Every time I go into this particular Einsteins my order is wrong. This isnt an every so often occurrence or a mistake made by the same employee, it is different mistakes made by different employees almost every time I go in there. Which is quite a few, seeing as I go there for breakfast or lunch almost every single day. I order the same thing every time I go as well. Im talking about having it wrong 8 or 9 times within the last two weeks... so i decided it was time to say something. I very rarely have them fix my order,I just returned from there today, after having them correct my order, and the person working there spoke to me in a very hostile tone. My coffee order was wrong too, but I did not have her correct that, I just really wanted the sandwich I ordered. Id drink the unsweetened regular latte, even though I was charged for a vanilla hazelnut latte. She made the sandwich wrong again, even though, when asked, I told her exactly how to make it. I did not have her fix it again, seeing as she practically shoved the thing in my face. There is another Einsteins that I also frequent because I work right across the street, over off Park in Plano, and the service there is exceptional. My order is always right, and out in a timely manner. I also go there multiple times a week. I order the same things there that I order at the restaurant over here, so I know that it is not my error that is causing a mix up every time I order at the Addison restaurant. My conclusion would be that this particular restaurant needs to invest in employee training on their menu and in customer service, and have more experienced team members as well as managers around during all shifts to help the newer employees and answer their questions, as well as keep the customers happy.

THE NICEST THING! I was sick and went to get a breakfast sandwich while I waiting for CareNow to call me for my doctors appointment. The staff really went out of their way to hear my order and make sure it was correct- smiling the entire time. After I ate my sandwich I was just sitting there, waiting for the call from CareNow. The Cashier who checked me out picked up my plate and left a Chocolate Chip Muffin in its place. I looked up at him puzzled and he said "Chocolate Chips make everyone feel better." Was that the nicest thing ever?! I got to be honest; I will go out of my way to go to that location from now on. Great food, great prices, and employees that go out of their way to pick up the spirits of a stranger. MADE MY DAY

dont plan on getting to work on time if you stop here for breakfast. I work about 6 minutes from this location and had about 20 minutes to spare so I stopped here for the first time thru the drive thru worst mistake ever. The person taking orders had to be the only one working drive thru and when I say that I mean taking orders, money, and preparing the food. Not a good luck for a bagel and coffee establishment considering Most people who stop here are headed somewhere and looking for a quick fast and easy experience. Need to work on getting customers in and out.

Very disappointing. Service was very unfriendly...poor customer service...cleanliness deficient ..cashier was extremely slow and didnt seem to know what she was doing. Line to order was very long took me almost 30 minutes to get my order of baker dozen ..... she was the only cashier taking orders and checking customers out. We have been loyal customers of this location since it opened in Addison and have Definetely notice a decline in the quality of food and service

Worst customer service ive ever gotten. I love Einsteins and this place was horrible. Stood in line and no one took my order. I ordered my favorite frozen drink and the cashier while laughing told me " the blender is broken". I watched several people walk up to the " order here" line and the same cashier who was taking orders on the other side just watched and not said a word while they stood at the other side waiting. Such a shame.

Love the place, and everyone is really nice...but everytime I go AT LEAST one thing is messed up. A dozen everything bagels becomes a dozen of everything (an assortment) an original bagel dog becomes an asiago one, a vanilla hazelnut coffee with two creams and 4 sugars becomes a plain coffee with one cream and 2 sugars. Its the little things that make me wanna drive the extra 5 minutes to a different store.

Have to agree with Jacob - went out of my way to go to this location, ordered a bagel sandwich with plain cream cheese (not the onion whatever cream cheese that was supposed to go on it) and I still got the onion stuff. Also got a latte, which didnt taste very good (more like bad watered down coffee). Maybe Im spoiled from Starbucks but I guess I assumed a latte would be similar everywhere.

Awful customer service. Stood in a line of three people and no one greeted or acknowledged me. It wasnt busy at all. When I did place My order it took at least 8 minutes to make a cup of coffee,. Which was only made when I stood up and asked for it. I almost ordered some food, but I knew it would probably take forever. Will not be coming back.

LOUSY!!! Ordered a bagel, muffin and coffee. The norm is to give the customer the cup after they pay. Nope. Had to ask for cup. My order was to be eaten invl store. It came to me as to go. Told me he shift manager it was for here and I repeated myself and he just starred at me. Wont be back. I used to enjoy going there with friends, but no more.

My order is never wrong and they finally have iced coffee. Ive been here a couple of times and love the prices. My boy and I can get out of here generally spending $5 all together, $10 if we are feeling superflous. Four stars because the staff is never very friendly and the tables arent spot on with cleaning.

They should have a good Rewards program like just about every other merchant has. You could buy 50 boxes of bagels a month and not receive a reward. I love their service I like their bagels and cream cheese but it would be better if they had a decent rewards program.

I chose one star for their awful service because no star isnt an option. I go there every morning for bagels for the office and I regret going. They have the worst attitudes Ive ever seen. I will stop going there.

I go through the drive-thru once in a while. It is a frustrating experience when the grounds crew is out there are you are trying to order. Really like their honey walnut schmear.

They actually hired some people that have excellent customer service skills. Service was spectacular. Great place to come for some bagels and latte on a Sunday morning.

The girl on the cash register couldnt be bothered to stand up and just leant on the counter the whole time and barely spoke. They were out of plain bagels by 10:45am
