I wish I would have read the reviews first! If I could give tis place no stars I would, This place is horrible! first the service is bad, I ordered a bacon cheese burger, fries and a drink. 15 bucks!When I asked how she laughed, and explained that the burger has two patties and I should have ordered the "Little" if I only wanted one patty. I asked her to change it and she glared at me and said no. I told this 18-22 year old young lady that had it said on the "menu" I would have ordered correctly. I understand the lunch rush but there were only 10-14 people in the whole restaurant, and it still took almost 25 minutes to get my food! Needless to say this place is not good. The "fries" are no more than cut potatoes smothered in grease and salt. The burger is, as mentioned in other reviews, low quality or sub par! McDonalds has better burgers.

3.25. After just completing my day of 12 hours and an hour drive home I stopped in aound 730 pm. I ordered a meal for $13.50 number 55 was my receipt. There were two people in front of me and a few behind. I was concerned when I heard 56 um 57 wow really? 15 minutes later I asked for a refund as it was obvious they didnt have my order. No apology offered. ...nothing no explaination. Needless to say I went further down the road to Firehouse and got my order made quickly. If Allen is the manager you may want to provide him with some customer service classes as it only takes a few to tarnish ypur reputation.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I went to place my order at the front counter after the order was placed I realized I left my wallet in the car so I asked server to ring it in as if it was a call in order as i got my wallet. I usually call in, place my order and I pay when I pick it up. To my surprise he refused and said I can get my wallet and get back in line, there was a long line of about 20 people. I lost my appetite, dont go to this place. you will regret it!! Employees really need some customer service training.

Wow. $2.39 for a small drink that is worth maybe $0.25. $6.50 for a burger that is no larger than a Big Mac. $10 total, and thats with no fries. Thats just a drink and a burger. This place is highway robbery. I dont care how good the hamburgers are. They need to rename this place Five Guys BURGLARS and Fries Ill go to Christians Tailgate, and itll be under $10 with fries, and the burger is twice the size

Mc Donalds have bigger burger than Five Guys... I dont mind to pay for something that is going to be worth it even if is small portion. But this burger is like if my little niece made it... I paid $8.64 for my burger and drink only... no fries, because if I added the fries wouldve been over $12.00 dollars... Crazy this is MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO FIVE GUYS...

it took half an hour to get my food first of all. I didnt bother to check it before I left but when I got back to work it was the completely wrong order. Instead of a bacon cheese dog with mustard, ketchup, and pickles I got a cheese dog with mayo, onions, and jalapenos. Maybe its my fault for not checking it before I left but then again I shouldnt have to.

First time in 5 Guys. Placed an order to go only to find out when I got home it was wrong. The ticket was correct on the bag, they just didnt read it. Clearly the key ingredients in a bacon cheeseburger is bacon, and uh, cheese. Food was good enough, but with all of those people behind the counter the wrong one was the final bagger. Doubt I will be back.

Five Guys is not a new place for me. I come often and every time I do visit, service was great. Lines move quickly and every order I have bought were right on. There was no fuss and there was no delay. PS the cajun fries are the BEST. Plus, they always add extra fries into your bag.

Its a good burger. No frills menu with lots of topping choices. I tried the burger and hot dog. I was pleasantly surprised with the hot dog. Probably higher price than others but higher quality for sure.

Really good food, huge portions but a bit much for 1 person. Burgers are juicy and loaded with all the toppings. 2× McDonalds prices but way better quality. I would split with a friend if possible.

Overpriced and tasteless burger. 14 dollars for a cheeseburger fries and a drink. I will never eat here again. Fuddruckers is a few bucks cheaper and burgèr and fries are awesome.
