Ordered a "medium" 2 topping pizza and 10 wings for about $18 before taxes. I call at 6:06pm on a Wednesday. They tell me 50-55 minutes, which I can understand its dinner rush. I work at a local hospital and I 1) gave them the exact address of the building, 2)told them which building of the three it was, 3)gave my phone number and asked to be called when it arrives. Like I said I work at a hospital so Im 100% sure theyve delivered here because I got the menu from another coworker. I was ok with the wait because my break wasnt for another hour so it lined up perfectly. I called again at 7:10... I was told the driver left 20 minutes ago. He didnt show up for another 17 minutes and he never even called my phone but I had decided to wait in the main lobby to intercept and stop the wait from being longer. By the time he got there my break was nearly over. I pay him and tip even though it wasnt really deserved. The "medium" pizza is the size of a personal. Im sharing with my coworker and we both get 2 slices (only cut into 4 anyway). The wings were damp from the condensation in the Styrofoam container and none of the food was even close to hot. Lastly, they hot wings were nearly dry... I was too pissed and hungry to take a photo of the pizza but Ill post the wings. Im usually pretty laid back about things that happen but when they happen in succession and ruin your whole first time experience with that company it makes you not want to go back. Buyer beware.

Pizza Fina Copperfield will cheat you out a few bucks everytime you use coupons or vouchers. The value of the money is not that big of a deal, but its the unethical business that they run. I called them out three times on the same order and they can never explain how they came up with the final total. The girl who took the order gave me three different prices for the same order every time I questioned how she came up with the final price. Finally she gave the phone to the owner and he told me I forgot to add taxes to the 18%gratuity. I asked "why should I...do you add taxes when you tip at a restaurant?". Mind you this was an online order so Im not sure why I have to pay 18% tips but whatever. Even adding taxes to gratuity like he said still didnt come up with his amount. In the end, they agreed with me on the amount that I have...WHAT A RIP OFF. Just imagine ripping off $5 to $8 each customer....how much do they make in a day, in a month, in a year, etc...BEWARE.

Will not be a repeat customer even if my life depends on it. For starters my food was over 20 minutes late . When I called in to ask if they were on their way she asked for my name then put me on hold to see if the food was still there . When she came back on the line she called me by a name that isnt mine and said that the food was on the way and should be there within three minutes. When I told her that that wasnt my name she put me on hold again to go see if the food was on the way . When she came back she said that the food was on the way and should be there within 10 to 20 more minutes . Im pissed at this point and said that I had already been waiting 20 more minutes than I should have. She then put me on hold again to go check and see if it was on the way AGAIN. Finally, after the food being 25 minutes late I got it and it was COLD AND SOGGY. I would not be surprised if this restaurant shut down within the next week.

Worst meatball sub ever... the sauce was cold on half of the sandwich. I was the only person there so I could hear the microwave start and it still took 10 min. They charged me 50 cents for 6 leaves of spinach I had added on. Last but not least the girl on the counter did not know anything and took 5 min just to ring it up. I could understand a new employee, but wheres the trainer? I will NEVER return to any location ever again. This was my first and last time at on of these restaurants. I just wish there was a no star option! ! !

Dont order from them. Im 51 and ordered a large deluxe pizza and a small pepperoni pizza for my grandkids. The lady on the phone said it would be here in 45 minutes but it was 70, but hey that happens, right? Then the order was wrong, and when I called back she inferred I was a liar (but used the word "hon" while she did this). The other 4 adults in the room who heard me order were dumbfounded by her attitude. Never order again...

NEVER AGAIN! Most disgusting food Ive ever eaten. I got the Greek Chicken Pita that included a toothpick inside. Came very close to swallowing it. And Im pretty sure the chicken was either fake or raw. My husbands wings were horrible. He ordered medium and they were nothing but greasy. I came very close to driving up there and asking for my money back. Instead they will just lose out business.

I tried these people last month and was not impressed but since my friend insisted that i must have caught them on a bad night I tried again. Much to my delight this time the cheese pizza and the spaghetti were great. the sauce was great. The pizza was not greasy and actually flavorful. We will be ordering from here again and soon.

My pizza is in my oven right now. Arrived cold and late. Even called and was given "its on the way" but still arrived half an hour late. Disappointed in what seemed to be an awesome option for a pizza joint... update: decided to try them again, this time they were on time, raising score to match both experiences.

Terrible excuse for Italian food. Chicken Parmesan was a frozen chopped and formed non-breaded microwaved chicken piece covered in this tomato paste with huge chunks of mushrooms and called it marinara. It was horrible and the owner should be embarrassed.

I did love it. I got a 3 topping pizza delivered. It tasted so good. The crust was delicious and crispy like I like it. The sauce was right on! And the mozzarella cheese was crazy good! Good price and a quality pizza.

WTF wrong with you people with the dislike . You guys need to quit eating Domino and pizza hut over and over and eat pizza fino , they have good cheese and good WINGS! I buy from them when I get the feeling for it !

I have completely replaced all my pizza hut and dominos orders with pizza fino. Their viva italia pizza is perfect, their sauce is so much better and doesnt leave an acid taste in my mouth.

I LOVE THIS PIZZA PLACE! Its my kids favorite place to go after their games. I love their pizza and appetizers.
