Be careful if you order all drums online. The staff normally calls you right away after placing your online order for all drums and explain that some "supplier" or "logistical" problems prevent them from completing your order with all drums. Sadly I accept the explanation and request them to remove the extra "surcharge" for all drums (I find it weird in this day and age that I still have to ask to remove this surcharge - shouldnt a customer focused organization automatically do this???). Anyway.....not only did I not receive a courtesy "sorry no drums again" phone call on my last order, but when I picked up my order, I specifically asked the person behind the counter if they were able to complete my all drums order, she said yes. I thought to myself "finally after multiple Sundays of no drums - we have drums". Then I got home and guess what ......mostly flats. I reached out via the online survey they sent me hoping they could fix this issue but apparently they dont care. I am a firm believer in supporting local business and understand mistakes (Ive committed plenty) but flat out lying to customers is not right. Guess Ill have to go back to enjoying Buffalo Wild Wings in Waxahachie.

I wish there were HALF a star, for the service alone. They hire a bunch of jackholes who just sit in the back with their thumbs up their asses. I ordered in person on a Monday afternoon, no line or lunch rush, GO SHOPPING AT WALMART, come back (some 45 minutes later), ask for my order, and guess what happens.... "Uhhhh yeah, whats your name. ..? Uh yeah, well have him (some kid jacking around in the back) go ahead and get started." (GET STARTED. And lo, he actually starts, with me looking right at him!) If didnt have to answer to my wife for coming home empty handed, Id have cancelled the order on their asses. As it is, I WONT be coming back. Maybe Ill find a Buffalo Wild Wings around here. OH, and servicemen: NO MILITARY DISCOUNT!! Yeah Wing Stop, youre welcome: I guess freedom tastes like chicken, huh. My advice: Take down the B-17 Flying Fortress displayed your interior wall. You disrespect the men who flew it.

I ordered online and bought 55 wings. When I got home, instead of having 35 parmesan boneless wings, we had 21. We called the store and were put on hold for 8 minutes, so we hung up and called back. I was rudely put on hold again. I hung up and called back and then someone picked up the phone and hung it up right away. The last time I called the "manager" who would not give me his name said we had to bring the food back for a refund. We live 15 minutes away. We only wanted a refund on what we did not receive. He then told me I would not be getting a refund and hung up on me. I spend $61 on an incomplete order, get helped by someone that looked like he had never seen a shower and then get treated like this on the phone? Never again!! Thank goodness there are 2 Buffalo Wild Wings about the same distance as this store is from me!!

By far the worst wingstop around ! Dont waste your time.. I called to place an order and the person answering the phone obviously doesnt speak very well nore clearly. And just put me straight on hold .. so if you like to be put on hold go ahead and call this place Every time I go there, theres just a bunch of kids playing in the back not handling the front counter Usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour to ever get an order out of this place. I went in a few weeks ago and stood at the counter for at least five minutes waiting for someone to come up and help and take my order but instead the kids were in the back playing laughing .. so I just walked out and told the other two people that were fixing to walk and it dont waste their time they arent helping anyone.. so we all left Will never return to this location

Rude service! There are not many options in Red Oak. My hubby and I have ordered pickup from here 3 times in 3 years of living here, each time we remember why we havent ordered from them. The staff is slow and rude. The last time I went to pick up, as usual there were 1-2 tables of customers dining in and 1-2 parties ahead of me in line ordering. Our food sat on the counter, not even under a heat lamp, while one employee checked out other customers and 2 employees horse played in the back while yet another employee stood, scrolling on her cell phone in the back. It is frustrating to wait while there are employees standing around doing nothing. And to top off the terribly rude, lazy staff our order was wrong again!! We will not return!!!!!

I should have know when I saw the sign off and they didnt come assist me in the first 5 minutes while no one was in front of me that this would be a bad experience. I should have left. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Wingstop. The service here is terrible. I have been waiting for 40 mins and still have not received my food. It was only 14 wings!!! The staff is not friendly and it is very dirty. They need to get new people and get better organized. Not coming back to this Wingstop. Cherry on top, they got my order wrong.

This place has been open for a while and its by far the slowest and worst service weve ever had at a wing stop. Most wing stop locations are really fast and give you an 18-20 minute wait time. This one says it will take 30 minutes and we were seriously the only people in the store. They are extremely lazy here. There were at least 7 people working and youre going to tell me that takes 30 minutes for a total of 12 wings to cook. Wing stop you need to send an actual manager down here and whip this location into shape. Gives wing stop a bad name.

The staff is extremely rude. I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick it up 30 minutes later they hadnt even started making it. On top of that, while I was waiting for the order, I overheard 2 of the workers in the back making fun of my order because I ordered half boneless and half original. They went back and forth for several minutes talking explicitly about what a child I must be. That I should just make up my mind. It was utterly humiliating. If I hadnt already paid online I would have walked out.

Absolutely THE WORST wing stop. Id advise anyone not to go here. Worst customer service, not even a smile when we walked in. Called in just a 12 piece with a large fry an HOUR before we showed up. Just to get here and wait another 30 minutes!!! AND then, we had to get up and ask for our food while it just sat there for the poor girl to tell us it was ready. All around the WORST one yet!

This service here is pretty bad. Lots of distracted teenage employees and absentee management. I have seen the employees throwing bags of frozen chicken at each other, one of which fell on the floor. The wait is always extremely long. We would rather drive 15-20 minutes farther to another Wingstop than deal with the service at this one. Disappointing.
