My first time going to Chipotle, I never went until today. I go in and the food smells awesome! I dont know what I want yet so I let other people go before me. I finally know what I want and I order to go. The smells flow through my nose making me more excited. I ask for a large drink and check out. I went to very the drink fountain and discover the Sprite is out, that was disappointing, I go to the tea, my second favorite drink, and the tea was OLD, nasty, and gooy another disappointment. So I get orange sode. I left to go to my destination not five minutes away. I opened my tacos and come to find... my food was ICE COLD! My first time going to Chipotle and everything was a complete disappointment! I will never go to that location again! Thanks Chipotle! You crushed my Chipotle dreams!

I love Chipotle. This is one of my favorite restaurants. So it pains me to say that this location was nothing like what I am used to seeing from this chain! I walked in, the only customer in line, and no one was behind the counter. No greeting, nothing. A guy who was talking to another employee finally said "can I help you" without making eye contact. I could have been a mass murderer and he wouldnt notice. Then I waited again for someone to walk up so I could pay for it. I mean, no customer service whatsoever. The trash was overflowing and the bathroom was dirty. Also the water tasted awful. And the food just didnt seem as tasty as it usually is...but I couldnt find any salt anywhere. I hope corporate comes out to talk to the manager(s) to get this location up to par.

My son wanted to go have lunch there. Once we ordered our food. I realized I didnt have my wallet in my purse. I went out to the car and remebered I left it at home. I was mortified as anything like has ever happened to me. I went back inside to let the girl in the cashier know I didnt have my wallet. I could had died of embarrassment but she was very kind, and told me not to worry that "this time it was on her" I couldnt thank her enough. That was a very kind thing to do. I was glad my son got the chance to experience that there are still very kind and genorous people out there. I always recommend this place, staff is awesome everytime I go there. Keep up the good work guys!

Okay is I am not the person to complain, but this is bad. It was 1 PM and of course lunch time. I understand restaurants get busy but thats no reason to rob people. I mean, they were literally, literally, literally giving people one scoop of rice. I had to ask for double rice because I never seen anything like it. People behind me were looking at each others faces when the lady would scoop up the rice l. They do this so the rice can last longer during busy times. My advice is always ask for double rice; It doesnt cost anything. I hate when people are cheap.

I just love Chipotle. This is the 2nd time Ive have had not so good service. The amount of food is getting less but not price. The girl today looked sad, until she talked to the another employee. I will a 3rd time. The Chipotle is out. There use to be another manager there. When he was there Never bad service, he alway spoke when u walked in.

We have been coming to Chipotle for almost 13 years. ....I dont know how to explain how much your restaurant has changed. Your customers service dont work the employee instead of greetings you they always have a bad temper. The dont taste the SAME. We have tried to go to a different location but its the same. .....Im very disappointed

The food is good as the chain but they have the Worst customer service. I know its only one scoop of meat pet order, but my and my wifes orders came with only half scoop each, since most of the meat fell of the spoon. We complained and the attend pretended she didnt hear me. I was completely ignored.

Tortillas, soda, meat, animal feed all GMOs. Highly process food giving the meats a very sturdy taste. The taste stays in your mouth for hours its disgusting. Hard rice, terrible guacamole. Terrible customer service, the store is always dirty. Terrible managers on call.

Why is this place popular? I took the entire family to this location for dinner, just to see what the fuss was all about. Our food was cold and bland, for the same money i would rather go to arandas and get real mexican food. Not preppy wanna be mexican.

This is the worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. They are slow, often run out of ingredients, and arent friendly. Still, its clean and I prefer the food to many other fast food places.
