The restaurant is very dirty/shabby. It has water stained ceiling tiles, and in general is a real crap-hole. It has some stupid tropical/aquatic mural. Nothing in the entire restaurant looks like it has been updated since the 80s. Do not go in---you will lose your appetite between the filth and the tackiest decor ever. Also, despite it being August, they had the thermostat set to the mid-eighties. They didnt even have their ceiling fans running. The food was the star, because being decent, when compared to everything else relating to this "crap-hole," puts you almost close to the territory of being an actual restaurant meal. The really terrible, unexcusable event, that topped my visit, was the female manager, expecting me to pay for drinks that the cashier forgot to ring up. At this point I was already halfway through my meal. The cashier was very polite and did not want to charge me for his mistake, (because he was a decent human being, but the manager was the one pushing it). Long story short --- GET YOUR MEAL FROM A REAL RESTAURANT, INSTEAD OF THIS DUMPSTER

This is the worst Chinese Restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of dining at. The Mongolian Beef was 80% soggy onions, 10% soggy bell peppers, 5% soy sauce and 5% BEEF. The Orange Chicken was made at least a week before it was served to me and the rice had ACTUAL MOLD on it. I didnt find the mold until I had eaten the Orange Chicken...and I was VERY sick yesterday. When I called about the Mongolian Beef, they were very rude. They refused to fix the order and said that everyone gets the same amount of beef. If this is true, then everyone is getting ripped off. In summary...horrible food, horrible customer service and tainted food that gave me food poisoning on a biblical scale. Please do not test my review...its not worth your health!!!

I really wouldnt recommend anyone to come here.. the cashiers here do not listen and its been 5 times that I call for a delivery and they always write down the card number and charge it later instead of typing it down. Lord only knows if they even tear up the paper with YOUR CARD NUMBER ON IT! As soon as I found out they write down the number I stopped ordering and started walking in to dine in, but they are just beyond rude. They dont greet, they ignore you and they will only attend you when ever they feel like it.. I stopped coming here and so did my friends and family cause everything I said was true. I dont recommend anyone here

For the prices they offer, this place is great. I highly recommend their Lo Mein Combination and their Broccoli Beef. I read some reviews stating that they were rude and believe me when I tell you these people are FAR from rude - the employees are either very shy or very friendly, and they are thankful for every single customer they get. I have been going here for the past 14 years, exactly ever since they opened and their food has been very consistent. Again - the prices are cheap, if you want something tastier then just go somewhere else and pay a little more.

My go-to for Chinese Delivery! I think its unfortunate that some folks have had a poor experience with this restaurant. I live in the area and have regularly had delivery from them for well over 5 years now. I find the food tasty and plentiful for the money, the delivery and service fast and polite, and have never had a bad experience with Glory Chinese. Ill admit the restaurant itself is less than trendy, but Ive always found it very clean the times Ive been in for pick-up. I will continue to be a very satisfied customer.

Very nice. We order from Glory frequently and have never received poor service. The delivery person is usually prompt and friendly and the food is very hot and delicious. Our phone conversations tend to be interesting due to the language barrier (on occasion), but whether the person taking our order speaks English well or not, the tone is always warm and polite. My boyfriend and I are saddened by so many poor reviews here, as we are very happy Glory customers and will continue to order from them often!

This place is awesome. Too bad they forgot to renew their domain name, but the food is awesome. Best. Chicken. Lo. Mein. And yes, the restaurant itself is a converted fast food spot with really ugly colors... Reminds me of Florida... But it is CLEAN inside. Everything is always very clean. Makes me feel good about ordering take-out! Service is awesome, but the English is not so good. They have messed up some orders but overall very good. Make sure to listen when they repeat it back and youll be ok!

These people have no customer service. They hang up on you, get your order wrong, and are just down right RUDE! Everyone in the building, poses as the owner/manager and do not do anything abou the crappy service they give. Their food is greasy and the delivery driver smells bad. Do not allow them to continue to get your business as this will enable them to continue to treat people badly. Glory Chinese is NOT a good company to deal with.

The food is good but there is this one lady who works there and has been working there for a while who is always rude and has no people skills. She never says hi she never says thank you she gives you attitude and is just money hungry. Shes the only one there who acts that way so youll have no problem bumping into her. The prices are decent but to me customer service tops everything and this place lacks that!

Fast, good service, and good food! I use their drive thru about once a week. I never have to wait long. There hot and sour soup is excellent. It has a pleasing mild sour hearty taste with good texture. It comes free during lunch time for dine in. I have never used there delivery service so I can not comment on that . Location used to be a Miami Subs that I used to eat at in the nineties ! lol

Tasty, hot food and quick service! The place looks kinda run down and is usually pretty empty, but their fried rice is the hands-down best. Its mostly a take out/delivery focused place anyway. Some people complain about the customer service, but as far as Im concerned, as long as you are polite, they are the same. Thats all I really look for in these kinds of takeout Chinese places.

Over priced, bad all around. I paid about $10 for a plate of shrimp lo mein consisting of the cheapest noodles I had ever tasted, with little else in the dish. It tasted like they bought some discount noodles and put a ramen flavor packet in it. I could have done that at home for about 23 cents. I have eaten here twice and have been dis satisfied 3 times. Never again.

guess what! same thing happened! tried ordering and they said they dont want to because i had a different area code for my cell phone when im less than 3 miles from them!! I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the owner! I asked him to confirm his position there and he never replied and apologized for him not wanting to deliver! IDIOT!!!!!
