I dont knw if I just caught them on a bad night or what..but to start off I wasnt notified til AFTER I paid that i would have to wait"10 min" for tenders which we all know turned into 35 almost 40 min & the young lady working the drive thru mentioned she would throw in extra for the wait....then they sent a young man to the car empty handed after the "10 min" which was now 20 min.... because they forgot my order.....only again to cme out to the car empty handed again within 7 min of the 1st time to tell me they were out of the "mac & cheese" my son wanted as a side so he chose smthn else ......finally after another 15 min they brought my order out which was still messed up!!! The tenders were NOT fresh and no dipping sauce was given with the meal & I was not given anything "extra for the wait" as i was told .......I could have called & complained, but its not even worth the energy!! I wasted $21

If I could give less than 1 stars for this Golden Chick location I would. Not only did I already repeat my order several times to whoever was taking it but then I get up to the window and pay for it which means someone knew my order just to be asked again , what did i order!??! On top of that we were missing items from the order that were simply stated whenever I ordered them. If you have employees who are not up to the task then you shouldnt employee them . Never going to this location again .

Wow this place has gone down hill fast. At first I loved it good food and good service. The last time I placed a simple order asking for all white. And they changed me extra. Fine. But get home and its all dark. I dont like dark meat so there goes my 10 bucks. I call them back to let them know this had happened. Again. And strait to voicemail. The side where good but lets bet if someone will ever call me back. Never going back to that one again

Dont come here if you have somewhere to go. I have tried them several times and they always make me wait a really long time for tenders..at least 15 minutes. This time, I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and then they had me park and wait for 10 more. I just sent my son in to get our money back. The chicken is good but its not worth that wait. On top of that, they always forget items in the drive through. I will never come back here.

First let me say I am all for teens having jobs. This place is employeed by kids who dont have any since of urgency. It took 15 minutes for me to get my order which was a tender combo and it was incorrect when I got home. I watched as the crew played around while customers waited. The manager didnt have the decency to come to the window.This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Manager was terrible and unprofessional, Brittany younger lady tried.. I have been trying to get my order for 40 minutes and had to return. They ran out of dirty rice.. Manager didnt apologize, she just asked what I wanted in exchange.. I wanted dirty rice! Manager need customer service 101 and a serious attitude adjustment!

Went for lunch through the drive thru. Ordered 2 #1 with okra, french fries, cold slaw and gravy, got the cold slaw did not receive the french fries or the gravy. That is bad service, it seems you go through the drive-thru to get fast service and the food you ordered.

Ive spent the amount of a months rent at this place. The customer service continues to improve. But dont get a big red, theyll just fill it with ice leaving you with about ten decent gulps of soda. #badDeal #greatchicken
