Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and received a melted styrofoam container that once held said chicken. I also received egg fried rice instead of the chicken fried rice I requested. I was forced to order over $30 worth of food just to get the delivery; noting that the place is less that 8 miles away. When I called to inform them and hopefully work something out to at least get another meal, I was denied. I listen to at least three different employees discuss what to do. When I was addressed again I was told all they could do was a free sweet and sour chicken on my next order and that they wouldnt honor the chicken fried rice. When I asked them how that helped me now they replied by explaining to me the chicken comes straight out of the fryer and goes into the container because the chicken cant get cold, as if I was unsure how to cook fried chicken. I requested something that wasnt in a styrofoam container and was again denied. I requested a refund of at least the sweet and sour chicken and was denied. This is the second time I have ordered and the second time I have had an issue. You can keep your sweet and sour styrofoam. "Next order," HA.

Terrible! Never order delivery from here. I have done this a number of times and after items always missing Im done... never again. Last time this happened the wait for another delivery was over 30 min so I drove there to get this missing items. I tried to speak with the manager but he speaks zero English. The guy at the counter had to translate and they said I they would give me a free entrée my next order. My wife and I ordered again about a month later and because the free entrée dropped the total down to $14, they would not deliver. They screwed up multiple orders, couldnt provide resolution, and a free entrée because of these delivery mistakes excluded delivery. I wish I could relay this to the manager but again, he doesnt speak a word of English.

Weve ordered twice from this place. The first time was great: ordered online, very convenient, reasonable delivery time, free delivery, food tasted good. The second time we ordered, we waited almost an hour before someone up there called to tell us we were too far away to deliver. AN HOUR LATER. We didnt move so what is the problem?? We were all hungry and my husband has acid reflux so he cannot eat late. Card was already charged for order and everything. Really upset over this and we will NOT be ordering again. Hong Kong Express is right there in the same area and they Will deliver to us. We will go to them.

Cannot comment on the food because I couldnt even place my order! But the customer service needs tremendous improvement. When the person that answered my call could not locate my address which apparently their website could identify was under 4 miles. I told him that our address wouldnt come up on google because it is a new community and it would come up on mapquest. I was ready to give him directions, which were not difficult to follow. He got inpatient and advised that I just come and pick up the food.

DO NOT order the beef with peanut curry sauce or any combination. The meat was so old it was SOFT and the broccoli was just as soft (texture of a mushroom for both) and the curry sauce was too liquidy. I think that they had it frozen and then microwaved it or had it on a burner starting on MONDAY. It was nasty and I will never ever ever go back there. I plan to take what I didnt throw away to the manager of the store today and get my money back. Im outraged.

We came into an empty restaurant during mid-day, so expecting the worse, we asked ourselves if we should dine here at Yums, or seek out a hotter spot. We took the chance and were immediately impressed. The service was good, our food came in a timely fashion, and was cooked to excellence. This place is reasonably priced, with large portions, and quick service. Its a little pearl among the sea of choices. I recommend a visit soon, and I we will be returning soon.

This place has the best asian food in the DFW. If you want the best you eat here. I was blown away by how fresh and all around superb the food was. Chicken was great not chewy or hard like at a lot of other places. The Gentlemen who I believe owns the place is always polite and smiling, he was knowledgeable, as well as accommodating. He didnt rush me and made great suggestions, even if the food wasnt mind blowing id return just because of his service.

Order online to pick up, the online service is very user friendly. They called me to make sure I knew where to pick up my food because they have two locations, very thoughtful. The location they have in little Elm is very clean, inviting and nice. Customer service was great. The food was delicious for the price better than many Chinese food places.

Snacking on Egg Drop Soup, and Beef Fried Rice as I type this. The food is fresh, and flavorful, not overly oily, or loaded with sodium. The joint was surprising big, I didnt stay for long, just took takeout. Not really decorated inside, but very clean. Menu is Asian Fusion, mostly Chinese and Thai dishes. Looking forward to trying other things!.

Heard so many good things about this place. Went over there and noticed they had a grade B sanitary rating. Sat down and ordered water to drink. When they delivered my water, I tried to order my food, but they refused to take my order. So I left a bit disappointed, but maybe Ill try again later....that is if they get a higher sanitary grade.

Im sure there are better plates of food served here than what I received this evening. Fish sauce in the Thai dishes that were not supposed to have fish sauce in them... And slathered all over the food WAY too heavily. Only ate about 1/4 of the plate of food. On a positive note - my fortune cookie had a good fortune inside!

The chicken in the orange chicken or General Tsaos chicken is in pieces the size of a softball. O.K., maybe thats an exaggeration, but its all white meat, huge pieces, and better than anything served by competing places around Frisco. As other reviews cover, their delivery is kinda iffy, but the dining in experience is great.

My wife and I found this place doing a Google search because we wanted Asian food near our home. We have been disappointed in the last few places we tried. This place was a refreshing surprise. The food was fresh, hot, and well seasoned. We have found our place for Asian food. I definitely recommend you give this place a try.

Its local, its filling, its Yum Asian Bistro. Theres a variety of food at this place from Chinese, Viet, and Thai... I wouldnt consider it exceptional quality, but its definitely good. Its located very close to homes so during a time of booming city development, convenience for this establishment is a hitter

Girlfriend an I loved it! We wanted the food delivered but didnt know how big the portions would be. Theyre pretty large portions, so its worth your money. We bough to different plates and mixed them together. It was enough to fill both of us. Awesome restaurant. Definitely coming back!
