When I first walked in the young lady seated me and I asked do you have wifi? She said let me ask my manager, well he came and said no and also took my order. When the food came it was cold and he took it back twice. No one ever came to check on me. I watched 2 other couples be served there food and receive their checks and left. After 45 minutes the manager came and asked if everything was ok. I said well no on e has come to check on me, who is my waiter. He said oh I am so sorry about that I will get your check would you like some more water. I just left. As I was leaving I asked for a number to do a survey, he then became very upset and told me what was my problem. I said what problem? Did I say I had a problem. He then started to tell me that his crew works as a team and started to be very argumentative at the counter. He also mentioned he gave me a discount. I was the only one eating and still spent $20.40 without a tip there was no one to tip. One of the waiters that was working the tables near me I said were you my waiter he said no. It was only 3 people sitting in the area I was working in. The service sucks! The staff sucks. I would not let my dog eat there. I will tell the world of this experience. While on vacation, weve ordered IHOP from the Addison, TX location several times this week and had mixed experiences. We called IHOP 4 different nights to place orders for pick-up. Twice, we had great and friendly service. I believe it was the same woman who took our order on Monday and Wednesday. She was helpful and an asset to this branch. The other two nights we called, Tuesday and Thursday, we were told as soon as we called, "Can you hold on just one moment?" and we waited on the line for at least 10 minutes before hanging up. Nobody ever came back to the phone nor answered it when we tried back. I know IHOP in ADDISON cannot be SO busy in the middle of the week at such random hours that they cannot return to a phone within ten minutes of having customers hold. So, it seems as though the workers are being lazy and would rather not have to labor for their earnings. In conclusion, this branch is average at best, given the mix of good and bad service youll receive, depending upon the day and time you call.

Horrible. I rarely spend $30 on diner, but I decided I wanted chicken fried steak . First, they forgot the ice cream sundaes that I order. I waited an additional 10 to 15 minutes only for them to bring me these tiny cup of ice cream with a tiny bit of chocolate and a little whip....should have only taken 2 minutes to fix both. Then the smart ass boy at the counter had an attitude, because I asked for a separate bag for the sundaes to separate them from the hot food. Then I get all the way home only to find that they didnt put the gravy in the bag. So, we had dry mash potatoes and steak. I called to complain and the manager said it was his fault and that they would discount my next meal ,but didnt ask my full name...just said to remind them. He didnt sound genuinely sorry about anything. They can keep the discount.

Our waiter forgot silverware, straws, and our condiments. The coffee was cold and we kept asking for refills my girlfriends food had hair in it and they charged us for bacon that already came with the meal and so I had to ask for that to be taken off and they still charged us for the food that had the hair in it so I had to ask for that to be taken off. The waiter explained to us from the start that he has forgotten a lot of stuff that day so he already had us worried about our service that he was going to give us. I usually dont give a bad review but it was not a good expreince. The waiter himself seemed to be havi g to much fun other than just getting the little things taken care of.

We went to IHOP to go eat some breakfast and the drinks tasted so bad. The vanilla iced coffee was horrible and I think the chocolate milk was experied and the vanilla coffee. My boyfriend now has stomache problems right after drinking a little of the chocolate milk. We made it clear to them that we were very unsatisfied with the drinks. Horrible experience ever. And I wouldnt recommend IHOP morning drinks. And I also think IHOP needs to taste their chocolate milk it was not worth it at all. Very unhappy customer and we will not be coming back anymore. And I suggest to other customers to go somewhere else. Waiter was very polite and food tasted great but the drinks were the worst.

It took about 10 minutes for us to get a table which was not a big deal. I went inside the restroom to wash my hands and 2 employees walked in to text on their cell phone. When we finally got seated we ordered our food. It took about 30 minutes to get our food and when the waitress came with our food she brought 1 plate of which was the people sitting next to us and didnt even bother to get them a new plate. There was one side missing so I politely asked for it. My talapia looked like it had been thrown on the plate. My steamed broccoli was cold and tasted bad. My sons grilled cheese was cold. My daughters macaroni was cold. Terrible service. I will NEVER come here again.

After driving all night from OKC, I was eager to feed my son and myself. Well, while attempting to put my son in his seat, coffee was spilled. Not only did nobody offer to even give me a rag to clean it up, I had used the two napkins wrapped around our flatware and still had a mess to clean up. Our waitress saw me doing this, and when I tried to get her attention, she started speaking to a table on the other side of the half wall, though she was standing right by us. Not to mention the coffee that had just been set in front of us didnt even burn either of us (which in this case is good, but it also means I was served lukewarm coffee). I got up and left. Terrible service.

I havent ever had a bad experience at this ihop. They are super busy on the weekends as expected but we didnt have to wait. The new cinnamon roll french toast was super yummy. I only wish that the "cinnamon filling drizzle" was on both not just one cinnamon roll toast. The iced coffee is a big no. Tasted nothing like coffee. More like chocolate syrup and half and half. We have had the same servicer Jesus and he has always been wonderful. My boyfriend really likes the lunch. Breakfast for two cost about $25 and then plus tip. Not too bad for a lazy Sunday.

My daughter and I went to have breakfast at 9am this morning, people was seated in the waiting area for I have no idea why but I was told a couple had been forgotten about and the waiter finally seated them. My daughter and I were still waiting, by the way we are looking at several empty tables. One customer who had been waiting on his to-go order said to me how the food is good there but the service stinks, thats why he was getting it to-go. At that point, I got my daughter and left, went to a different IHOP.
