Horrible service. I worked in the service industry for years, and I have to say this place is awful. The person I spoke to on the phone had no manners and seemed to be put off by even having to talk to me. As the person taking prders, youre the front runner to make people want to use your business. "Zipcode. What do you want? Address," very impersonal and rude. Then he waited until AFTER I had ordered AND paid to tell me it would be an hour wait. That should be said as soon as I mentioned I wanted delivery, so that I had the option to go somewhere else if I didnt want to wait that long. My food was basically chicken inside of syrup (instead of sauce) made to look like food. And I specifically asked for a regular sized egg drop soup, but got (and paid for, mind you) a large just because when he asked how many people were eating it, I said two. The large bowl could easily feed 4-5 people, and I didnt ask for it. The food took nearly TWO hours to arrive, which I would have been fine with had I been given the option beforehand to go somewhere else, instead of him tricking me into eating there by not telling me the wait time sooner. Please dont eat here. Service is some of the worst Ive ever seen, and the food is mediocre at best (and that may be a stretch, as it is). I feel like the two good reviews on here are from people who work there, since they sound the way managers try to market themselves (again, I worked in the food industry and know how that works).

The guy that answers phone there has autism, he has a 4.0 accounting degree from UT Austin, it is difficult for him to work anywhere. The owner pays him minimum wage for him to work 80 hours a week. And hes got parents at home that need him to take care of. Please be nice to him guys. He is a very sweet, innocent and heart warming person.

Just Ordered for delivery Got Here 15 Min Late ,The Orange Chicken Wasnt all that, The Fried Rice Is Dry And Hard The Only Thing Was Good Was The Chicken Teriyaki But Had Small quantity of broccoli and veggies. 23 dollars down the drain thats too expensive try Skillman Wok on esters ppl its better than this restaurant.

Red Pepper is very close to our home, and we enjoy it for a special take away dinner or a simple bowl of soup. The food is good, fresh, and the portions are most generous. We usually get at least two meals from one portion. The cost is also reasonable. As business neighbors, they have proven to be quite compatible.

I ordered General Tsos chicken and I loved it. It seemed like a small portion at first but it must have been the big red square plate that made that effect because I was full when I was done. I have visited many Chinese restaurants but this is the first time I get more meat than rice.

Ive order delivery, online pickup, and in-store. Its always hot and delicious. Delivery was on time, and it was just as hot as if Id picked it up myself. We are pleasantly surprised by this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. My personal favorite is definitely the sesame beef.

The food is good, not great. This place is a delivery or carryout only, no where to sit if you want to dine-in. I went to pick up my food and the place was a mess. Lunch prices are good and the portion size was more than enough.

Excellent customer service, but let me tell you that it was a plesant surprice that not only was the food piping hot, it was extremely delicious as well as accurate! Way to go Red Pepper. Were now regulars!!!

It was ok. Crab rangoons were burnt and hardly any filling. Sweet and sour pork was tough and fried rice had burnt parts in it. I paid 17$ and feel like i maybe got 8$ worth of food. Will not order again.

Delivery took a reasonable amount of time. As said before the crab rangoons had very little filling. But the worst was when I found a hair in my chicken. I will never eat their food again.
