VERY BAD SERVICE! I ordered online about three weeks ago and went to pick up my order around noon. Since I know 12pm is peak time since mostly everyone goes to lunch I placed my order with enough time. When I went to go pick it up another customer was in there complaining of how horrible their service is. They are very very disorganized. My order was not ready so I asked for a refund and the employee was not professional at all. He told me it would take a couple days. A week later passed by and I still had not received my refund so I called and spoke to the same employee who refunded me and he said he spoke to his store manager and it would take two weeks. First, I am not a customer that gets mad about these things because I have worked in a restaurant and know what its like but come on? I said ok and waited for the two weeks. Two weeks and a half came up and STILL NOTHING. I went yesterday with my bank statement and receipt and the same employee was like "sorry about that" and gave me my money in cash! The manager was no where to be seen. He was in the back room and didnt even come out to talk to me. Never again will I order from this wingstop.

I didnt go here to eat I went there for a job interview and it was crowded the entire time I was there. I let them know I was there for an interview, only to be told that whoever scheduled it had left for the day and didnt plan on being back for hours. I decided to just wait to interview with the MOD since she only had one more person to interview before me, but ended up sitting there for over an hour. During that hour, I was skipped and watched someone after me go instead, since the cashier had completely forgotten who I was and what I was there for. After another 30 minutes, I tried to tell myself the cashier clearly had amnesia because he asked me once again what was it i was waiting for... By that point, I had spent enough time realizing what kind of co-workers I would have and how many problems there would be if I were hired, so I left. I dont think I will ever eat at this location either, Im sure they would screw up my order just as bad.

worse impossible! the stablishment should be open until midnight! I tried to call within enough time to come and pick it up by 12, however nobody answered, so I just drove there and when I got there it was 11:50! and the employee just said that they were not placing any orders because to place an order it takes 17 minutes and they would close at 12! the staff and employees surely didnt seem to want tow help me at all! I went there very often with my friends, however that changed today! for sure that wingstop has lost a costumer!

This specific Wing•Stop is consistent with all the others. I personally did not dine inside, but Ive had take-out from here numerous times and each time I was pretty content. The food is ready exactly when they say it will be, the staff is friendly, and the wings and side orders are always fresh and warm each time - cant complain.

Cesar, the manage, is wonderful! Had an event and at the last minute the person making wings decided not do so. We called Wingstop and they allowed up to place an order for the next day, even though we needed to pick up an order of 100 wings by 11:15am to get it to our event on time. Such a lifesaver on a short notice.

We love Wingstop. Im a fan of Original Hot & occasionally a couple of the Mango Habanero. I know the fries are killer (our son always orders a large order with his boneless Cajun Rub).The app makes it easy to order ahead. The folks at this location are always friendly and make the dining experience fun.

Nice, the only problem is, sometimes you call, they put you in hold for more than 20 minutes, one time it took me to call 3 times until they take my order and they told me, my order was going to be ready in 14 minutes, I got there after 25 and my order wasnt ready, I had to wait 10 more minutes

This is the second time this place has failed to deliver on time. Each time it was 20 minutes pass the time it was told to be ready. I would rather go to BWW than ordering at wingstop. Very poor time, waste of time !! Please order somewhere else than ordering at this location.

The customer service was really bad. Waited for 15 mins for my food. The workers stayed in the back no one up front to serve customers. The manager didnt say sorry when one of the customer only got 3 wings when he ordered 8 wings. Not friendly at all.

I have always love this location, but now Im not sure.. New cemployees new bad service.. My order was wrong and they didnt really care.. Plus have to wait for more than 50 minutes to have it right!

The Staff was great! It was my first time coming and the cashier was super helpful. The bathrooms though...... there was trash all over the floors and it made my original 5 stars become 4.

Best Wing Stop Ive been to. Food was great, the staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job, and the general manager went out if his way to save me a few bucks with a combo.

This place has the most terrible track record with orders. They get it right maybe 50% of the time. Do yourself a favor and check every single thing when you order take out.
