One of my worst experiences ever. Normally, I visit Wingstop on a much more regular basis as I do enjoy the boneless wings. However, since I have moved to Waxahachie, Texas, I have never been to a worst site for the company. This is my second time, and last, going to this place. My first encounter was earlier this year which they took an abnormal amount of time to make the wings (literally over 30 minutes) with workers standing there next to four to five fryers and only using one. When asked why they were only using one fryer, the person told me "because it gets hot and we only need one going." Mind you, at this time of the day, they had a line of people waiting for orders and people sitting down waiting for food. How is this considered good business conduct? Yesterdays visit was even worse. Again, only one fryer was going and three people standing back there not doing anything. Why were the other fryers not going? I ordered my food online at 7:23pm and was immediately told that my order would be ready by 8:08pm. This is the longest waiting time I have ever experienced from the company as while visiting/living in three other states (CA, MA, and FL) the waiting time was always 9 minutes. Clearly something is wrong here. So, I show up at 8:08pm and the clerk looks at my name and then the ticket which was put in now over 30 minutes ago, and told me they havent even begun my order yet. In addition there were four people waiting on orders ahead of me which apparently they had not started yet either for take out and three groups of people sitting down waiting for food. I stand to the side and wait for my food already disgruntled that my food had not even been started by the time I was told to pick it up. At this point, someone walks up and orders her food, and I watch at the ticket is pushed to the front of the que and she obtains her order to go before they still have started mine. People sitting down are constantly going up and asking when their food is going to be ready and then sitting back down. Meanwhile while all of this happening, four of the fryers are not even being used and the three workers back there are just standing around talking to one another. To give you a hint, I didnt get my food to almost 8:45pm, which is more than an hour after I ordered it and over 30 minutes from when the email said it would be ready. If this is how your business is conducted, I am not going to be frequenting your establishment any longer. Look at the google reviews for the store I am talking about here in Waxahachie, and you will see what we are all talking about.

Waited forever....over an hour! Got home and we were short wings..someone cant count..if it wasnt expensive and time consuming I might have forgave and forgot. I even called the resturaunt and asked to speak with the owner ....yes I called him and he was the rudest person I ever met. I explained the situation about waiting forever and missing wings he laughed at me and told me he would give me 2 dollars to pay for the wings and never apologized about the mishap...waiste of time and gas I will never hand wingstop another red cent as long as I live..oh and before that experience I ordered online and went to go pick up the order. The employees told me I had to wait 45min... what a joke I told them to keep the order and was going to get food somewhere else..whats the point to order online? These experiences warrant the purpose of writing this review...i hope they fix the way they do business and for the owner....learn how to treat your customers after all we are the reason you have a business!

This is the slowest SLOWEST!!!! Wing stop I have ever encountered. Called ahead to not have to wait for my food. Was told 45 min to get 10 wings. 10 not 100. Then when I came to pick them up I still had to wait. While waiting notices other employees in the back doing NOTHING!! The two cooking a girl and a guy and all the guy did was sit back and check the girls ass out the whole time. Even after this I figured Id try them again. Got out on hold when I tried to call it in for 7 1/2 min only to get told it would 30 min to get some wings.. For someone who has been in the food industry I would strongly recommend they fire the manager or gm and get someone who knows how to run a restaurant. Otherwise this place will go down.

Great food, but the service is so terrible that I can hardly stand going here anymore. Today for example, I took my family in mid afternoon. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter I placed my order. Then the girl taking my order huffed and rolled her eyes while informing me that it would be a 30 minute wait. Clearly customer service was not a part of her training. The place was only half full at most. On top of that there were several tables that were sitting with trash in them. It is sad to see how this store has declined.

Came in on a Saturday during lunch with my family of 5. Their largest table was being occupied by an employee who was on his phone and apparently on break, so we had to fit in a four top. The high chair we put our baby in was covered in sticky film and their were gnats flying around the table the whole time. We waited for 45 minutes with an 8 year old, a four year old and a 1 year old. We look be the food at other stores but no matter how good the food we will not be going back here again.

This place is ridiculous. The employees are standing around (one on her phone, two in the back having a conversation about a pair of shoes and I saw two other employees earlier but the have disappeared) there is chicken ready to be tossed in every basket of the fryer and no one is working. 10 pending tickets hanging in the window. Smdh 30 mins and counting since I ordered.

First time ever to Wingstop. Was not impressed. I drove 9.5 miles home and found out the order was not right. I ordered 8 boneless, got 5. I ordered 2 different flavors, got one. If it was closer, Id take it back but Im not using my gas to drive almost 10 miles. Ill go back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

We waited a half hour and when the food finally showed up it was cold. We werent the only ones with a long wait. Other customers were complaining as well. This is by far the worst Wingstop weve ever been too. Would not recommend eating here.

Its a long wait by the time the food gets to the table its already cold and the fries are not all the way cooked . When I go there I usually see the teenagers just standing around . The manager should do something about it .

You wait FOREEEVVVVVVEEERRRR and then when your order comes its ALWAYS wrong. They tell you 30 minutes and you wait 2 hours. Love their wings but BWW is alway the go to place since the service is a little better there.
