This is my second time coming to this establishment and the first time the food was ok only thing I didnt like it was gnats everywhere including the sour cream and I honestly dont believe when you tell them they actually change it I think they scope it out in the back and keep it pushing. So today 1/10/2017 we pulled up at about 7:55 so for one I dont see any hours of operation posted at the front door so when we walked in the young male at the register was looking around like dang we got last minute customers,so he says well yall can eat for a little bit but we are about to close, I asked what time do yall close he said well.we changed our hours I think from 10:30 to 8pm so we left I dont want to eat somewhere I have to feel rushed so when I got in the car I checked the website and the hours said this place would be closing at 9 so with that being said post some hours of operation on the window and make sure your employees are up-to-date on the hours. I always always always have ate at the one by the parks mall and havent any trouble matter of fact i use to work there as a teenager so i love souper salad, i just moved to this area so I doubt I will be coming back here which is sad because this is the closest one to me but Im willing to drive if it means better food and better service!!

5 stars. Why 5 stars? I have to rate it according to the standard mandated by how much they charge they customers. Ok, for starters, 7.29 bucks for a buffet of fresh salad, pasta, soup, pizza, dessert --- 5 stars -- coupon they provide from time to time --- 5 stars --- nice location --- 5 stars --- great customer service (very important!) yes the guy who met us in the counter was super nice and accommodating and the pregnant lady who was our server was super nice .. 5 stars ... cleanliness? well 4.5... because its not a new building .. we would go back again? Oh yes sure again and again... but if they start charging 10 bucks without any upgrades, I would rethink....

The food was spoiled and stale. They are cutting corners everywhere and it shows in the poor quality of the food. The fruit salad was fermented, and some of the other fruit, such as the kiwi, were starting to go bad. They no longer have tuna salad, only tuna pasta salad, which is an example of how theyre trying to save money at the expense of quality. Even the pizza had barely any cheese. The advertised fresh baked bread was also a disappointment as it was not fully baked. At $10 a person with a drink, it is the worst value Ive had in a long time. Im never going back.

Ill never come back here until they stop over Charging for burnt bread and un-fresh salad This place is trash, the cost is $8.65 and the food is on the same level as school lunches. Nothing is fresh, you can see stains on the salad leaves. This place is empty and will probably close like all the other locations, it used to be a good restaurant a few years ago, but since then the prices increased. While options and food quality dropped dramatically. To the restaurant: The soup options are disgraceful, you should all be ashamed.

Weve eaten there on and off for a few years. A couple years ago it was becoming more miss than hit when we went so wed only risk it every few months. The last two times we have gone it was probably the best that we remember. They have cleaned up the looks of the place and the food looks alot better perhaps new management or a rejuvenation. Baked potatoes, Individual salad items all were good, pudding, pizza, breadsticks were all good. Cornbread was really good per my wife. Tea was ok once water the next time.

We walked in at 5:21 pm. We had paid and soon the manager, Josh, approached us to tell us they would be closing at 6 (due to the weather.) We were a little bummed but told him wed be okay. To make everything better he offered us to go bins for the family (5 of us!) He overheard us talking about my sick father in law so he went back and got 2 soup containers of lemon chicken and wished my FIL to feel better! Super friendly, super professional and going above and beyond to make us happy. Fantastic!

The price is fair at around $7.00. This place got real nasty about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago, so I quit coming here. I gave it another try about 5 months ago and saw a lot of change. It must be under new ownership. The place looked like it had been professionally painted, it was very clean and all the food bars were kept clean and fully loaded. I now go there 3 to 4 times a month. My only complaint is that some of the salad dressings seem to be watered down.

This place is cutting corners at the expense of the customers. The food was flavorless and nothing tasted fresh. Lots of the lettuce in the salad bar was starting to turn bad. Twice during our visit they ran out of soup bowls and we had to find an employee to let them know. The food tasted old, and the whole time we were there, not a single person came by to clear the table or check up on us. Overall a terrible experience, and I will never return.

I came here with my family for the first time a few days ago to try out this restaurant. Staff was pretty friendly and food was good for the price. If you came for the salad you wont be disappointed! Soup was decent and my daughter really enjoyed the apple cobbler. I recommend coming to this place as it is very clean and professional.

I dont really like the coustomer service...... Its a little sketchy food wise. Ive been there more than a few times. I personally dont think its that awful and Ive never gotten sick from it, but family and friends have. Ive heard some pretty crazy stories from former employees and friends.

Horrible place! No plates, no lettuce, no bread what so ever, no pizza, no ice, no ice cream, and not much left on the taco bar.......not sure what I just paid for. If I could give less than 1 star, I would have.
