Absolutely horrid service. Went with some friends on a Friday night, 8 of us in total, 2 didnt want to smoke and one brought some alcohol for himself. We sat down and were told by the server that it would be $15 per hookah, $3 per non-smoker, and $3 per BYOB. So we got 2 hookahs, 2 sodas ($2 each), and some quesadillas ($9). We expected the bill to be $52 (30 + 6 + 3 + 4 + 9). We were then handed a bill (not even a legitimate one, it was just numbers and a total) for over $80 which included $20 for each hookah (which the owner said was the "standard price for hookah on weekends" even though we were told a different price) as well as $3 for EVERY person over 21 for BYOB (even though only 1 person was drinking) and $3 for every extra person over 4 (even though we bought two hookahs). We requested to speak to the owner who told us that she would compromise and only charge $10 per person (which is $80 anyway). We eventually gave up trying to argue with her and just paid the $80. This place is ridiculously unprofessional and expensive and I would highly suggest that everyone avoid it. There are many other better and cheaper hookah lounges nearby.

music is good but they need to have more security before letting people in. They dont even check guys backpacks or girls purses. Everybody was having fun till some black girls started fighting and then some guys , throwing chairs, and at the end everybody was leaving. One of the black girls had a gun. and she shuttes 2 times, no one got killed or injured but they need to check everybody. I used to go there because it was a very relax place to go and smoke but now I wont go there anymore after this. They also lost my ID and my credit card. they hold it untill you leave the place, yet they already charged me what I got. I went the next day because I knew they had my ID and my card, stupid asses couldnt find it and then later on that day "someone " made a transaction with it. I already got it fixed but I wont come back to this place again. first fighting and shuting and then stealing my money.

This place is really funky! The waiters are super nice, and they offer great deals! I always go for Ladies Night (which they have every Tuesday) and on normal days, I like to go during Happy Hour (6-8PM) when hookahs only $6.99! There hookah is really nice and imported as well. Try the Skittles and Dragons Breath/Blood flavor they are THE BEST. theyre usually sold out too... Their UFO flavor is nice too for anyone out there looking for something different. By far this hookah lounge is my favorite. Definitely a place I hit with my friends on a weekly and monthly basis. Sometimes, they offer deals for UT Dallas and SMU students as well. I love Zero, and the staff is nice. I would recommend this place!

My friends and I had never been to this lounge, so we thought we should try it. It says its an upscale lounge, but its not. We got skittles, but it didnt taste like it at all. I didnt really like it.. Ive never had hookah make my throat hurt, but this one did. Our server was horrible. Our coals were so burned and ashy that we had to keep clearing it ourselves. He just stood in the back and talked to his friends. He didnt come to our table very often, so we had to walk over to him to tell him to come over to the table..We ordered a little bit of food, and it took so long that the cheese was congealed a little bit. Over all, it was decent. Im not planning on ever going back.

I worked for zero and it was the worlds worst job you can have they want you to be on your feet for 8 hours and then she pay us 20$ know aint nobody gone tip the server cause they have to pay for a table a fukn seat and the drinks were over priced and the hookah was expensive. Never go there again these people are money hungry and just want all your money. Fukn idiots

This hookah spot on Coit is one of the best I been to in Texas. Zero has the best after hours in town. After 2 am come in and injoy a hookah and relax. If you like walk to the dance floor to injoy a dance with the finest females in there. Its open sometimes till 6am. wow party on ppl. The employees are amazing. the prices are on point. the best hands down.

Went here last thursday and the service was really slow not only that but they over charged for a hookah there were 5 of us and one of us wasnt smoking and its 3 people per hook so we knew we would have to pay an extra $3 for the two other people making it 21 buck but no when we got the check they charged us for two and refused to do it other wise.

Service is horrible ! What kind of place is BYOB but charges you to bring your bottles. They charge $2 per can of soda. Dont even have regular juice or soda for people to make their own drinks. No shot glasses, no open bar. The couches are old and have holes in them. And the waiters do nothing. Music ok but Im not going back. Hookah sucks too.

Zero is by far the most unique and nicest hookah lounge in town. Theres no word for it: that place is just COOL. There flavors are awesome, there service is okay, musics great! I would definitely recommend this for anyone living in Richardson! Zero is my new lounge! They have great deals as well, I had an amazingg time there :)

Just one star cause it wouldnt allow me to just review it at ZERO. Zero customer service... they charge for everything and $10 for ICE??? After they charged $20 for a bottle??? And $27 for a hookah... and we asked people for our stuff like 8 times and they gave us a hookah someone else smoked from??? WOOOW JUST WOW
