I visited this restaurant yesterday with my Wife and my 2.5 year old daughter and a family friend of ours. It was my birthday and my selected this restaurant for the bday treat. I ordered two orders of appetizers to start with. Since one of us was a vegan, i asked our waiter if the calamari which comes with the appetizer sampler and he told it should be okay. But somebody in the kitchen messed up and they just served it in same plate. he also got our order wrong as only one was served and had to reorder the second one again. And the second appetizer was served along with the main entrees. (you know how cheesy most of the food and how it will be if it is kept for few mins). Later my wife asked him if you have any complimentary treats for me on my Bday, the waiter blindly stated there is nothing free, but he can sing for us. The worst part was they just had another bday group on a nearby table who were served with the complimentary cake and song. Also this was not our first visit to Olive Gardens (but doubt if it is last by choice). I felt like we were either treated based on our skin, or like a liar. So i did show him my license to show the dob. Since i was aware of the complimentary cake, i just googled it up and did see it was even listed in your FAQ section very clearly. When i showed the website, he didnt had any doubt anymore, but was offering the cake of my choice and said he can parcel it even without checking with any of the supervisors or anyone around there (so i really doubt the partiality to the crowd). Since i we were not at all interested in eating that complimentary cake anymore (Oh no, not interested in eating a cake with someone spit in it - a very common practice i have heard) we friendly declined the offer and went away. But i want the world to know about it as this kind of treatment is not what we pay for. W Joseph

Been eating there for a long time- went there last night, we waited 10 minutes for them to clean a table off , we waited 10 more minutes NOBODY BOTHERED TO SHOW UP. After we had been waiting an additional 10 minutes ,people showed up and sat opposite to us -they got prompt service right away . We always tip good , we have been going there since 2002 and I do not understand why we were treated like this. I counted-wait staff walked past our table , 5 of them . One waitress went over to the table of the people that just sat down ( having ignored us ) and started taking their orders. We asked here to get someone . She nonchalantly said she would . NOBODY CAME . we asked for a manager . I had a few words for him and he gave me a 40 dollar gift card but let me say this : a forty dollar gift card does not excuse this kind of behavior , I will not be trusting these people to serve me food as it might come back tainted .No no thanks , I will be discussing this with corporate and posting on yelp .

I was @your restaurant 8/20 about 9pm sat in Booth w my daughter, granddaughter&son. The food was Excellent! Fast&Ready! I have been to several O.G. throughout the d/fw metroplex& this one i will not return to. The aroma was dungy musty, smelly of an old boys locker room! Which made me lose my appetite. Surprisingly the the aroma of the fantastic food did not take-over the donguneous smell. The smell made me feel as if carpet tables rr etc. inside restaurant had never been cleaned. Then when we were disgusing a desert here comes our rude impolite waitress w our ticket..so there went desert!! &no wine sample w my meal i had planned on purchasing a bottle of Rosato as well..needless to say bad experience @O.G. Lewisville Tx!!! The FOOD NO DOUBT is what makes your chain so popular but the staff and cleanliness will bring it down faster...please work on those two crucial factors!! Sincerely, A dissapointed customer INDEED!!

This one left a lot they set us down one person was ready when was in the restroom didnt offer to help me find the rest of my party at my table so I walked around Olive Garden aimlessly looking. The breadsticks we received or cold and hard. The shrimp scampi was pretty good I ended up having them at the sauteed mushrooms to it cuz it was laughing a little bit of something for me but for the most part that was fun but also took the waiter wait too long to get the seller to the table we had to sell it on the table maybe 5-6 minutes and then our food came out its not the best service or the best food Ive ever gotten at this location I was very disappointed because Olive Garden is not the cheapest location to eat so you expect at least to be good food and good service thats usually what we pay for it if they keep going this way they wont have that ability to say that anymore

Food is of great quality as usual. Service was great. The 3 stars is only because of the price vs quantity of food. It has been about 7 years since I habe been too an Olive Garden. I can clearly remember the way it was. Prices have gotten very much higher, and the quantity drastically dropped. Almost $12 for a tiny (and I mean TINY) with 3 skinny slices of zucchini. No pasta at all. Total cost off prep (including the chefs time, had for the flame etc...) couldnt have been more than $2 to get this to my table. I remember when you had to actually worry about getting appetizers. Now you NEED the appetizers, or your going to starve. Highly disappointed with how this has turned out. Those idiots at the top liking it for that all mighty buck usp going to bankrupt this once fine establishment. Why cant purple just doe whats right any more? The $$$ will come if they did.

This is a great location for the popular Italian restaurant chain, with plenty of parking and easy access right off the freeway. BUT, the place is always ridiculously packed and busy, even during the week. Forget about weekends. We are talking minimum 30-45 minutes or more to be seated and the bar is usually full. The food is good and the service is good as to be expected, but this hot spot is always so crowded that its noisy and makes for a distracted dining experience. Not easy to make it a romantic date night here either. Lots of families with kids, solidly blue collar and working middle class clientele. Not worth the wait for me, but maybe with reservations in advance this could be enjoyable.

Our waitress Leslie was great. Very attentive making sure we were taken care of perfectly. The food was excellent. My last experience at this location the server was an issue but Leslie made up for that today by providing excellent service. We came on New Years & expected a wait, however they seated us within minutes. They also have a new pay at your table service that allows you order drinks, appetizers & pay your bill without the need of waiting on a waitress which greatly expedited things. Nice quiet atmosphere, made it a perfect date night.
