Had the worst experience with these guys , I ordered delivery and whenever the guy got here he told me if I can pay in cash because the cashier accidentally gave me a refund online , I told him I dont have cash, then I suggested why dont I re-order and and just drop the food here so it charges me and I get my food , everything seemed okay but the food tasted weird and had a gross after taste , then I checked my bank account statement to find out they charged me 2x for 1 order the original one they claimed to have given me a refund on and the second one , not worth the trouble people , just go to rice wok , they may not have delivery but its a lot more professional and the food is way better , not ordering from here again !

These people are TERRIBLE!!!!!! I only get a 30 minute lunch break and I ordered my food an hour in advance. I got my food 90 minutes later and was not able to eat lunch because I didnt have my food. I have not had a problem with them but when I called in, they kept giving me the run around and didnt want to refund my money. She kept offering me half but I didnt get to eat half of the food when I expected the service. When I insisted about getting my money back, the lady said "fine" and hung up on me! I will be filing a formal complaint! Do NOT do business with these people!

What a joke. These people charge me twice on my card , said that my card was decline and told me that they are not going to deliver my food. I never going to ever order from this place and Im getting all my money back. This was my first and my last time calling this company.They should be shut down for scamming people. They wanted me to pay cash on top of taking money out of my account. SMH after them telling me my card was "decline " I used this same card and order Red Lobster. I should of went there first before thinking about this place. Now I know.

This place has very delicious food with a diverse menu, excellent portion sizes, and fair prices. Delivery is lightning fast. But the thing that stands out in my mind, and the reason I give it 5 stars, is the authentic friendliness of the people working here. Im always pleasantly greeted when I walk in. They take our orders with a smile, they bring our food with a smile, and they are attentive all the time. Sweetest and most authentic people you could hope for. I really love this place.

:/ ordered vegetable fried rice and repeatedly told them NO MEAT, Im vegetarian. Got the food, opened the box and their was a giant fried chicken wing and pork eggroll smack dab in the middle of my fried rice. I called to complain, and the girl told me to pick out the meat and eat it. 10 minutes later the owner called me yelling at me to just eat it or return the food. Mind you, I had already dumped the food down the disposer. He implied I was lying and ate it.

HORRIBLE! My daughter and I couldnt even eat our food, which was sweet n sour chicken and shrimp. The egg rolls were even disgusting, the wonton had black stuff inside of it, and the rice sucked as well. Everything was over cooked, dry, oily, and fishy. They hung on me when I called to complain as well. I just got sick from it too!!!!

Ive tried them twice. Each time, it took 90 minutes to receive food. The first time, they forgot the drinks. The second time, they hung up on me when I tried to call an inquire where my food was after over an hour. I think they hung up on me for two reasons: 1) because they couldnt understand what I was saying and 2) they didnt care.

Me and my brother had the pleasure of trying this worn out dragon. If the food we ordered was decent, I probably wouldnt write this review. However, our food was just the worst piece of burnt rubber Ive tasted. Maybe it was just our dish, or ever our own tastebuds, but I can tell you one thing. Eat at your own expense.

for Chinese take-out in Irving, Gold Dragon is not a bad little place...always arrive when they say and food is always hot and decent portions...not the greatest chinese by any means but for delivery in south Irving its deff your best bet...i get the orange chicken, and the eggrolls are awesome

One word: yuck Dont be fooled by the positive reviews or... maybe dont order the general chicken- funny, tastes like liver- its nasty and the rice, very bland I wouldnt order from again, if I had to go to bed without dinner, I sure would! Its also very $$$ for being very nasty

Thought wed try another Chinese restaurant, but this is not one to choice. Way to much sauce, egg rolls were burnt along with the crab rangoon, which were refried. More expensive than Lui s, which is fresher and better tasting. Sorry Lui, well never choose another again.

Food was good. Was pissed off though that my boyfriend ordered general tso chicken and when he pulled it out of the bag the sauce ran out all over the floor do to a hole melted through to container. The delivery driver who brought it took the money and ran.

Very good delivery restaurant! I dont understand the negative reviews; the food was very good and the delivery was prompt, within 45 minutes of my call. I highly recommend the quail appetizer. I will definitely be ordering from this place again!

This was the worst Chinese food iv ever eaten! Me and my wife was in town on business, needed to get some food delivered and it was the first place that poped up on the web, I travel all over the world and this was the worst food iv ever eaten

I love this restaurant, besides empress of China, its my favorite Chinese restaurant in Irving. My favorite is the Orange chicken and the sesame chicken . The staff are really nice and they take care of you ! I would recommend going here

Y husband and I tried thos place about a year ago and it was nasty tasting food ! Made us both sick , we couldnt even eat the food after a few bites we both felt sick . Threw it in the trash can . Will never go back there again .

Took over an hour to get here. Lemon chicken was a greasy fried piece of chicken over cabbage. Lemon sauce was on the side and tasteless. Crab rangoon super chewy w way too much breading. Most disappointing meal in a long time

Friendly and fast service, but did not go during lunch rush. Usually order delivery and have always been satisfied. Food is greasy, but with all the deliciousness that comes with that. One of the better places in Irving, imho.

Disgusting! I ordered the orange chicken and chicken fried rice. The chicken wasnt fresh, it tasted old in both dishes. They gave me these huge chunks of chicken. My kids and I couldnt finish it. Will not order again. it
