Ive been a regular here for lunch every single day for almost 2 years now. And in the beginning there have been some mix ups on the orders, BUT these people are so sweet and understanding, I get whatever was mistaken as my meal and another. But what keeps me always coming back are these 2 wonderful ladies, I couldnt really catch their names but it was something like deyan?? & something like Emma ( they always wear the red shirts and are at the windows) they always greet me with cheerful smiling faces, they remember my order, they make a regular jack in the box feel like what a mamas kitchen should be. These ladies go above and beyond, I mean I change my offer quite a bit and they always remember what I usally get, condiments & drinks. THESE LADIES DESERVE A RAISE!!

OK wtf, I ordered $12 worth of food. A Burger curly fries, chicken sandwich and a few tacos (Im not that fat lol) . All cold. I had to throw everything in the trash. Normally I would be OK with this and get over it but every single thing taste like it has been sitting out for hours. I wish I could post a picture of how piss poor this looks. I hate to give the entire store a bad rating because of a few peoples laziness, but how else will this get fixed? At least my order was right. Also I have seen a few reviews giving one star because of "slow service". You people are worse than this store and I hope you burn in a fiery hell.

Did not give all the items I payed for, and additionally did not answer the phone to correct the problem. Did not give me a receipt ( I figured it would be in the bag if they didnt ask if I wanted it ). Gave me the stink eye when I asked for taco sauce. They then put some sauce in the bag, but did not put any taco sauce. Horrible experience.

Attached to a gas station, this Jack in the Box location is average for the chain. Nothing particularly noteworthy as being good or bad. The major advantage to this location is the drive-through is relatively speedy and an easy way to grab a quick dinner on the way home from a commute from downtown Dallas on the tollway.

Ive only been to this location twice. The first time it looked like my burger was just thrown together, very messy and tasted old. The second time horrible service and what looked like the manager was very rude! My food tasted old and everything just thrown together again. I will not be going back!!

Typical fast food burger joint located next to a gas station. Convenient for quick meals on the go. Use the drive through as they get top priority.
