I would say this place is average. The inside is nice and sunny, like youd expect a breakfast place to be. Parking on the street is pretty much a shot in the dark, but theres a parking garage within easy walking distance. The food was fine, nothing to get too excited about. I ordered the standard combo (2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 strips of bacon, my choice of 2 carbs) and the waitress recommended the French toast. I could have gotten fancy with one of their specials, but it was several dollars more, and the price was already a little high. The food was fine, nothing wrong with it, but again nothing memorable. The buildings temperature was unusual for Dallas, and I was sweating, which made me not want to drink my $3 black coffee. All in all, my bill (with tip) was over $20 for a pretty uneventful meal. I wouldnt go out of my way to go back.

First of all, breakfast all day and at any time is heaven. This place had great pancakes but my favorite was the country skillet. It was DELICIOUS!! Get it with cooked eggs so its not so soggy. I ordered it with scrambled and an extra side of gravy. The potatoes were perfection. The issue we noticed on our first visit was the noise. IF YOURE HUNGOVER BEWARE. Not sure if it was due to the front being all glass but it was tough to hear or speak with your table.

From my first visit, I will have to give 3 stars because the food was just under par, especially considering the price. Greek omelet was horrible for me but I will say I have yet to acquire that taste. Hey Ricky omelet was great and enjoyed by my friends. Orange juice was $3 which was not worth it. Will I go again? Yes. Will I order Greek omelet? No. Will I re-review? Yes. Until then keep up the great service.

The food was good, the service was great. There are many healthy options and plenty of vegetarian options. Also a great place to go for some one on one time, there is plenty of seating. It is a bit expensive but its a good place to try if youre tired of "regular" breakfast places.

Our Reviews are as follows; Jalen, my 6yr old says: "Cool" Jourdyn, my 16yr old says: " Its a chill spot" Myself: "It exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds, everything was amazing and Jalen is an extremely picky eater, but he demolished his Pancakes and Sausage"

Delicious!! They close at 3pm, so its the perfect place to visit when youre craving breakfast for lunch on a work day. The South Beach is a must with their homemade Greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Yum!! My family and I enjoyed this place and you will, too. No yolk!

I brought a friend here this morning, after trying out the Fort Worth location.. For Cold potatoes, hard boiled eggs Benedict, coffee that tasted like rotten eggs, and the waitress didnt even care.. Over priced and over rated.. IHOP would have even been better.

My wife and I first tried this restaurant in Chicago. We love this place! There is something for everyone here. I can eat healthy while she gets chicken and waffles. The coffee drinks are great as well and they will customize anything you want

First time here. We called ahead of time for seating so the wait wasnt long. Our waiter was friendly and very attentive. Love the strawberry orange juice. I dont eat bacon and the turkey sausage was blah! It was cold and disgusting.

Its a bit pricey for what you get, but the service was good and the atmosphere was cool. We were seated quickly even though it was the brunch rush.
