Employee did not honor the discount they had posted on the front window. Kid eat free. He was told that we wanted this and he said ok. He also charged for several drinks we did not order. We paid and looked at recipt and let him know it was wrong. He said no discount, we showed him the sign on Windows. His comment " I cant read backwards ". The queso we got was cold. He was more on his phone playing than listening to the customer, he suddenly didnt understand what we were saying. After discussing it with him we just told him to give us what we paid for. I would not recommend this place.

I have been coming to this location for years. My order is almost always wrong, but Ive dealt with it because I catch it and they correct it. Tonight was my last visit. There are too many other great spots in Dallas. They didnt have chips, queso, or milanesa (so no torta) because, and I quote the cashier, its Sunday and our shipment comes tomorrow. Youre open, I dont care what day of the week it is. I simply ordered no onions on one order and of course it came out with onions. And the whole box had clearly been dropped. Took two more tries to get my order right. Done.

Necesitan cambiar el ambiente a mas mexicano, empesando por la musica, las carnes necesitan mas condimentos o ingredientes, la salsa tiene mucha agua, posiblemente conjelada. Necesitan servirla en temperatura ambiente o tibia. No el mejor lugar para comer tacos.

Whoa... food was OK and nothing Id go out of my way for. Ate on a Sat around 5 and the food was definitely not fresh. Prices are way higher then they should be for the place and quality of food. They have free kids meals written in big letters but also explained later that if you dont ask for the discount they wont give it to you. Waitresses were nice enough though dont expect it to be memorable. All in all I felt I wasted my time. Maybe it was a bad day?

Best Mexican food ive had in a long time. Portions are large for the $, the food is fresh and unique and the sauces are delicious although a little on the hot side. Cant go wrong with their mild chipotle sauce. Desserts are really good as well. I will definitely go back again and again. The service and the staff was top notch. All around an excellent place to eat. So glad I found it....and its never packed which I find hard to believe.

This was the worst experience i have ever had i ordered 2 chicken tacos and 1 steak the chicken looked like it was out of a third world country and the steak looked like cat food so i complained the the guy behined said if you want fajita meat that will be a $2 more do for a$1.99 you get crap but for $4 you get real meat please do not waste your time got to taco bell its better food. These idiots got my order wrong I place my order ahead of time and they didnt have it ready when I show up ,when it was finally ready it was the wrong thing. The reason I order ahead of time was so it would be ready when I got their and I gave them more then enough time all the employees seem not to care and was all confused on my order I will never have my business here again.

average taste, poor service, limited selection and they chop up and water down their so called steak tacos so its just as mealy as ground beef. Plus I just ordered 2 beef and one chicken taco, and got two shredded chicken and one micro chopped and water soaked beef street taco. Go to just about any other place if you want good tacos. ridiculous!

I just ordered food from this place and I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I was really looking forward to a steak quesadilla but instead got a quesadilla that tasted and smelled like fish. I think they use the same frying oil for fish and steak. If you want good tacos dont go here. This is not real Mexican food.

prices are ok 10 per meal average, bottled drinks are above average, over $2.50. Service is really good i visited while they were busy and still was treated nicely. place was clean. Decor was unfinished apparently. i would visit again. i like torta cubana a lot. i wish theyd have aguas frescas.

Pretty good, I come here once a week due to it being 2 minutes from my job, the prices are fair, the carnitas and barbacoa are solid. The only complaint would be they often forget to bring out the salsa I order for some reason and they have one or two grumpy female cashiers

I got some food to go and so, all the people that were behind me in line got their food first, the only thing i order was a side of rice and beans and they took forever to deliver, even after i had mention to them, what happend to my order? They looked at me like, oops.

I wish I could give it no stars!!! I ordered from here and there was HAIR in my tacos. When I mention it to them they say well what color is there hair? Nobody here has that color hair so theres nothing we can do about it! I will never eat here again!!!

With the street taco craze taking hold these are great quick, large portion tacos. Rice and beans arent bad either. Grab a Mexican soda even a beer. Other menu items other than tacos so something for everyone.

Great tacos. I wouldnt base an experience with them on one taco not Coming out right. The breakfast Tacos are great bacon egg with the works!? yummy and that Big D burrito is amazing. Again great tacos.

Food is alright but service is lousy. Always has been. Took us 15 minutes of asking multiple times for chips for our queso. Chips are not even complimentary here. Greenville location is better service.

I think it was just OK. I dont have anything to compare them to since this was the only place I was able to visit to get street tacos. I didnt care for the pork tacos. The chicken and steak was OK.

No Lengua...No barbacoa... THEN gave me the wrong tacos. Did not apologize, and charged me the $2 difference for the right tacos. Waited for both orders. I wont be back!
