I would rate this popeyes location a negative -10 or at least a NO STARS! The reason for this horrible review is due to the fact that as soon as we got home to eat the 10 piece chicken box, my wife took a quick bite before tearing up the food for our son. When she took a bite, she didnt realize THERE WERE 3 TO 4 PIECES OF SMALL CHICKEN BONES IN THE BATTER OF THE FOOD. She had to throw up 2 of the bones she didnt realize she had stuck in her throat and take 2 bones she still had in her mouth. I ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE LOCATIONS BUSINESS NUMBER BUT IT KEPT RINGING AND EVENTUALLY HUNG UP. I CALLED CORPORATE POPEYES AND THEY SAID They WOULD ADDRESS THE MATTERS WITH THE LOCATION BUT THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE IF THEIR CUSTOMERS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER Ever go to popeyes again!!

Usually never had a problem with this location, until now. Pull up at 8:57pm, order small meal and pay for it. Because I refuse to pull up, they refund me. All because they have a timer score that sucks. Not my fault you had nothing ready, you are still open for another hour, Rafael. Im the customer and Im not the one responsible for your car timers. It wasnt busy, and you had some other poor schmuck waiting in the front of the store. Wow. Drove down to the kfc, ordered the exact same thing and got back home in under 5 minutes. And KFC was cheaper too. You lost my business because you were too preoccupied with your timer.

Said cocktail sauce 3 times and ask them face to face "you put cocktail right? Cause you said tarter when I gave you my order" Tells me yes and I thank him and drive off. Find out later its tarter and Ive got gross mush fish. No silverware for my beans or napkins either. Blows my mind.

Worst place ever. Waited 10 minutes before someone even called someone to the front, then had to wait for a couple more minutes before they took my order. This place is filthy and has bad service. Popeye s should be ashamed of this location. I will never come back.

Not only is the food over priced, but the food we got had obviously been recooked. The crust was almost burned and the outermost meat was completely dried out, like someone was trying to make jerky and forgot and left it in the dehydrator. Never again!!!!!!

The young lady at the drive thru is so unprofessional and rude!! Then she has the nerve to have an attitude with me because I asked if they separated my spicy chicken from the regular?? I am going to have to find another location to go to!! Ridiculous!!

Just got home and the chicken tenders were old and dry. The red beans and rice had almost no beans and the tea tasted terrible and i cant even go return it and get my 16 bucks back because i wasnt given my reciept

Upon ordering thru drive thru the guy taking my order said they didnt have enough chicken for my order. Who does that? You dont have enough well make some more. Its not like it was close to closing time.

Chicken here is waaay overpriced! You would expect the quality to be excellent at a price of $30 correct?....well this place doesnt offer that, its a hit and miss with this place. Do not recommend

The kids in the kitchen play around too much and screw up the order. They had toilet paper rolls under their shirts in the chest area and were chasing one another in the cooking area.

A beautiful place to celebrate our anniversary. Service was outstanding -- friendly, attentive but not hovering. The menu is limited but no problem finding dishes we enjoyed.
