super dirty, soggy lettuce, cheese on the meat looked previously warmed, patty not newly made. The music was so loud you couldnt have a conversation and the entire restaurant including the rest rooms were dirty. They were busy as its Sat., but I wouldnt recommend eating here, ever. Too many other better choices in the area, where cleanliness and fresh food is top priority.

Absolutely awful! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo and the wait on my to go order was 20 minutes. I was asked if "medium was okay?" I told the cashier that Id prefer medium well. I got home and noticed that there was no bacon on the burger. After biting into the burger, I realized that it was still raw on the inside. When I called to notify them, they blew me off and didnt seem to care at all. Their solution was to give me $1 off my order to compensate for me for the missing bacon! Terrible service---I will never be back!

The girl at the counter was not friendly. Handed us a dirty glass and when we asked for a clean one she got a little irritated like we were the ones being rude for wanting a clean glass. I even chose to sit outside to be away from her. My burger was great, I created my own, but the truffle fries were a let down. The other burger we had ordered from the menu was bland. Probably wont be back mainly due to the service.

Been there many times the quality of the food lately has seemed to go downhill I understand the Square at the location gets busy but it shouldnt be lacking the quality of the food ! I just wish the staff Would give more quality time to their customers and their food and orders ! They definitely lack customer service. Go give them a try and you will make the same reviews!

Ive been coming here with my friends several times a week for months! They have great food (sweet potato fries are the best Ive ever had), awesome bar tenders, and the best drink prices in DFW. Happy hour all day, every day -- $1.50 bud light draught or $7.50 beer towers, $2.50 wells, add $1 for a double! I like to think of it as my "Cheers". Favorite bar/restaurant in DFW.

Did VBB change owners? Service has dramatically declined. It seems a bunch of frat boys are running the place. Guy walked away from counter and left me standing. A couple of manager types were talking about going to a neighboring restaurant to eat. Cooling machines on the patio were half off and didnt have any water in them. VBB will go out of business in 6 months.

Ive met friends here on several occasions and have enjoyed it every time. A lot of the people who live at Watters Creek are regulars there. The food, fries and cocktails are really good. The bartenders are great guys. Its a wonderful place to have a drink or a meal and meet with friends where the atmosphere is low key and fun.

The fries and onion rings are really good. They have an awesome menu with tons of options. The music is not too loud and the restaurant has a great view. Also there is a pokestop within reach. If you want your burger cooked medum rare or medium I would recommend asking for rare. I ordered medium rare and it was well done.
