Whats worse the service or the food? They were quick for us to order, but slow, getting the food to us. We each got our entrees about 5 min apart. I was looking forward to the BBQ based on a recommendation from a friend but forget the brisket. It was dry, there was no pink smoke ring, the meat was dark gray, and way over cooked, and had probably sat in "a gallon of liquid smoke", I sent it back. The next brisket they brought out looked better, but still no smoke ring, lighter gray in color, but still tasted like "too much liquid smoke." Its overpriced too. To make matters worse the busser spilled BBQ Sauce all over my foot and didnt even apologize. I wouldnt recommend this place to any of my friends or clients.

Good food. Ive had the chopped brisket sandwich which was satisfactory on its own. The hot links sandwich was spicy hot. Their fries very nicely seasoned. Unfortunately the smoked brown sugar beans werent all that great. As of September they have added breakfast items. Today 9-15-17 I decided to try it. Unfortunately it was a disappointment. I expect breakfast tacos to be scrambled eggs with meat or additional ingredient. I open tacos to a round sheet of bland egg one over cooked. The filling of both the tacos were subpar. One was missing the bacon and the green chillis put in it were cold.

Like others have mentioned, loose haired employees left little presents in my food. Food came out barely room temperature. This was on a slow evening, so I expected a bit faster service. Maybe they have a good lunch crew. Meat has a good flavor, and the sides are pretty yummy. Id say that if you work or live in this complex, its good enough to pass muster, but is ultimately forgettable BBQ and not worth a car trip.

Ate here today for lunch. Got a brisket taco and it had the smoky flavor however the tortilla was extremely hard and I waited for 8 minutes to get a taco that wasnt even room temp. the cheese wasnt even melted because the food wasnt hot. For almost 5 dollars for 1 taco I would expect it to be all the right, not just mediocre. On a good note the fries were good.

I had the Pork & Slaw and it was every bit as good as it looks. Oh the bottom bun looks too soggy for you? Have no fear the bun did its job with minimal mess. I went with the fam and I dont think I said a word while I devoured this delicious sandwich. The service was fantastic and theres a great view of the park to boot.

I just had lunch here and it was one of the better brisket sandwiches Ive had in a long time. Everyone was super nice and they got me in and out in no time. I only had the potato salad for a side but it was fresh and had a nice of a spicy kick. I will definitely come back again.

When there is places like Hard 8 and Hutchins, it hard to find a place in between the best to the worst. This is an OK place, they are trying really hard to be hip and happning. The food is mediocre at best and if youve never had good BBQ then youll think this place is great.

The food is sublime. Had a sample of the ribs and the prime brisket sandwich, both of which had a smokey quality similar to an aged Balvenie. The deserts are delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the experience is outstanding. Better than the competition any day of the week.

The food is so, so and the service was THE WORSE!!!!! I Tried calling my order in, because they are soooo slow but Melanie put me on hold not once, not twice, but three times, hanging up on me each time. I will not be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Delicious! There is one sandwich there that is my go to, but they changed the name of it recently, so I cant tell you for sure what its called. Its got 3 or 4 different t kinds of meat on it though. Fries, beans, and every side that Ive tried so far has also been good.

Tried this place out for the first time yesterday. Place looks fabulous and is in a great area. The ordering took some time to get through the line. When my order came, it was missing its side items but was resolved fairly quickly when brought to their attention.

Poor customer service. I was supposed to receive a refund to my debit card in March and I still have not received anything. I spoke with the manager three times and she said she would get back with me and still nothing. No call back and no resolution.

This is not your traditional BBQ. It is, however, very tasty. The prices are not too high. The place has a modern spin to it,and it is located in a very nice safe part of town. Great place to eat and hang out in a nice day.

I have been here twice and really like this place. Their pulled pork is just right and the brisket and ribs were good as well. Add in a decent beer selection and this place is very good overall, especially for the price.

.. about this hair in the food. Dont think ill ever go back. I like protein but not the human shedded kind. Food tasted great however until this mishap. ... maybe implement a hair in ponytail rule for the kitchen? :(

Food was delicious, but I have to agree with another review. When your ordering everything is done separate. There arent combo meals so be prepared, if you want more then a sandwich, to spend a little more for sides.

Had a decent local beer selection and the burger/sandwich options were creative and delicious. The buns that held my "Pig Mountain" were soft but grilled to the perfect crisp. Great BBQ spot and nice location.

In order to rate this I Have to give it a star..damn...i paid $5.14 For what I thought was a sandwich but was a taco...no bigger than a mini banana! Meat was hard and lacked any flavor other than bbq smoke...

Awesome bbq thats not overpriced. Usually sit at the bar but they also have a nice outdoor seating area. This whole side of City Line is really pretty so its fun to hang out after were done eating.

The smokey flavor in the meat is on the money! Most ppl dont get that part right. The BBQ beans have what I think is little pieces of smoked brisket. Great BBQ in a very urban area.
