I placed my 1st order of 6 pizzas online and was surprised that no one answered the phone. Since its my first time, I was calling to see where the store is located, but to my surprise, no one answered the phone! When I walked in, no one greeted me, even though there were 2 employees sitting at the front. One of the pizzas I ordered was without cheese because of allergy, but they prepped all the pizza with cheese! If I hadnt asked before they fire it, It would have been a disaster for the allergic child! When I picked up the pizza, they didnt label which pizza was without cheese! Some of the toppings, like chicken, was not included on some of my pizza , even when I added it on my online order... As I was pulling out of the shopping center, a car driven by a Blaze employee, ran the stop sign! If I hadnt stopped, he would have caused some serious accident! Overall, some of the pizza were good, but some more training or customer service may be needed!!

This restaurant has become one of my favorite pizza places! I always choose their "build your own" pizza which is basically, choose any toppings you want for your pizza for the same price! The staff here are always friendly and nice! They are never stingy on putting the toppings that you want on your pizza! They also serve the pizza extremely fast and always comes out really tasty! They only have one dessert option here--smores--which I extremely love! They always offer to heat it up for you! They have three kinds of dough: the classic one which is their thin pizza for $7.65 (plus tax), high rise dough $9.65 (plus tax), and gluten-free dough for $10.65 (plus tax). They have a deal called "managers special" which offers you two build-your-own pizza, two drinks, and two smores pie for $20!

Pizza is AWESOME and very tasty! If you want gluten FREE, you must ask for it. $3.00 extra for gluten FREE dough. Ordered my pizza online today for the first time and when I walked in, my ticket was not printed nor even acknowledged until I walked in and had to ask about it. The lady at the front was extremely rude and made excuses for it not being ready as they advertise when someone walks in the door. She told me they do not make answering the phone a priority either when she was arguing with me. I tried calling 45 minutes ahead to tell them I was having trouble with ordering my pizza using their phone application because it would not confirm. I called over and over and the phone never got answered. I walked in though and she saw it on her computer.........

Jose and Chelsea were rude condescending people whom should not be dealing with the public. Another worker was sleeping at a table by the front door. The Pizza was deep brown on top and white on the bottom. Obviously the oven was not running properly. Chelsea picked the number I was assigned off the floor and put it in the middle of my pizza. I tried to ask her about she got angry and turned her back on me. Then put it in the oven to cook, so gross. When you picked up a slice it wrapped around your finger, not crisp at all. Worst pizza in Houston with a PATHETIC staff who could care less about the customers.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Pizza is OK in my opinion, maybe a little overpriced. The last pizza I got was pepperoni and banana peppers and it was over $8, and if the BYO is the same price for any toppings then I think it couldve used more of the couple toppings I got. But the pizza is fresh, pizza crust is crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. Good spot for a quick bite of fresh hot pizza. I live close by but dont usually go here unless Im too lazy to drive further.

I was very surprised at how absolutely amazing the pizza was here. I did not expect a pizza chain to be that good, but I can see why it became a chain. Its just like a subway restaurant; you go through the line and pick your ingredients and they cook it (veeeery quickly and very well). None of the ingredients were extra, which was definitely the best part, so I loaded my pizza with everything that I wanted. The smores sammy was a great way to cap off the meal.

Pizza was pretty good. One with bacon, pepperoni, & spinach and the other with turkey meatballs, chicken, & veggies. Crust was thin but they offered a thicker and gluten-free options. The former was really good with spicy red sauce. The aqua frescas was really good, small selection of bottled beers & wines. Place was clean. Service was acceptable. Most people preordered their pizzas to go. 7/21/17

Went here last Friday, August 11 at about 1:00pm and a sign was posted on the door that they were closed although the times clearly stated they should be open. Today is August 18 at 1:00pm, and I would like to go again. So I called to see if they were open. I legit called 4 times. It rang like 30 times each. I think I have just about given up on this place. Who the hell is running this location?!

Falling into the fast casual category, Blaze Pizza does a respectable job of providing a tasty pizza for under $10. It is an excellent choice for lunch. The assembly line approach works very well to get your order to you quickly. The toppings choices are very good quality and make it easy for one to create a very fine pizza. Very nice interior design and ambience. Friendly staff.

Best Place To Eat Pizza, funny how this women name Safiya Jones put that nobody open her the door, that they closed early and ignored her and took a picture of it. Of course it was late I remember her, the workers told her that it was closed but she insisted to open the door when it was already closed at 9:00pm. So dont get mad, workers have to do their job.

Building your own pie is just a fantastic experience. The thin (or thick) crust is tasty with a large variety of ingredients you can choose from - cafeteria style. They offer a variety of marinara sauces as well as other types of sauce. Service is fast and friendly and the price is reasonable. This is the only place I go for pizza now.

My friends and I love to come to Blaze for lunch. Its pretty cheap, serves great food, and their customer service is good. Their build-your-own pizza is absolutely awesome because they have a ton of choices to build your own pizza however you like it. They also serve salads and have vegetarian options. I definitely recommend it.

Worked here almost 8 months and sat through 2 wks of training to never once receive a full 40hour schedule, as a shift leader I only received my 55 hours once before I was removed back to a team member position, then when I started to apply for other jobs my title went from "Assistant manager" to "Trainee" ina DAY, ........

Had them for the first time, I thought it was really good overall. Really quick, I got there, my pizza was already made , they threw it in the oven, and about 7-10min later it was done. Taste was really good, thin crust, choice of toppings and cheeses are really good. Price of the pizza is very reasonable.
