Let me just start off by saying that I am ALWAYS standing up for Buffalo Wild Wings. Everyone I know prefers Pluckers, Wing Stop, Boomer Jacks, the list goes on. But youre making it very difficult for me, especially after today. We arrived 15 minutes after our friends around 11:30am on Friday during a Rangers game. Granted, it was a little busy, but I have seen way busier events and received much better service in days past. We ordered our food the same time as our drinks because of our schedule. After about our 45 minutes we had not complained at all but our waitress felt the need to tell us that we came at the wrong time to get our food timely and that we should have come earlier. Okay? Our fault the food is taking a while. Got it. I still left her a 20% tip because I know that the kitchen running slow is no fault of the server, but what she said made me feel slightly angry as it was somewhat rude, especially the way she conveyed it. Our food finally arrived after over an hour, this is not an exaggeration. It was also freezing cold. We asked for carry-out boxes because we no longer had time to eat and had to return to work to eat at our desks. But wait, it gets better. I felt compelled to speak to the manager before I left so I swung by the To-Go area. The staff member there said she didnt know if the manager would speak to me because they were busy. Are you kidding me?? I urged her to find a manager and told her that I had been given a very poor experience. She left and came back and you guessed it, the manager said that they were too busy to talk to me. I asked her one more time to find them, she left, and after waiting for longer than I could afford (which was a while) I left. I try to stick up for you guys, but come on, this kind of customer service just downright sucks. Thanks for the cold food and zero help or attention. Ill definitely remember it.

Do NOT go to the Buffalo Wild Wings here in Frisco. The quality of the food and the drinks has really gone down hill. Much to mention, but tonight they simply gave me an entirely wrong order, took the food back, and then gave me the proper order. Problem is, when it came back it was overcooked and doused with extra hot sauce. If you make a mistake and you go here, do NOT send your food back, or the cooks will get revenge. They put all the super hot wings in the same basket as the mild wings for the kids, and it ruins the meal. The manager tonight said I did not have to pay for the food I did not order, but everything else was full price (the overcooked, hotly doused revenge-wings). This place is just overrun with people who dont have big TVs and dont know how to cook. Dont waste your time or your money. Find a decent place that has good food and does not treat its customers like trash. We are in a capitalist society - so Im sure that this establishment will not last much longer with management that is currently on-site. Any future catering or parties at this place is now formally off-limits for me.

Heres my most recent (and final) experience: There was three of us and we ordered an appetizer while we waited for our fourth to show up. The fourth shows up and orders something for himself. 10 minutes later our fourth gets his order while our appetizer still hasnt arrived. We have to remind our clueless waiter that were still waiting for our first order. He nods and finally brings out some luke-warm, unappetizing food (was probably sitting under the heat-lamp far too long). We placed our main order and the same thing happens - it look way too long to come out and when it finally arrived it didnt look (or taste) fresh. We finish eating and have to ask our extremely nonchalant waiter for the checks. He drops them off and we all have it ready to pickup within 60 seconds. 10 minutes later we finally flag down a different waiter to cash us out so we can actually leave. I wish I could say that this experience was a fluke, but its not. Ive been here numerous times and the service is always terribly slow. If you value good service and fresh food then avoid this place.

If there was a negative 1 star rating, I would have learned more that way. 1 star rating for the particular location is too much!!!! Hostess sat us a dirty table with eaten chicken wing bones in the chairs and on the floor!!!! Didnt offer to clean it off herself or send someone to clean it. No.....I had to clean it up!!! No silverware or kids menu to keep our 2 kids entertained (thank goodness for phones). Took the waitress 10 minutes before she FINALLY acknowledged our presence. I can understand if it was slammed but this is CLEARLY NOT the case!!!! Not ONCE did we see a manager walk around asking how customers experiences were (what we ALWAYS welcome at EVERY OTHER LOCATION we dine at). At our departure, we stopped at the front counter and asked the "woman" behind the counter what her store # was and looked at us dumbfounded and had to ask her in a more simple way for her to understand. Asked if we wanted to speak with a manager, too late for that. Its goes above manager at this point!!!! We will NEVER come back to this location!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE! RUDE WAITRESS/STAFF, RUDE MANAGEMENT, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I work in the medical field and had 10 minutes to grab something to take back to eat. I placed the order over the phone for a takeout. I came in and had a BWW voucher for a free snack pack. The waitress said "it says dine in only in the rudest, inconvenient tone. I asked her can she ask the manager because I really need to get back to work and I had patients to treat and I came all the way over here just to pick it up. She takes 10 minutes just to get the manager and when the manager finally comes around she says its dine in only no exceptions in the most rude tone! I called BWWs customer service later and they were not any better. They just said sorry no expeptions. We eat a lot at BWW, including family, friends, and coworkers, but we will not be eating at this BWW EVER! and will not be going to BWW again.

Obviously something has happened with this BWW. I had a bad experience this evening and went to write something only to discover a multitude of similar comments in the past month. In my case, I ordered carry out. They didnt show me what I ordered, which is something they always used to do. I checked it myself and discovered theyd given me someone elses order. They brought me my order only to discover theyd left out one item. Then when I checked the salt and vinegar fries I ordered (which was noted on the receipt), the cashier noticed they didnt have any seasoning on them. After finally getting my food and getting home, I took one bite into my boneless wings and spit it out. It was chewy as if it was raw. Looking at it, it wasnt raw but almost the entire order was rubbery. The food was so bad, I dont know when Ill crave BWW again. Super disappointing.
