After just leaving another subway due to uncleanliness, I came to this subway. The sandwich maker was sitting at one of the tables and on his phone. He went around the corner and got a paper out to start making my sandwich, but he didnt put on gloves or wash his hands before touching and y of the food supplies. When I asked him if I could have a new paper, he just stared at me. When I explained to him that it was because he touched his phone and then my paper and that I just didnt want to get sick, he became hostile and asked me if the sandwich was for me and where I worked. I became really uncomfortable and just left. What the f*** subway?! Two disgusting places in less than 30 mins?! Since when is it acceptable to not have your employees wash their hands before handling food?! When did it become wrong for the customers to expect them to wash their hands?! Do you not teach your employees about E. coli or Hep A or that their phones are even dirtier than money and toilet seats? Unacceptable Subway. Youre disgusting.

So today they had a sign out by the road that stated Any Reg. Footlong $3.99. So we stopped and went in. After entering the store there was a small sign on the counter that listed only a few sandwiches for that price. Now, on the sign outside it didnt say anything about only a few or even see details. We questioned them about the difference and they told us that they would honor the sign outside. So we ordered our sandwiches and paid. After leaving the store we looked at the receipt and noticed that they did not honor the price. To recap, they provided false advertising to draw people in and then they lied about honoring the price. Not cool Subway....

I had a serious craving for subway today so I walked all the way to this store and they are randomly closed due to an "emergency", but it says normal business hours will resume tomorrow. I cant imagine what type of emergency could happen to leave them closed for one day except for it being a personal emergency. Either this place lacks employees due to poor ownership or something else ridiculous. Whatever the case though put it online that you are CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seriously sucks to have to walk somewhere to get lunch only to never be able to eat. LAME!

This is one of the better Subways Ive ever been to. The people working there are so nice and very attentive to the customers. Their service has always been fast and completely thorough. The guy making my sandwich actually asked me if Id like salt and pepper, oregano or some other spice mixes (when does that ever happen?). The place is super clean and very convenient.

The subway at coit in plano were excellent. Very fast, polite, professional, and got the sandwich exactly right. I was very pleased. The decor was meh, but I dont go to subway for the tiles and lamp fixtures. I was particular pleased by this subways service. Good job, guys. Keep it up.

The staff seemed very unattached or aware to customer service, when I asked for pepper jack cheese, the employee held up 2 slices and said that they were the last 2 slices. Also they were going to put a tomatoe end or my sub....really?

place suck they cant even validate their own promotions!!! i had a coupon tjat they gave me and they didnt want to accept it,i ask for a manager and they told me we dont have one!! poor costumer service,

I always ask for extra pickle, and most sand which makers maybe put an extra 5. When I asked at this location, they actually listened and made it just like I liked it. Very clean and quiet store.
