Today I set up my online account and then experienced what I guarantee will be my last visit to the Allen wingstop. I placed my order at 2:13, website said ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 2:30 ish. It wasnt ready, but thats ok. Im a little early. I give my name to the young girl at the register she tells me its $20.00 even, I give her my card, she gives me my cups and I sit down. They are a little busy, but mostly because there on only three people working, two cooking and the register girl. I wait. I wait. I see the customers that were in front of me in line, who placed their order in store, not in advance, get their food and I wait some more. Finally after a couple of other folks that phoned in or web ordered show up and leave, I get up and ask if they can check on my order. By now the manager, (or shift lead) is trying to cook and help at the front. She turns around and hands me my order which apparently has been sitting there, ready, for a while. Its now 45 minutes since I placed my order. I am not pleased by this, but hey, ... stuff happens. Im frustrated but not pissed...yet. I take the bag and start to leave. She says "You need to pay." I explain that I have already. She points out that its an online order and that I didnt pay online. I say "right. I paid her" and point to register girl. She asks me to prove it by showing a receipt. I tell her I dont think I got one but I dig in my pockets anyway. I tell her "Look, I paid." and I again pick up the bag with the two cups of tea I got from register girl WHEN I paid. She again demands a receipt, and then, with a line waiting, pulls all the reciepts out of the register and asks for my last name and the amount. I tell her my name and that its $20.00 even. She points out that my order was only $18 something and implies that Im not being truthful again. But then, she finds the Card receipt. Hmmm, I had paid. No "Thank you", no Im sorry", no "forgive me". She looks at register girl and says "you charged him wrong" and asks for my card again so she can fix it. I tell her its not worth a dollar more of my time and tell her to keep the $20.00 and I leave. Im a wing stop fan but in Allen, Ill be going to Sauced.

Didnt serve the real wingstop wings. Had a different texture and taste, with no sauce whatsoever. Tasted like the frozen wings I once bought at Costco or Sams. The phonies are still in my freezer. Cutting the original product and serving crap that anyone can buy and prepare at home just to save the franchisee money highly irked me. And not being able to get a hold of the owner because the on site manager refused to give me the requested info only to be hung up on made me even angrier. Contacted corporate, still waiting (a week later) Yes. Im aware corporate needs to investigate such a claim, but all that location will do is deny it. I believe Wingstop is one of the best places to get wings, but to be deceived by one location totally turns me off. In the meantime, I will continue to keep the faux wings in my freezer until someone from WS corporate sees my purchase. Just an FYI. I frequented Many Wingstop locations over the past 3 1/2 years, sometimes two to three times a week. Im pretty confident of how they taste, smell and feel. Update 3/10/16. Recieved a call from the district rep, and states he guarantees the wings I bought were not from Costco. How can one give such a guarantee when hes not around the employees while they are on shift. I was also offered free wings, but will respectfully decline as Im not in it for a freebee. After I buy the smallest order of wings - same ones I ordered that caused all the hoopla (original hot/bone in) Ill take a pic and upload it so you can compare and decide. After that I will no longer be a patron to any Wingstop as I found the employees at this location to be rude, disrespectful and dishonest. As stated before, its a turn off. Buffalo Wild Wings, here I come.

I would LOVE to give this wingstop a negative zero rating but I dont have that option!!!!! I called and the young man answered the phone and clearly hang up 3 times in a row..... I called back the fourth time to see was it intentional and he stated that they were very busy... Although at the time of my 4th phone call I was parked in front of the store which had 0 customers inside of the store........ The tall young man named Devin seemed as if he didnt want to be bothered and his attitude was horrible. Fast forward to Saturday night my husband wanted me to order wings I once again attempted to call 3 times at 825pm the phone was going to a fax machine. My husband placed a call from a different number and was able to get thorough to place an order..... I arrived at the location at 855 placed and additional order that was ready before the order my husband place....... after I recieved the additional I ask about the to go order..... As I was paying for the additional order I asked about the call in order and he checked around and everybody was looking confused, prior to that the cook asked him when should she start another order..... he told me my order would be ready.in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later my order still wasnt ready.... I asked for the manager and they didnt have one at the store as I was told that night. I asked for the owner name and no one knew his name or number... it was posted on the wall and I took a pic of it. I am telling all of my friends, church members, family, coworkers, pta members, sorority and anyone else that I come in contact with to STAY AWAY UNTIL THE WHOLE STAFF IS REPLACED WITH PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK!!!!!

So I ordered online and the website told me I could place my order before they open they opened at 11 I placed my order at like 10:50. When I got there they hadnt made my order she looked it up in the system and saw that they had forgot to place my order because at that moment I received the confirmation email I still hadnt received it from when I ordered at 10:50 in the morning so before I left I asked her for an extra ranch as a courtesy since they were late on my order they should have offered me something anyways but failed to do so when I ask for the extra ranch she wanted to charge me I told her if youre going to charge me I dont want it you guys were late on my order and she cut me off and she said I dont want to listen to you here leave get out I dont want to listen to you this lady was supposed to be the store manager she works the cashier and shes tomboy and has an accent very rude bad customer service and bad to show your employees that its okay to treat customers that way I will not go back here.
