This particular location is seriously quite bad. I dont usually like to complain much about places that are essentially fast food but... Ive been here many times because it is right next to work, It can take 5 minutes to get a sandwich, it it can take 15 or more - its about 50/50. The sandwiches generally seem to be slopped together too, most firehouses are a bit better than this. And today they let me wait in a line to order for fifteen minutes, and then after I ordered told me it would be at least 20 minutes on the sandwich. Thats so far from the expectation in a place like this, and they easily could have issued that warning to people as they got in the line rather than when they reached the front of it. The speed of service problem here send to be process. They do a mix between an assembly line and one person making the entire sandwich, it seems like they dont know which way they are going to make the sandwich until they get there. You can after hear employees asking each other "am I doing it or are you?" Employees seem to try to do a good job but this place needs a process intervention. Nerdvana coffee shop is right next to this place and can make a panini faster than firehouse can make a cold sandwich.

This location is a mess. The store is cramped and in poor shape. It is badly managed which causes total confusion as to where you should stand and wait for your sandwiches. The manager often takes orders at the register. Barely a greeting, no eye contact, nothing in terms of assistance or up-sell. One week the Coke machine was leaking on the floor. Another week the HVAC system was broke and so they had a portable unit blowing around smokey air- umm you do have an open grill cooking and therefore need ventilation. Great chain concept. This store is dump, cramped and service is sparse. So you think they would be good neighbors to the family events in the Square.....nope. check out the picture of their homemade paper sign on the door. Corporate needs to pay this location a visit. Big time shame.

Came in on a Friday at 1. There was about 15 people in the restaurant, but nobody in line. We stood at the register for 10 minutes without being acknowledged (not "well be right with you", nothing. Not even a " hello, were a little busy, we will get to you asap.") Only after saying to our group members that we were going to leave in 10 seconds did someone come up and speak to us. tldr; customer service is horrific, food is good

Wow! Talk about slow! Went with my wife to split a sub. We placed our order at 12:15, and the sub sandwich (remember, it was only 1) was not ready until 12:43! I timed it. Twenty-eight minutes to make 1 sub sandwich (the Steak & Cheese). It tasted very good, mind you, but no one should have to wait 28 minutes to get a sub sandwich. Im sorry, but we probably wont go back.

Firehouse subs are decent, much better than say Subway of course, but the staff here just look absolutely miserable. The location is truly cramped and you feel like youre bumping into everything and everyone as you walk around. I go there now and then, but I cant say its amazing. When theres a line to wait it can take forever and its uncomfortable.

Food was ok. Staff members acted like they didnt know how to use words. A simple "hello" or "enjoy" wouldve sufficed. It almost seemed like i was bothering the guy making my food. And i usually dont go out of my way to leave a bad review but obviously this visit got to me.

Love the manager there! Shes always nice & helpful. The air conditioning was out when we went, however, portable AC units were being used and it was still comfortable. Goes to show you that theyll go the extra length to make sure the customer is happy.

Best subs EVER! They are much meatier and succulent than the competition , and the staff is a great big family! Right next door to The Paw Depot, where you can bring your dog to the patio!
