The pizza is 3-4 stars but the service terrible. My family and I were at the nearby bye movie theater and tried to phone in an order at 9:30 PM so that I could pick it up when our movie was over. The young woman kept answering the phone and immediately saying "hold on". She then placed the phone on the counter with the line open. I tried calling in from my wifes cell phone and got a busy signal. I hung up and called back. The young lady did the exact same thing. By now its 9:42 Pm. I called again and this ti e the young lady finally said "sorry we cant take your order" "we are closing soon". I asked her when was the cut-off for placing an order. She refused to answer but kept repeating "we cant take any more orders". If it is the store policy to not take orders after a certain time I can understand but it should be listed on the web site. It was a waste of my time and easy loss of revenue for the store. Upon exiting the movie theater at 9:50 PM my family ended up getting takeout from the Buffaalo Wild Wings next door. Stop placing phone games with your customers.

If I could put no stars I would. My boyfriend and I used to love this place, we would come every weekend. I dont know what happened but within the last year to 6 months, the service has gone to hell. There are the rudest women I have ever met working here. That alone makes me not want to come here anymore. Also, I called an order in today and repeated what I wanted inside of my calzone twice. For one, it took an hour for my food to be ready. Two, when I got into the car with it, grease ran out the box and burned my leg pretty bad. Three, there were anchovies in my calzone, which I did NOT order. I repeated myself twice. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be coming back.

Worst service ever!!! The staff is unprofessional and illiterate. The entire time I was there the girl at the front was flirting with the guys in the back and they couldnt keep their hands off each other. Then she had friends come in to order and spent the entire time laughing and giggling with them that she forgot to give our ticket to the back. Needless to say we waited over a hour for one pizza. When we demanded our money back a guy from the back came and refused to give it to us. He insisted on making it right then and throwing in another pizza. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Willowbrook location: New York has some of the best pizza around... I noticed this one in my area so the next day I called to order a "to go" and this is what I got. Phone rang off the wall, finally someone picked it up, then hung it up. Thats lost business right there, so I thought I would notify the Manager. I went online, and nothing. I couldnt believe it, no web site, no order online, no menu, nothing!! I could manage this place better by phone...

My father and I go here on a regular basis and LOVE the pizza. The man behind the counter is extremely courteous, and cares about putting out an excellent product. Ive even gone to Lucianos up in Tysons Corner, VA, of which has excellent pizza as well, but this is on par with the flavors. Going to keep coming back, and even I still will recommend the cheese pizza, with extra sauce. The pizza sauce they use has an INCREDIBLE flavor!

This is the best piece of food I have ever tasted HANDS DOWN! They are reasonably priced and have MASSIVE epic portins. The food is VERY fresh. Everything is authentic: the taste, atmosphere, selection. Wonderful wine list selections, one of the best wine food paring Ive had as of yet. I cant think of anyhting bad (and I always find bad in everything).

There used to be a girl who would answer the phones and give me all the details that I needed -- price, toppings, time the order would ready by, suggestions on what to order -- but now they have a girl who doesnt even answer with a greeting or enthusiasm. Other than that, I go there every Sunday and their pizza never fails, always delicious!

Horrible customer service! We have been going to this place for a while, but Customer service is getting worse. After this place being the first option to eat pizza, it now became our last one. We all can find other good places to eat good food, in this case pizza, but what makes customers stay is great customer service.

Worst service ever waited 40 minutes for three slices I asked if I can hav two meatballs for my 2 year old daughter and they told me know that I can only buy a sub i will never go there again also they put sign up that register say no more slices sorry what kind of pizza place doesnt sell slices

The pizza was good worth the price. But the pasta was a joke. Its a small plate not worth 7.95. With a little ass piece of bread. Not to mention the customer service sucked. Not friendly at all. And the place was a mess when we walked in. The floors were disgusting. Will not be coming back.

This place has the worst service I have ever received especially for 3 slices of pizza. Waited over a hour for our pizza, made my friend and I late for the movie. When we asked for our money back the magically our pizza was finally ready. At least 4 other orders were filled before ours.

Amazing Pizza! The best in the area, but they dont deliver. Also, I cant dispute the customer service complaints, which is disappointing. It used to be fine but its gotten noticeably worse over the last couple of years. I hope the owner sees this and takes it to heart.

Best pizza in all of Houston all of the crew works hard and has been in business since the AMC theater and strip center was bulit the owners a quiet guy but always brings out the best pizza recommend the 36inch party size

I couldnt even make an order. I called & simply asked if there are any specials, the girl said no & the line went dead. I thought for sure it was a mistake but when I called back the phone was switched to a fax machine.

The owner here is an evil b%#^#. I worked here back in the day. She is truly crazy. This was over 10 years ago and I have never worked anywhere this horrible. Dont give her your money. She is the spawn of Satan.

This is by far the most authentic New York style pizza place I have been too with my family if you ever want a piece of New York, all you have to do is visit this place.
