This has to be the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever gotten from both a waitress and the manager. Today, I went in for lunch with a colleague. We were seated properly but then it went all down hill from there. The waitress was lackluster at best. She brought us water and disappeared for about 15 mins then asked if we were ready to order. I ordered a chicken sandwich with NO pickles and my colleague ordered a turkey burger with just cheese no veggies. About 15 mins later our food came. My chicken sandwich was loaded with pickles and my colleagues turkey did not have any cheese but had plenty of lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion which he literally said he did not want. The waitress didnt check the food prior to bringing it out nor did she stay to make sure it looked okay. Another 15 mins later she came by asking how taste, we told her the orders were not correct and she claimed she would have a manager come by. Instead she brought 2 slices of cheese that were on a plate for my colleague to add to his burger. So thats how you fix orders TGI Fridays??!! Bring the items needed and have the patron fix it. Wow!!!!! Eventually she came by to bring us the ticket. Mind you she never gave us napkins, asked us if we wanted another item since our food was messed up or even if the tickets were together or separate. I then asked to speak to this manager that she claim she was getting about 20 mins ago. A manager comes out of nowhere, and he seemed irritated that he had to work. His exact words "I know about the orders being messed up but we have a $700 order that we are preparing so Im busy overseeing that". AMAZING!!! Im sorry that my colleague and I didnt spend $700 but we are still patrons and deserve the same amount of respect and courtesy as a large order. The manager then says "Ill just take care of your ticket but again I need to get back to the kitchen where the large order is being prepared". Worst experience ever I will never return here. Im sorry I didnt order a corporate order but ironically Im a VP for a neighboring business who could actually determine where we get food catered from. Well guys, thanks for knocking yourself off the list. Maybe you should teach your staff to remain professional bc you really never know who they are or the business they can bring.

I was here twice in the time span of a week. The first time I sat in the bar with some friends and I just figured our waiter was terrible. The food was taking forever so I thought he just forgot to put it in, he would constantly forget to bring things or bring them 20 minutes later. I literally ate coleslaw with my fingers at one point. He never cleared out old drinks from the table and he constantly did the sit down at the table and chat bit that I personally hate unless I actually know you. The second time I went to an EARLY dinner (5 pm) with my mother. After a 45 minute wait our waiter finally came with our food, which Im still not sure why it almost took an hour since the restaurant wasnt full by any means, my entree was wrong. I ordered the Parmesan crusted crab salmon and he brought me the parmesan flounder. I wouldnt have been upset if he just said he screwed up but instead he tried to convince me out of my original order telling me he "didnt think I would want the crab" and "the flounder is cheaper anyways." As a matter of fact I love crab and the price was no issue. After trying the extremely dry flounder I asked for my original order, again, which he said would be out in a few minutes. 15 minutes later I was finally able to eat. The food was delicious so I cant say anything about that but my screwed up dinner order wasnt discounted or comped in any way. I got a multitude of apologizes and he charged me for the cheaper food. Right before we left out 1.15 hour long dinner I over-heard the table next to me complain that one of them didnt get what she ordered. That she wouldnt order chicken and shrimp because she hates shrimp. Terrible TERRIBLE service. Addison location from now on. Also for most of the evening afterwards I felt sick to my stomach.

I have been coming to this location for a few months now. I order food to go about 3 to 4 times a week. I wanted to write this review to let the management and corporate, know that the bartender named Mike that works the day shift, is why I keep coming back. He greets each and every one of his customers as they walk in, and he has a lot of regulars that eat and drink at the bar. Mike has great customer service skills and he always makes sure my order is right. Every customer that he tends to, gets the same 5 star treatment from him. I do not cook, so for many years I have frequented many different types of restaurants. When I find one that has great service and a menu with great choices, I will keep coming back for more! I will continue to be a regular, and I also proprose that you give this man a huge bonus!

I love Fridays restaurant from back East. Here in Dallas area with the company Headquarters located in the area no good. I went to Plano Fridays(Preston) which I think is the best out of all of the Fridays near me. The Hostess didnt greet us coming in to the door. Humm not good. We seated ourselves at a table in bar area. Hoping to be served faster. It happened and the waitress came right over. She was very good may I say. She suggested new items to eat on menu and drinks. We purchased Vegi burger and new chicken sandwich. Food was just okay. I love the atmosphere at Fridays but the food was bland. Great service from our waitress. It will be a while before we eat there again. 3 stars is based on my waitress doing a great job.

I could not believe this place was a TGI Fridays. First, they stuck us in an area where the a/c didnt work. It was 100 degrees outside today. Secondly, I had 5 children that waited for well over an hour for their food, while the rest of our group had theirs. Also, we had to refill our own drinks, after 10 min of empty drinks, didnt think they would care, yet, they never came by to see!! I requested to speak with a manager about our experience, told him about the kids order, and he basically told me I was lying to him!! Believe me, I would be lying if I even said our experience was even tolerable. Seriously considering speaking to their corporate office. Please save your money and go to McDonalds!!

I always enjoy coming to this Fridays for the specials- theres different happy hours each day of the week and a happy hr they have each day. They have food and drink on the happy hour. I always sit in the bar so I cant rate the dining area, but I have some to.find my favorite people and how they make drinks. There is only one bartender I dont really like how he makes drinks but they are always happy to fix your drink if you dont like it ! Over all good service, good chill place to watch a game during the week!
