I dont thing there are words of pain. I went there after the service of my passing sister, directly from the service had not ate in 24 hours. Red Lobster was my sister and I favorite. Waiter knew why we where, eyes red sniffling noses. His comments where "better leave me a good tip just reminding Ive been here all day dubble shift fixing to go home" and under his breath he said "want some cheese with all that whining youre doing" and the one that I blew my top " can you all hurry I would like to leave. We had been there 30 mins and only had our food 5 min. and the food was so bad and cold we asked him to return it and he said with extra on top. My mother, Father, grandmother, Aunt, Uncle, brother, and son went through this ugliness after such a painfully loss. I have let to return to Red Lobster dont think I ever will.

Went on a Friday night for the $29.95 special for two. The place was packed but there were tables available. We got seated, my husband ordered the spicy shrimp with pasta. It arrived cold. He sent it back. Althought this time warm, the sauce was like water and the shrimp was the frozen cocktail shrimp and tasted horrible. He also ordered a cesar salad. Again the sauce was like water and didnt taste at all like cesar dressing. I ordered the BBQ chicken and shrimp. Again arrived cold and the BBQ sauce was thin like water, the shrimp was frozen cocktail shrimp and tasted horrible. The cheese biscuit was good, but although tasty we wont go back for that. I can say this was the worst meal I have eaten and we have crossed this resturant off our list of places to go.

Waiter was RODREY C; TERRIBLE service. No utensils, waited until food was cold and had to ask for the utensils but no apology from server for that, server disappeared for 25min on two separate occasions, no water fills until asked, lobster was undercooked, asked us about dessert while we were half way through, tried to take my plate while I was still cutting and eating, still tipped a small amount (though wanted not to badly), but bad experience. Even when I stuck my neck out waiting for my waiter or had no water, other servers would see but blatantly ignore. Terrible server system, dont cover for each others lapses. Not coming back. Pappadeaux is more expensive but overall a much more pleasant dining experience.

OK, first off it was Saturday night and we had to wait for a table for an hour and a half... aside from that - the food was incredible and our waiter, Adam, was on the money! Everything came out correct, hot, and directly to the person who ordered it (there were 7 of us). The moment a tea glass got low, he was there with the pitcher. All this while the place was pretty busy (I mentioned the wait to get a table). I commented to the desk on the way out that Adam needed to be employee of the month. He made our whole "Red Lobster experience" that night.

I hadnt had lobster in forever and decided to spoil myself, so I ended up at Red Lobster in Plano which is about 10 minutes from my office. So glad I did. Ariel, my server, was terrific. She made several suggestions and I ended up with Land and Sea since I hadnt had a steak in forever, either. So delish. My taste buds loved me. ALSO, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were ahh-may-zing. I ate the lobster first and ended up taking most of the steak home. I ordered it medium rare and it was grilled perfectly. If you go to this location, ask for Ariel.

The hosts were really unorganized especially given that the restaurant was basically empty. It made me a little worried about the rest of the visit but the overall visit was fine. Had the pick 3. Crab cakes were a little under seasoned but good, Lobster Alfredo was really good. Could have lived without the Chimichurri Shrimp. It had very little flavor and was served on like 3 bites of wild rice. This location used to be one of my favorite places, but now I rarely eat here. I went today because I had a gift card and a coupon.

Were done with this place. We havent been in years because the food wasnt that good. Well, todays visit reminded us of that. Great service, clean place but the food quality, taste seasoning and cooking amount is subpar at best. Lobster was small and over cooked, veggies were over cooked, shrimp tasted old. Wife had crab pasta and it was wayyyyy over buttered and over salted with a few small crab pieces sprinkled in it. All of the food items except the shrimp tasted like they sat in butter for 3 days. Never again for us.

Crispy Shrimp wrap was awesome! Biscuits are amazing, as always! Potato Bacon Soup was alright, but would have looked more appealing if it would have had a garnish of visible bacon on top, maybe a sprinkle of cheese. Crab cheese dip was too fishy, tasted like old, or canned crab. Wouldnt recommend. Lobster was perfectly cooked, not rubbery. Same with all the different shrimp. Cody H. Was the waiter. Friendly, reserved, and Attentive, but not overly, which is good!

Loved our waitress Sarah, she took extra time to he help my papa choose something he would like since reading is difficult for him these days. She was discreet but didnt skip a beat and didnt neglect anyone elses needs which is very difficult to do with a party of 12!! Yes 12, and some of us really get after the tea and are pretty needy.....dad....but she was up for the challenge and had a great personallity her and the other waitress with her made our Red Lobster experience.

My family and I went here on Oct.22,2016...the wait for a table was about 20-25 minutes but the wait was worth it because our waitress Haley was AWESOME!! My husband and I go to this location all the time and have never received this type of service. Haley was very attentive to all our needs and we had a party of 9. She is by far the BEST waitress by far. We will definitely be back to sit in her section. Thank you Haley for making my birthday wonderful!!!!

The people at this restaurant is so racist. They had us waiting for twenty minutes and they were not busy but as soon as some white people came in they came and seated them and they still sat down before us. They service is horrible and will NOT go back. I would not recommend this restaurant because the manager walked by us and didnt say anything but he apologized to the white people when they just walked in.

For the price it is definitely not worth it to go here. The waitresses made a mistake on the order and the manager came and admitted the mistake. Sadly there was no offer to redo the order or to offer any type of credit. Overall, it is a chain with mediocre quality at higher prices. I would definitely not recommend this to friends or family. The food is about a 2.5/5 and the ambiance is about a 3/5.

La comida está rica. La vez pasada que fui me gustó más el sabor de la langosta, quizás sea por el chef que era otro. No lo sé. De igual manera. Esta muy rica la comida. Lo recomiendo.
