**ISSUES** Been coming to this location for a while now but it seems lately that some employees have decided to throw customer service out door. Food is still Ok but on our last visit seeing the female mgr or sr employee kick her shoe off and kill a roach near the tea dispenser ON the to-go counter. Then beating one to death with a ruler near the desert tray ON the same counter as well as counting the ones on the floor on the way out.... This has killed my desire for this resturant. If mgt reads this please do the right thing and bring this place back to what it was when it opened.

We come here all the time and the service and food is all ways good but the past few times we have went they have been out of chicken and while we were eating our food I saw a roach crawling on the counter and the manager kicked off her shoe and killed it right in front of me like it was nothing then she killed another one by the desert in front of another customer then walking out of the restaurant a dead roach was legs up by the door VARY VARY BAD EXPERIENCE AT SPRING CREEK on 1960 DO NOT COME HERE! This place is roach infested

I already knew I liked this place The original place is close to my work, and catered there not long ago. I was impressed that it is indeed pit BBQ. I did have a hiccup in my order at the 1960 location, but the manager was quick to solve the issue and offer two meals for free. I whole heartedly recommend this place if you like real Texas Barbeque. And for the person that said the pulled pork was unsatisfactory, my wife had some with her order.... and said it was the best she had ever had, short of cook-off pork.

If you have it on the menu but cant serve it, then dont have it on your menu. Bad first; the brisket was very dry and lacked flavor, however your watered down BBQ sauce brought some life to it. The sausage tested like grease with peppercorn. The coleslaw was bland along with the corn. The good; the pulled beef was delicious. The baked beans good flavor and the Mac and cheese brought the kid back in me. Overall price for the brisket plate I felt cheated. Pulled beef, somewhat on point. Will we go back, no.

Not impressed. The meats were okay but nothing you couldnt make in the oven at home. Brisket was tender but flavorless. Peppered sausage was flavorful but not a show stopper. The ham was as expected, warm and tasted like ham. Ribs were a disappointment as they were reheated on a flattop grill leaving them slightly cool but n the center. Truly a disappointment! When I get the taste for this place again I think Ill stay home and boil a chicken...

I was skeptical at this place first but it was AWESOME!!! The marble (moist) brisket is my favorite. I love to try the beef ribs next time since it was sold out before 7pm. I was hoping for a Rudys around but not any more. This is my goto place for BBQ in humble area now!!! The fresh bread will come around and you definitely want a few before you go!

My wife,daughter and I just had the ribs,brisket,beans and potatoe salad! It was so good and soft and the meat came right off the bone of the ribs and the brisket was A1! Ive tried many bbq places but this one is the best and I will be staying loyal to spring creek bbq! Manager was very professional and helpful with all my question for catering.

The BBQ Is pretty good, not the greatest Ive ever had, but Id probably consider it better than most BBQ Places. The rolls they hand out at the tables are great and the staff has always been nice. The one drawback to me is they dont have a lot of variety for children. If your kid doesnt like BBQ, then there isnt much there for them.

They need to improve the service behind the counter if we have never said anything they would have never helped us. I really dont want to say it was discrimination against latinos. They really need to improve the service with the people. the food was great but who would like to eat at a place where you dont feel welcome

Poor meals. The barbicues were dried and bad tasted. They dont offer variety on salads (only show 2 types),there isnt any side more! I dont recommend their desserts. The bake is very good. My husband said that the restroom was dirty . The staff could be more friendly. My moms day here was dissatisfied.

The food is great the people are very nice and the quality is awesome. There is nothing I have tried that is not good, the ribs are my favorite with the potato salad. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that I feel the price is a little high. And the fresh bread is superb.

Food was still good, but service was disappointing for first time; too many young workers messing with each other at counter instead of taking care of customers - only one that went out of her way was the bread girl, she was also only one that thanked customers for being there.

Im usually a huge fan of this chain of BBQ restaurant but this last visit was horrible. Detached staff led to bad service and the food was cold and the portions of meat seemed smaller. And to make matters worse the already slightly pricey chain has increased all their prices.

Food was really good. Only thing that bothered me was that almost all of the employees were sitting down at a table together eating, on their phones, and no one was working the food line. There were about three customer tables dining in. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I ordered two sliced beef sandwiches for lunch to go . He brought them out to the car and we got down the street and opened the sandwiches to put barbeque sauce on them . It looked like they put the scraps from the throw away pile on them !!!

Great brisket, always consistent. The spicy sausage is excellent as well. You have to have more of the fresh baked bread they bring around. Its as good as my moms growing up. And the peach cobbler a la mode is the perfect topper to end it all

Surprisingly good brisket for a mega-chain BBQ place. Pork ribs are acceptable and the sausage tastes mass produced. I love the all you can eat sides. Service is consistently attentive and fast. Great business lunch stop.

Salad was huge. Ribs good. Price high. Service disengaged. I had to ask for clarification on special. . .on opening the bottle. . On whar glass was for water. All simple for repeat customer but a mystery for the initiated.

Good food, friendly staff. Unfortunately, they keep raising the prices on the ribs so I have resigned to chicken. Stopped going to other restaurants due to price hikes. Still busy, so I guess they wont miss my money.

The food is always good. The pecan pie is great. The rolls are my husbands favorite, or maybe its the roll girl handing them out. We always eat too much here. Bathrooms are clean too.
