Husband went Memorial Day to pick up breakfast and slushies. He went through the drive thru and when he received our order he told them he had ordered two slushies (but he had got only one and a mountain dew) When he brought it to the cashiers attention he was told that is what he ordered, the manager came over and asked what the problem was and the cashier repeated that was what my husband ordered. The manager just looked at my husband. I realize this is not an earth shattering event but all my husband wanted to do was get the second slushie (he went there specifically for the slushies lol) He was not rude (he works in a business that relies on great customer service) he finally told them it was ok he would just go back to McDonalds in the future. Maybe what they should of done was just made the second slushie and charged the extra for it if there was a mis understanding.

This Taco Bell isnt the best, but its certainly not the worst. The staff is friendly and the restroom and dining areas are clean enough, my complaints however are with the service and food quality. The front counter member was nice but he seemed to have trouble locating the food items on the P.O.S which caused a mix up in my food order. Ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito, got a bean burrito instead. Easy mix up was fixed fast. The quality issue was that beans were dry, they tasted just a little old. Cant complain a whole lot about a dollar burrito but its still something.

I have been to this particular taco bell at lease 3 or 4 times and every time the staff is extremly rude, and my order has NOT ONCE been correct. Im always in a rush to get back to work so ive never complained but i will never be going back again and do not suggest anyone else go either.

Walked in and immediately greeted. The guy from the drive thru came to take my order not even 1 minute later.....he was extremely enthusiastic and friendly. My order was made really fast and was extremely delicious...best taco bell I have EVER been to! Thanks and keep up the good work.

The drive thru is disturbingly slow for a fast food establishment. This location makes marginal bean burritos and does not know how to make a chili cheese burrito. Management needs to better train just about every station in this place. 3808 S. Broadway, 7:45 p.m. on a Tuesday.

The lady on the drive thru was in such a hurry. She didnt have much patience. All the food was piled in a bag and completely squashed. They put crunchy tacos on the bottom & burritos and nachos on top. No sweet n low. The sweet tea was soured.

Maybe I went in during a rush, I dont know. Most of the tables were needing a cleaning and the floor needed a sweeping. And apprently no one seems to understand that when a bathroom is locked that someone is using it.

fast food should not be this expensive! Eversince they remodeled the restaurant... the prices on everything on the menu whent up!! I never asked them to remodel so why should I pay for their remodeling bill??

I normally take McDonald Fish berget because It is cheap and tasty. Recently, I tried taco bell cravings-deal for 5$. I think it is more healthy and cheaper than McDonald when you are looking for quick food.
