Las personas que atienden no sirven una de ella se atrevio decirme q para iva a comer al restaurante si no me atendian bien q no me nesecitavan q por eso tenian mas clientes yo ise un pedido por telefono y cuando fui a recojer los tacos una de las meseras le prengunta a la otra mesera tedejo propina y isieron mal cara y me enoje fue cuando le reclame q porq me miro mal y me dijo q no fuera al restaurante porq era la dueña ok ledije gracias y les digo la propina es boluntad y es mas bolutad cuando se pide para traer para la casa pero gracias taquerilla la candelaria les agradesco el mal trato y peor de la que dice ser la dueña

Los tacos están buenos pero tampoco son el WOW! Lo mejor que he comido en mi vida, lo que no me gustó es que en pleno siglo 21, en la era de la tecnología adonde el uso de la tarjeta de crédito es imperativo para el desarrollo empresarial; ahi en ese lugar sólo se puede pagar en efectivo, ¿porque sera? Quien sabe, talvez por evitar el pago de impuestos al IRS u otra cosa. Bueno ahí los dejo a usted a que elijan, lo bueno es que en Promanade Shopping Center, en Spring Creek Village y también en Dal-Rich Town Square están abriendo más taquerias adonde los clientes puedan tener elección de ir. Suerte Hasta que les dure.

Worst experience ever! Let me start by saying that they have a sign in the door that says "check our prices first on the menu we dont want you to complain" who does that? That was just like a red flag for me. The restaurant was completely empty. Me and my family got there for dinner and the food is not good. Ordered chicken nuggets for my kids and omg the were horrible! At the end we were charge a tip which I dont even understand why? The were no server/waitress no one came to our table to check on how was everything? On top of that you have to pay at the front counter and they have a sign saying that all waitresses get by tips only and they have a huge jar that says "tips". So they asked for the tip at the front counter and they also charge you in the check. By the way they will not provide an itemized receipt for your meal. Food is way over priced, service is not good and they also cheat the customers with the way they do ask for double tipping.

I do not recommend eating here. The tacos are good and for a good price, but the service is terrible. The waitresses and manager do not give a good customer service. Yo no recomiendo esta taqueria. Los tacos tienen buen sabor y a buen precio, pero las meceras son poco amigables y el manager super prepotente. Yo era un cliente frecuente pero he tenido y observado varias experiencias incomodas que no me gustaria que otros clientes pasaran un momento desagradable.

No les recomiendo este lugar ,yo me converti en cliente de ai y cuando lleve a mi familia pase la peor experiencia el dueño es un hombre de lo peor y grosero y el servicio es el pesimo se tardan mucho la comida la sirven fria y lo peor exijen propinas el cual no se las ganan x el pesimo servicio y ese hombre es un majadero no respeta y ojala uviera un lugar donde reportar sus majaderias para ke excarmiente

Ordene mi comida y se me olvido lo que llevava ya cuando le dije que me ase mal la crema le dije ke si me asia otro y dijo que me lo va cobrar doble en falta de respeto lo dijo nisiquiera el mcdonalds ase eso devolada te lo asen de nuevo luego disen que el tip es su pago si fuera asi no tubieran meseras nimodo que les den tanto tip ni para mantenerse uno NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO !

Sus tacos son Buenos pero sus empleados son de lo peor, cobran solo en efectivo y no dejaron que no hijo entrara con su comida de McDonald que no queria tacos y nos hablaron de una manera horrible poniendose a peliar en Lugar de disculparse por sus estupidas politicas de su restaurante , nos dijo que no le importaba que no volvieramos .

El sevicio de meseras exelente pero el señor. Bigoton gordo es un prepotente. Falta el respeti alos clientes. Es una persona que con su mala aptitu. Cae pesado. Osea cae mal.yo visite ese lugar este. Savado 20/6/2015 no fui el unico ofendido.

Not super impressed but I guess it wasnt awful for the price. We got carnitas, steak, chicken, spicy pork, and cow head. The cow head was kind of fatty, the chicken was plain and unseasoned, the carnitas were okay but greasy, the steak had some decent flavor but also fatty, and the spicy pork had the best flavor but not really spicy. The red salsa is bitter so I didnt have much. The tomatillo was flavorful but too SPICY for this gringo. Not bad overall I suppose but definitely not much to shout about.

Reasons why this place is amazing: 1) Be prepared to speak Spanish 2) Bring cash, and cash only 3) $2 tacos??!?!! (theyre huge) 3) Huge portions of cilantro, lime, hotsauce, radishes, and onions with every taco 4) Tortillas ALWAYS made fresh for your order from scratch 5) Every possible variation of traditional Mexican Taco filling (cactus and goat, anyone?) 6) Ingredients of the freshest quality 7) Novelas playing on TVs in the background Screw Taco Cabana, this is the place you need to go.

Probably one of the best tacos Ive had in the dallas area, totillas are home made! And meat is hot and tasty. But their customer service is just horrible!! I had the 2 waiters that served us kept suggesting to leave a tip when she took our plates up. Also asked for a tip again, after we left a tip on the table when we were closing our tab! Like seriously!? I get it! They have it posted on the walls to! But thats the only down side, Everything else was great!

La comida es buena pero tuve una mala experiencia el dia de hoy 24 de Sep pedi 3 tacos y en uno traía un cabello y para colmo se cobran la propina q porque son las reglas ni en los mejores restaurantes me a pasado lo de esta locación

Muy mal servicio tacos, tortas y huaraches los mismos guisos no hay variedad, son caros y sólo toman cash, creó que es la primera y última vez que vengó a comer a este lugar, yo personalmente no lo recomiendo....

Before anything, the tacos are humongous! Ask for one or two, three youre overeating, food is tasty and tortillas are fresh made, really good tacos, chopped onions and cilantro is not, really big chunks of onions an little cilantro. Whe waiter service is "horrible" and will charge the tip regardless on your check, so Id advice to take out, I dont recommend dining in. Food this good doesnt deserve their ugly customer service. Be advised, CASH only.
