We have eaten here at this location of Chicken Express. And we had been very satisfied. But saddy today 3/9/2016.We especially made the trip to go purchase our food there at Chicken Express to be so disappointed and our food was horrible nasty. We just couldnt believe it. So i called Chicken Express to let them know of my very bad experience. I even informed them that this was very shocking to me because we have eaten here so many other times.And i wanted them to make it right and give me good chicken and fries .I paid cash for it or reimbursement of my money .The so called Manger told me that he could give me coupons or for me to go back to day to get the chicken. I responded with are you paying me for gas or what Im not going back again today possibly Friday. Then said i was then getting nothing.So i asked for someone above him.He i will give you the owners phone number. I couldnt believe my ears. Such a poor customer service regarding the food they are selling to trusting people that thought they were purchasing good and fresh food. I will definitely not go back or recommend this place.I lost my hard earned money. But they lost alot more.

Absolutely, one of the worst fast food experiences my wife and I have ever experienced. Absolutely terrible customer service, completely disrespected by one of the staffers, the lady taking our order to be specific. We were informed that the wait for Chicken would be 15 minutes it endeded up taking over 35/40 minutes. When the chicken was finally ready the disrespectful staffer took the order of the customers that came about 5/10 minutes after us out to them first and did it out of spite as we beheld the smirk she had on her face as she seen our faces in disbelief. Even the customers that got there order first had to question why/how that was even possible. Long story summed up, complete disaster of a visit, will never visit again and on top of that I guess they were in such a rush they forgot to season the chicken, and never received an apology or anything for the wait.

Tried to give our money to Chicken Express today and the employees decided they would rather sit out side and talk. We walked up to the door at. 11:45 (they open at 10:30). We were greeted by a locked door. After standing there for about 5 minutes one of the employees sitting at a table to finally get up and tell us what was going on. Apparently they had not been able to get in the doors this morning and had nothing ready. Thats understandable. The problem we had were: 1. They should of been there early enough that even if that was true they would have something ready 2. Even if its not ready yet wouldnt you let us in and order and make then like you said you were doing. 3. Nobody was working they were sitting at the table and outside leaving. They were very unprofessional and loss about 10 customers in the 5 minutes we were there.

Worst establishment EVER!!!.....When you mess up on a customers order, you compensate them however possible. I ordered food one night, got home....the order was incorrect and less than acceptable. I put my clothes back on, returned to the place to have it corrected and it still was wrong. Spoke to the manager Carl, the next day. He was suppose to compensate me with coupons via mail. That still has not happened and its been since November. I have called and he is never in. So, Chicken Express will not get another dollar from me....EVER!!!! Rinky Dink Restaurant!!!!!

Good flavor chicken, good ice tea and clean place but have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get luke warm chicken and cold rolls. Yesterday when we go there, theres only 3 tables that they have to serve and not even busy in the drive thru too. We are always here in this place and I see some customer complaining about the waiting and when the food come out its either cold or luke warm and the breading is really hard. theres a lot of people complaining about wait time but it seems like they dont do something with it. Will stop going there from now on.

Will not return! On Dec. 27, 2014 at 5 pm, as my receipt showed, I ordered a two piece white meat. What they gave me was a thigh and a wing. I politely showed the cashier my receipt and the thigh. Her response was that it was a breast so I stuck my fork in it to show her it was a thigh. She then went to speak with her manager who said they wouldnt do anything about it since I stuck my fork in it, but the worse part was the Dr Pepper nozzle fell onto the floor and without washing it off, the cashier picked it up and screwed it back on...GROSS!!!

A couple weeks ago after getting my order to go I open my box to what appeared to be warmed over chicken. You know that look and yes the taste was that warmed over chicken. Very disappointed. So then today I return and order the fish. Ordered and paid for a three piece return to office and I was given a 2 piece. I really seems that this place has taken a turn for the worse. Never seems to be any managment around. Oh well my money spends elsewhere

Stopped to eat lunch on Friday March 11. This is important because as a practicing Catholic means we are in the middle of lent. I tried to order the catfish only to be told that they are out. Catholics make up the largest single religious denomination approximately 40% so this establishment can not seem to cater to a large portion of its potential customer base. Will never stop to eat here again

With a name like Chicken Express, I would expect my food to come out quicker than 15 minutes after ordered. Whats worse is that when my food came out, it came sans fries. I was told my fries would be brought out when they were ready. Almost 15 minutes after that I received fries. Mounds of chicken sitting under heat lamps at 8pm. Guess I ordered the wrong thing (tenders).

Now the best place to get chicken in north Baytown. Nice place to sit down and eat dinner with the family or grab some chicken to go. Make sure you ask for the regular Serendipity salt that comes in little packets you can sprinkle on the strips, it definitely lives up to its namesake. Restaurant that was recently built so the bathrooms are spotless.

I personally would not stop here ever again. The last 3 times I stopped to get chicken they told me a 20 minute wait. You would think at a chicken place they would ACTUALLY HAVE CHICKEN. Then I call to give feedback and theres no answer. Not sure what they were doing because they obviously werent cooking chicken. Ugh!

Part of our group had their order deleted somehow. When everyone else received their food, they had to inquire about order. Took several times back to the register to get items still missing. Employees were playing around squirting each other with water. 6/18/2016 @ 8:30pm.

The food and the sweet tea are awesome....when you can actually get food. Every time we come to this location theyre having issues, no chicken, fryers are not working, the list goes on. We have been told a 10 minute wait time for chicken and waited for close to 45 minutes.
