Used to be a four star but the recent "remodel" of this location made it a disorganized mess. They removed any indication of where the line starts and also all the places you could wait for your to go order out of the way. They also moved the coffee bar and oriented it backwards so that you have to pass by the coffee to get your cup holder and then double back to the coffee. Yeah its not a big deal but they made changes in a more annoying direction. The food and coffee is good and the staff is generally good. Nothing special to offset the annoyances though.

Came on a wed AM, I was rushed along when placing my order and the cheese on breakfast bagel sandwich was served to me cold and not melted. They werent even busy enough to cook my food in such a hurry. The meat in my sandwich had a lot of fat in it and it was not good. I was also charged $1.30 for strawberry jams that the Einsteins on Preston & Royal always give to me for free. The staff here are extremely impersonal and I will not go to this location again. Epic fail

As much as I like Einstein Bros. Bagels, this location is a disappointment. Staff not concerned about service or getting your order right. Attitude seems to be that theyre doing you a favor to take your order and money. Dining room has been unkempt every visit. Again, thats staff spending more time chatting with each other than actually doing their job. Bathroom should probably be skipped for the same reason.

Horrible! Go to Starbucks Pros: none Cons: Way more expensive than Starbucks The honey wheat bagel Ive ordered feels airy The egg spinach mushrooms sandwich tastes like hospital food. For a similar meal at Starbucks I pay $5.68 (spinach egg wrap + a bagel toasted with butter). This meal at Einstein costs me $7.50!!! And it tastes crappy! Never again...

I wouldnt go there again. The people there do not know how to fill orders. Instead of doing in the order it was placed, they just randomly pick out the orders to fill. I was left waiting there for 10 min. while they served people behind me. What a zoo!! On top of all of that, they shortchanged me by two bagels. Even a kindergartener can count.

This location is great to work with (both pickup and delivery). They are always either on-time or a little early. They have saved my bacon many times in having breakfast delivered super early. I KNOW that I dont have to worry about my order being 100% correct with this location.

I love Einsteins. I go here at least once a week. I want to point out that this Einsteins is very well managed. They get your food out fast and are always refling the coffee. Keep it up!

No onion bagels! They say none of the Einsteins have them. I do know of an Einsteins in Flower Mound that does. Much better than their substitute of garlic bagels ...
