Most of the beggining reviews are fake so its probably a 2 star if anything ... Worst burger place ive ever been to.... Terrible customer service... I never feel the need to poorly rate a business but theyve earned it... I iasked a few questions about thier burgers and the asian lady started gettimg upset telling me to leave and not come back... I know im only one of a thousand customers... But i didnt deserve to be treated like that as a potential customer... Never going back and will make sure to let ohter people to saty away from this place....

Horrible Horrible!!! Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings. Ate a few rings while driving to my kids school a block away. While waiting for kids started to eat sandwich. IT WASNT COOKED COMPLETELY!!! Immediately returned for a refund. Inly refunded the sandwich because i ate a few rings and sipped some of the drink to get the taste of RAW CHICKEN OUT OF MY MOUTH! Other locations are GREAT, this one is Horrible. Will not return.

We live close by this particular Burger Box and have always just ordered the cheeseburgers and fries. They are consistently good and the fries are always crisp and hot. Their cheeseburgers are made to order so its always fresh. The lady who owns the place is always very pleasant. When we are hungry for a burger, this is our go-to.

One visit between me and my husband. Worst.Burger. Ever. It was so dry and generic.The bulgogi burger was good, but my bulgogi is better. Bulgogi is Korean bbq and you should give it a try if you havent. Very nice lady behind the counter and atmoshphere is colorful with lots of plants! I may come back or may not. Time will tell.

First visit and I was leary. The chicken fingers, great, hamburger, great, catfish, awesome, best fries, fabulous customer service.....just wish I could understand her. Language barrier was a lttle difficult, but Ill tell you, she is super sweet! Shakes and malt were amazing!! Definitely going back!!!

Had the steak frys and was not able to finish eating them because they were mush. Boyfriend wasnt impressed with his burger either. Had high hopes based off if others reviews and seeing plenty of cars in the parking lot but this isnt a good local restaurant.

Language barriers are hard to overcome when the people just dont understand what your saying. Pricing gets overlooked and customers get upset when that happens. Good food, but overall experience was drab. Will not come to this location again.

This particular Burger Box is excellent! The owners are extremely nice people. I loved all the live plants they have inside giving off fresh oxygen for them and their customers. The burger was not warm but HOT and FRESH! Thank you.

The burgers here are always amazing! The fries are those old-fashioned crinkle fries always made perfect. You should definitely eat here. Well, get food from here. The atmosphere isnt awesome, but the food definitely is.

Nice local burger joint. Clean, friendly. Strong Coca-Cola which is nice... not syrupy like many other places. Food is fresh and cooked to order. About $7 for the burger combo.
