I was lucky to be included in Piadas Pre-Opening VIP week. From the moment I was greeted until walking out of the door, the customer service was excellent! You can feel the excitement from every staff member. As for the food... YUMM!!! Perfect for anyone due to the "build your own" options for each type of entree (piadas, pastas and salads). I had the build your own pasta with angel hair pasta, pomodoro sauce, sausage & mozzarella. For the side, I had the Piada Garlic Dough. All were excellent!!! The patrons next to me had piadas and were all raving! I cant wait to go back to try more options. Id bet they wont disappoint! And while youre there - try the cannoli chips!! Another success! I wish Piada the best as their hard work shows! See you soon!

I love their food and their staff. Its such a unique blend of flavors so close to home. Although theyve put panchetta (bacon) in my food twice - once when I ordered at the restaurant and once when I called in my order - the managers have been extremely apologetic and kind. They remade my order without any question. I still give 5 stars because of the managers having such great customer service. I did ask that they pay closer attention to orders because some people do have food restrictions. Either way I will keep going back because even though their staff messed up my order they won me over with the kindness of the managers. Farm club tasca is one of my favorite things to get in Frisco!!

It oddly worked but... I am a 1st generation born Italian who immigrated to the USA in 83. I am from the northern part of Italy and every summer we eat piadina for lunch while at the beach every single day... a piadina is NOT the Italian version of Chipotle burritos... the price was OK the flavors were OK the "Italian street food" is totally so far from the mark that they need to revisit that slogan... they fried their pancetta into a crispy bacon-like tooth breaker for crying outloud!!! Pancetta is fresh... they need prosciutto... fresh basil, mozzarella... fold the piada not squish it into a Chipotle burrito and you are there...

This is a top notch place and gets 5 stars for a cafeteria style restaurant. You walk to a counter to order and your food is at the end of the line where you pay. The employees are very friendly. The food is extremely fresh and the restaurant is clean (The floor, tables and chairs). The patio area has comfortable seating. The food is fresh. The salad and spinach leaves are clean, dry and as fresh looking as if the garden is outback. The meatball was fantastic! The menu is small but I like that because they stick to what they know and keep it excellent. The food is healthy and delicious. Theres lots of seating.

Based on a recommendation from a friend I stopped in here for lunch one day when I was in the area. Im very glad I did. This is a quick serve-type restaurant where you order, get your food and take it to the table. I visited just before the lunch rush, and was through the line very quickly. I had Chicken Carbonara, and it was quite delicious. The pasta was very nicely done al dente, the sauce was very good and the chicken was excellent. The portions were well done, too - not too much and not too little. I will keep this place on my list of places to visit when Im in Frisco. Give it a try if you havent already.

The food is good but they mess up the orders all the time if you place it online. Im not even exaggerating, they mess up 75% of the time. Little things like forgetting to add toppings or adding unwanted toppings or sometimes forgetting to add an entire item to the order. I wish they fixed their online ordering process, and hopefully the people making the food can pay better attention to the order. Twice now we have had to throw away the meals completely because my fiancé is allergic to mushrooms and they keep putting mushrooms in the meal for some reason.

So Ive seen great reviews for this new restaurant that just opened last week. My wife and I with the kiddos went here for lunch. OMG this place is fantastic! I had the calamari wrap which was awesome and my wife had one of their pasta dish( she ordered before I arrived ) forget what it was called but it had chicken with pesto sauce, which was fantastic! My daughter had the pepperoni bread stick and we all devoured the dishes. So happy they are in Frisco. Must must try this place!!!!

My first time here.. and its what a describe a "Chipotle" way of ordering, as far as their set up. You walk up and choose your pasta, from the 3 styles they have with sauces, then the meat youd like, and other toppings to add. They toss it all together and voila. The pics I posted are the small size bowl; there is a larger one. Its refreshing, light and the interior is very open and spacious. There is a huge outside patio with the view of a major street. Id come back.

The food is delicious, the staff are very friendly and quick. My fiancé and I had only been once before, though he is from ohio and has been many times to different locations, but during the second visit many of the staff had already remembered us. My fiancé would also like to add that the staff has done an excellent job of replicating the same great taste and freshness the brand stands for! Definitely would recommend :)

Ive been here four times and been impressed with each experience. The farm club tasca, calamari piada and meatballs are standouts. The seasonal orzo crunch pasta side is incredible and sure to please the most discerning of palates. Customer service has always been on point, and the atmosphere is clean and refreshing. Try this place - please!

Craving fresh and light(er than deep fried). This was PERFECT. Got the steak piada (like a Italian burrito) with steak, bacon, herby dressing, avocado, tomato and arugula and mozzarella chunks along with a side of cold wine. Atmosphere was airy, casual and CLEAN. Wish there was one closer to me but I will drive out of my way to come back.

Fresh food, friendly staff. Definitely a favorite for us to visit for lunch or dinner. Their piadas are exceptional (dough is delicious) and salads are very good. Have not tried the pastas, but no need when the piadas are so good! We have built our own and had the pre designed ones.

This is not your "typical" Italian fare, but a fast-casual place with some unique Italian foods. If you dont like the choices on the menu, there are the "make your own" options that expand the choices just to suit your tastes. Good quality, fast service, will go back again.
