If i can give it negative 10 stars i would. I was given a dirty cup to drink out of, the clear gelatin tasted like dish soap and was told "it new flavor", the pumkin was RAW, the hot "tea" tasted like sock water EVERY TIME i would ask for it previously, of course hoping itd actually taste like tea the next time Id ask for it. The hot tea in the container looked as if it was served to the previous customer who asked for the same thing. Because i always get a container with about 3 to sometimes 5 tea bags in there yet its still completely tasteless, even with sugar. Again, dirty sock water is the flavor if anything. I forgot to leave a tip for the waiter once but when we were walking out i remembered i didnt leave one so i ran back and waited to find the specific waiter who served us and i gave him a good tip and he was rude about it. The pineapple was extremely soggy. Now i continue to come back because the food is good if you catch them after 6pm sometimes, plus i came here all the time when i was a child. But This review is within a three month span and each time it was always something literally, is it worth coming back after today and the past experiences here? NO. I wouldnt bother after having to ask for a clean cup time after time.

about 4 weeks ago,first and last time,no way i go back to this place,we went there at 1:30 pm and finish eating and proceded to pay at 2:35 pm and they charge for dinner($9.99+ tax a piece)instead of the $ 7.49 thats for lunch,the asian woman then says.... thats because were about to start the dinner shift,really??????????,what they thought is that we wouldnt look at the check as close as we did actually,and i replied ..you havent even put any of the dinner items in the bar as of right now,then she went to fix it,come on it was 1:30 when we first came in.we have noticed a couple behind us waiting to pay and same thing,they hear our claim and found the same situation in theirs,this place is a joke,we already contact the commerce chamber in Duncanville and also Dallas county was notified, ok,the food is average,some tasted like from the day before,.

My friend worked in the kitchen a few weeks ago... And the storys he told me about the owners bad habits I couldnt belive what he told me what he told me that the food that you dont finish they would use it and put it on the buffet agian ..I guess depending on if wasnt chewed or something ..also when he washed dishes the owner didnt like to waste to much water so he told him to wash them fast and not leaving him enough time to clean them rigth. He was asking me how to report him to someone so they can clean up their act so I just decided to post this instead hope a food inspector see this (thier is more sick storys about this place)Im not telling yall to not go anymore because that its your choice if you do or not ...thanks for reading

I have lived in the area for several years. For the longest time it was everything that was described. It tasted nasty, looked worse, and you got almost no service. I recently returned to them within the last 6 months and the transformation was amazing!! I get constant service and they all try and help one another. The food is great. My friend and I are frequent visitors compared to the last 5 years we spent away from this place. Food is constantly coming out fresh, I see the food [leftover on plate] actually discarded and they are always cleaning up the place. The decor has not really changed over the years so in that since it is ok, but otherwise, fantastic!! Give it another shot, I am so grateful for the transformation!!

I wish I could give zero stars! After keeping calm n bringing the main person to my table to show that there was a roach in my food she was still forcing me to pay the bill without an apology!! She grabbed phone to call the cops!! Literally was vomiting n nausea just with the stuck image of this roach staring at me from food I just tried wasnt sitting well on my stomach!! I am completely still in state of shock that this lady was sooooo rude without one sorry n yelling you still have to pay! I understand mistakes happen n things happen but to ignore the fact that it was the restaurants fault I was sick was beyond me! All I can say is WOW........ Im speechless.........

I came in early like 11am. I grabbed a to go plate, everything i put in the to go box was cold. I brought the food back and asked for a refund, swear to God The lady told me she knew i was going to be a problem because i asked the price difference between lunch and dinner. Needless to say, they dont thow out food, they put it in the cooler and bring it back out at opening the next day..Mine just didnt have time to heat up properly.

This place is horrible ,me and my family ate here twice the first time there was a string coming out of my fish , the second time there was hair in the egg rolls . We did not have a waiter so there was lots of plates on our table . Bad service we asked for a refund because we havent eaten yet they said no so we were forced to finish eating . We are never eating here again.

Ive been eating here for years....MY MOM found hard plastic or glass in her egg drop soup years ago.....today I asked the buffet attendant to add more fresh shrimo...he did so with much attitude.....now here I am maybe 30 min later....Ive thrown up and cant get our of restroom. No good.....dont think Ill be going back.

I went in during lunch time and happen to stay there taking care of some business and ended up leaving during dinner the representative wanted to charge me the dinner price instead of the lunch price from the time that I arrive wanted to charge me for the time that I left. Which I thought was bad customer service

Good food but I will not be going back ice tea is 1.95 for the first glass and I was charge 1.00 extra for a refill !! When I complained about where is it posted they replied that they know thats all that matters. When I ask for manager she stated he not here and nowbody could help me . Poor customer service !!!

Place has good food been here before back in the early 2000s like back in 2004 and 2005 and also 2006 when ever me and my dad and my sister would go here when ever we used to live in duncanville when ever I was little I always miss going here to this cool awesome Chinese restaurant miss this place

First time coming here with the family. There was 5 adults and we paid $49 for all. SUPER CHEAP! but completely disgusting! The food had zero flavor and you can tell it was not made fresh. Would not recommend and will not be back. You get what your pay for. Cheap food crap food.
