This place is unsanitary and other that the cashiers, unprofessional.First thing that was wrong was that When we looked for a table, the only one available wasnt even clean, a young lady came out and whipped, and what I can only assume, sanitized the table. Granted she DID appoligize for the state the table was in. The next indecent was when one of my companion went into the womens restroom and found that the tampon waste basket was completely full even though we warched a employee just come from said restroom. The salad bar was understocked and looked to have been sitting out for the last 6 hours at least. The icing on the cake though would have to be when two employees came out to change the ice dispenser, on man handed the lid to a woman to hold whilst he did his job and the woman PLACED THE LID ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF US! And the man then proceeded to put the lid back on the ice dispenser! When I came in here to purchase dinner for my companions I was expecting to get a descent meal in a sanitary. Professional manner for what i paid for it. I will NOT be coming here again and I suggest that you dont either.

1. The barbacoa is not barbacoa they have changed it. 2. The beef fajitas are not fajitas thats why they cut it in cubes now so you cant tell. 3. Where is the chorizo in my in my egg. 4. They are just another taqueria now sad part I think the taqueria is better. I tried Rosa s Cafe and tortillas good thing was a long time fan of t.c. but iam out it would not surprise me you see a few of them shut down. The last straw was this morning with my chorizo and egg taco as you can see in the pic. If you are looking for an alternative I would strongly recommend Rosas Cafe real fajitas cooked in mesquite wood. Great tamales too. Sorry taco cabana you have lost me as a customer.

Horrible horrible and with a side of horrible. Service was fine at the register. Ordered our food and thats when all the problems began. My food came wrong the 1st time. 2nd time the dumb worker attempts to give me the meal, mumbles an incoherent something, proceeds to walk away with my food. No explanation, nothing. My group got their food and sad it was pretty bad. I proceeded to wait a total of 15-20 mins and still no food or explanation. In the end, got a refund. Never saw any food I ordered. This is a classic case of 1st time and last time in this chain. Do NOT recommend and will never step foot in this catastrophe again.

I did not realize until right now that this location is open only till midnight. I have eaten at TC all over the metroplex and all over TX but the other locations were always 24-hrs , which might be why their food was always fresh. When come during the day, food is up to TC standards. The other night we came really late. I did not realize they closed at midnight--no fresh tea, no Coke, few condiments. Very upsetting. Guess Ill have to drive to Dville for good TC. Too bad the OC location cannot be as great as other locations.

No. This place is just awful. Every time I go. Every time. They have a full history of charging incorrectly. Every time I have placed an order, I have had to repeat myself multiple times. Then again at the window. Then they get it wrong. I say please and thank and tell them to have a great day and they act like its a foreign language. I only go there when Im desperate. And the quality of food is awful. Drive to a different one and let this one go out of business, please.

Food was ok but the people that work there need to work on customer service no smiles no greeting some had an attitude and some of the guys were sagging their pants. On guy was cleaning picked up the cilantro off the side of the bar and put it in with the rest. When i asked to talk to the manager alone the employees stood near by as if i was gonna be afraid to report my concerns but i told him the problem anyway until they get it together i will not be back! Its a shame

Food was great. Service not so great. My order was wrong. The manager on duty seemed confused. The time it took to remake my order correctly was ridiculously long. It was 45 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got the correct order. The man behind me in line was there to get his order fixed as well. The place wasnt that busy. There just didnt seem that there was any sense of urgency to get things done. One last thing. There were no apologies offered.

The worst taco cabana ever. I work nights nd come when i can anywherr from midnight to 4 am and everytime i go the wait is 30 minutes or longer never enough staff or they are always power washing concrete . . With all the lights on for business. Only met 1 nice person at this location everyone else is rude and in a rush for you to hurry and leave and every other time my order is either wrong or overcooked. Thank goodness im moving soon. .

My service was slow but it was correct the reason why my service was slow its because you only have two people working there they should be commended for a great job theyre doing the responsibility of having more people there falls on management it shows poor management but it has great employees doing a hard job keeping up with the demand at this time of the morning that you have over 20 cars lined up around the Taco Cabana

Been there many many times, liked the food & service. Had one bad experience where the my kids food took to long to come out , like 25 minutes after we ordered (my food got cold) even after I told them like three times. Nobody seemed to care or take the initiative to get stuff done. Hopefully they see this post & address this issue! Will go back as this was an isolated incident, to the many times I have had great service!

Crappy food. Would rather eat at taco bell, as it at least has flavor. Horrid customer service. They messed up my husbands order. He sends in back. Girl brings back a plate and a number and mumbles something unintelligible and walks away, leaving us baffled. Wait another 10 minutes before my husband just asks for a refund. He didnt even get an explanation as to why there was an issue in the first place.

They always serve cold food. Everytime I order food to go it is always cold. I dont know how many times I ve had to return it. Its like they cook a bunch of food and let it sit there so their lazy butts dont have to cook so much. Now Ive gotten into a habit of telling them i want warm food when I order. You would think they would learn by now to make sure the food is warm. Who wants cold oily food?
