Yes, the service could be better (and the seating isnt the most comfortable). It appears to be all family run with the servers mostly being kids, nephews, nieces of the owners. Im sure that saves them some money, but they should probably look into getting them some professional training. It is the only thing keeping them from getting five stars. But, if you arent in a hurry and dont mind reminding them to refill your drink (we tell the server they get a 20% tip if our drinks stay full, usually works), then it is totally worth it. The food is excellent. Weve tried their pizzas, manicotti, lasagna, fried cheese sticks, fried calamari, tiramisu, chocolate mouse cake, cheesecake, stromboli, calzone, chicken parmigiana, spegetti & meatballs, and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. With the exception of the Philly Cheesesteak and fried calamari, which were just so so, all the rest were awesome. I could bath in their manicotti (seriously).

This is the worst Italian food I have ever had! Im from the East Coast and these people dont know what real italian food is. My wife got the tilapia with shrimp and it was overcooked and tasted burnt. I got the house special which is very similar to the Tour of Italy for Olive Garden but it tasted nothing close to it. The sauce was salty and the fettuncini tasted from what you would buy in a grocery store. The only thing that was decent was the marinara sauce they gave us for our bread. I highly dont recommend this place. Trust me. Youll be dissapointed.

A couple months ago I came to the restaurant I ordered a deep dish pizza so 20 minutes later I smelled something burning then they said your pizza is ready I open the box and the pizza was completely burn I asked them could they make me another pizza they said this is how are deep dish pizza looks just eat in the middle of the pizza where it is not burnt for about 5 minutes they kept trying to talk me into buying a burnt pizza I refuse and walked out I will never return to this restaurant again...

The service was really slow. Looked like they had student workers helping. The person that helped us took so long someone else had to finally come and help us instead. We went for lunch and it took an hour to get our food. And they food was okay. They never checked on us so we didnt get any refills or all the things we asked for like condiments. We watched people who came in after us be served and finish eating before we got our food. We were told the wait staff was short that day.

Customer for life. Best food and service that Ive had. Not sure what the complaints are about, probably the same people who show up 10 minutes before closing and tip 75 cents. Family owned and operated, always the same people to take care of you and same service. Will gladly continue to make the hour drive for dinner. Better than papa johns.

This was our first time here. Rataurant was under staffed on 5-11-2016. We did notice 2 huge groups in one side of the restaurant and only 2 servers. We waited for at least an hour to get our food. Food was very good and price was not too expensive. Servers were polite and did apologize, but no discount for the hour wait.

Great locally owned restaurant! They will accomodate special requests. Their small pizza is a medium and their medium pizza is a large! The large is humongous! Great place for lunch! The Rigatoni Vodka is so creamy and yummy. You can taste the sundried tomatoes! Love this place!

The food was really good, and the atmosphere was nice. They played Sinatra hits most of the time we were there. Service was a little scarce, but everyone was very friendly when they came around. The Tortellini Bolognese was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place.

The owners are a family that work together, service is very friendly and the food is pretty tasty. The cheesy bread and pasta dishes are delicious, although the Alfredo sauce isnt that great. Great prices and good selection on the kids menu!

Terrible. I ordered chicken scampi and Im pretty sure they just used whatever sauce they had in abundance and put some grilled chicken on there. No onions or bell peppers...just some noodles and chicken.

Great pizza and service. They have space to accommodate large groups. It is BYOB. The kids menu is a little disappointing as it only offers pasta dishes (see photos for the kids menu).
