Terrible experience - will not be back. Tried to place a to go order, was put on hold by Martha for 15 minutes, finally hung up and tried to call back. She had left the phone off of the hook, so I could not get through for another 10 minutes. When I finally placed my order, which I had to say 5 times as she could not comprehend that I wanted a chicken quesadilla, it had been 30 minutes, then had to wait 25 minutes for the food to be ready. When I got to the restaurant, the food was not ready. I was told just another minute for 15 minutes. When the food finally came out, it was nothing like what we usually receive, sub par at best. I finally walked out after wasting over an hour and had no dinner to show for it. Edgar, the manager, didnt even do anything. The worst part of it all was Marthas rudeness and inattentiveness. An awful experience for a regular. Will not be back because of this.

I really enjoy the food at Los Cucos - the prices are reasonable, the food quality is high and the good choices of entree are numerous. This location, unfortunately, suffers a serious drawback in that the smoking section is right next to the front door. Im very sensitive to the aroma of smoke and to walk into a cloud of such in an eatery kind of put me off my appetite. Once I had been at the table a few minutes and was away from the fumes the feeling subsided but other people with a similar reaction might not be so lucky. If youre unlikely to be affected by such, then more power to you - the food and service are by no means bad. But for me, Im afraid we only got lucky - if wed been seated closer to the door, I might not have been able to enjoy the food at all.

We use to love this place. But, this visit was a disaster! We tried to handle the roach incident that crawled down the booth and between my son as well as we could. But after the waiter acted like it was nothing and did not even have the courtesy to report to the manger we have desided to Never eat here again. We were not even ask to be compensated for the meal we had . But as to not make a huge scene we waited and did speak to the manger after the waiter acted like a roach crawling down our backs was nothing and all he said was Im sorry and handed me a $10 gift card. I dont want that! I will never bring my Family here again. Not because of the food but because of the lack of respect and the filth of insects that invaded our meal!

Went to Los Cucos on 249 at Spring Cypress last night. We were with a large party. We had to send my husbands food back twice and the third time they still forgot to put cheese on it. They brought that out fairly quickly. I would have thought a manager would have come to talk about the mistakes made. We never saw a manager. We complained about paying full price for the meal which was 3 tacos and added an extra taco. They reluctantly took off 50% of the original meal. In my opinion, when you screw up someones meal 3 times, it should be free. Everyone else in our party were over halfway through their meal or almost done by the time he even had food to eat. We will not be going back.

The location on 249 in Tomball is OUTSTANDING!! The place is packed every single night, spilling into an adjacent parkinglot but weve never ever had to wait for more than 5 minutes! Services is awesome and fast, orders always hot and fresh. Stuffed avocado is incredible! The staff is consistent and many of them have been there for quite some time. We absolutely love this place - its our favorite, bar none! And this location is the best of them all! Oh and youre never crowded against anyone, great atmosphere!

This is one of the places I usually visit when in town. I really enjoy their shrimp stuffed avocado. Not a huge fan of eating in at this location the service is standard but nothing to write home about. The portion size is great for the money. I do wish they were more aware of their pick up counter for to go orders since Im usually waiting at least 5 minutes to be noticed every time I go. That being said it wont stop me from going back unless the service just became dreadful which is not currently the case.

We have eaten there for 10ys. but we recently had dinner there. We ordered the beef fajitas dinner for 2, and it was overcooked ! DRY ! And smaller portions. They use to give you sour cream and cheese with the Pico DE gallo. Well they no longer provide the sour cream & cheese. So after dinner we ordered the flan and that was still frozen and smaller portion size. They no longer decorate it . My husbands flan was defrosted but watery..gross. But dont worry they wont disappoint you their prices are high.

Went in during karaoke night...amazing! Food was delicious, drinks were awesome and our server Anthony (Tony), not only training a new server but running around taking care of everyone was knowledgeable with both food and his drinks...he made some recommendations I never would have selected but glad I tried cause I have a new favorite Rita...The Jefe. If more servers are as ambitious and passionate as him I see nothing but the sky as the limit for this restaurant. Will definitely be back to see him.

My girlfriend and I just love this place. It can get busy at times and there is a wait sometimes on the weekends. But it is well worth it in my opinion. By the time I finish my first Margarita the table is usually ready. It is a huge restaurant but not as noisy as others. The food is always delicious and the servers are polite and courteous for the most part. Ive been to several area Los Cucos in the Houston market and they are always good. Their 249 and Louetta location is my favorite.

Besides happening to wait forever for my food to come out , the experience was actually ok as we received good customer service, however the following morning i looked at my bank statement and to my surprise noticed that i had been charged not once but twice !! Called the restaurant and was basically told nothing could be done and that i had to wait a few days to POSSIBLY be refunded smdh .all i have to say is bi----- betta have my $ back in my account sooner than later

We had a 9 top. Our waiter was extremely rude. I got my food and it was not what I wanted and sat there and tried to argue with me, telling me I was wrong. Finally got my correct entre and he basically threw it down on the table. I then proceeded to see him publicly talk about me to other waiters in the restaurant which made me very uncomfortable. I ended up losing my appetite and didnt feel like eating. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
