My coworkers and I have a thing going where we try a different place for lunch every Wednesday. On one such occasion one of my coworkers saw a flyer for Sicily pizza and pasta and wanted to try it out for the salad bar they boasted. When we got there it was practically empty, and hot. Ceiling fans were running, but still hot! Then we looked at the buffet to see if anything looked good and it didnt. After feeling pressured to order I went with something relatively safe, a philly sub. All three of my coworkers and I placed our order at the same time. Their food arrived all together but mine was missing. The waitress/front desk girl/unsatisfied employee asked me if I ordered anything. I told her yes I had ordered a philly. She then asked the kitchen where it was. They. Hadnt. Even. Started. It! I mean really, they were practically deserted, and they misplaced my order? Then I had to keep asking her where it was as my coworkers ate their food. When it was FINALLY done, it was of course too hot to eat because it had just come out of the oven. The waitress/front desk girl/unsatisfied employee didnt offer anything except an Im sorry. Not discount on my meal, no refund, no offer of a free anything to make up for my trouble. :| I will give them this though, the philly was good, if you get it that is.

We(a business) finally found a place to get great PIZZA /CALZONES and more and we were ordering online..The employees told us to order directly from store....because they charge you for on line services you and ordering directly from store is much quicker. We give them a lot of business... I tried calling from 10:00am to 11:25am it was BUSY. I finally got through They told me knowing who it was it would be 1 1/2 hour wait? REALLY? The order was small this time a xl pizza , cal zone and small white pizza. I explained you always deliver before 12:05-pm. and you told me to call the store it would be faster? really because i could have put my order in on line at 10am....The owner Mike was rude and said it privately owned and thats that...WOW>> The way the economy is and business owner to business owner.. we we will l gladly take our business else where and you lost out on large conference luncheons!!!! poor "PR" my dear...on bad customer is 1000 bad customers....

First, I acknowledge that 11-1 is lunch rush hour for all food service establishments and stuff can happen. However, this location is consistently below par when it comes to customer service. weve literally ordered 4 times for lunch and each time something was incorrect about our order AND it takes over 1 1/2 to 2 hours for your food to be delivered. I just ordered from them again for lunch with a few of my coworkers and my pizza was incorrect and cold. I paid for toppings that I did not receive. That terrible part about all this is when I call to report my issue, the phone rang for 5 minutes and when someone finally answered, I was told, "Im in the back and I dont have access to a computer so youre gonna have to hold." UNACCEPTABLE. Clearly, this location is severely understaffed and could use a lesson or 2 in customer service. Order somewhere else for lunch or plan your meal 2 hours in advance and risk unsatisfactory.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have been ordering from Sicily for years and have always immensely enjoyed their service, even recommended them at work and got my co-workers ordering too. However my last order, a chicken breast and shrimp calzone was delivered burned on the outside and not done on the inside. The person I talked to nicely apologized and said my next calzone would be free. I called to redeem, and the person on the phone told me there was no record of that conversation and said I needed my receipt, which wasnt mentioned when I called. The person I talked to was incredibly rude and obnoxious, talking over me and cutting me off. This effectively ends my association with Sicily pizza and I will let me co-workers know about their lack of quality and integrity.....

First time I ordered, food was great and on time. 2nd time I ordered food was great but took hour and a half to get to me delivery. Called to ask when food was coming and they said itd be here in 15 mins. 30 mins later it shows up. Wasnt mad though because they tripled our order of mushrooms to make up for it. But the third time, you have to start wondering about this place. Can they do right? Order was wrong, and when we called to let them know, They say "well thats not what you told me". Wrong answer. We ordered online and have receipt saying what we ordered. Thats human error. Own up. He said itd be 25 mins and the correct order would be at our house. 45 mins later its here. Place is more hassle than its worth. Not ordering from here again.

Extraordinarily subpar. Every order has had something wrong. Missing toppings, wrong toppings, wrong drinks, etc. Nothing is ever wrong enough to complain about, but its consistent. The pizza is good, but really no better than what you can get at certain other shops. But then, I ordered a calzone. It was absolutely disgusting. Had my head hanging over the toilet within minutes. The spinach was clearly not prepared properly, and there was a freaking ton of it. Wash your spinach, kids, lest ye catch vegetable aids. Thats aside from the fact that the calzone itself was undercooked and didnt have the pepperoni I asked for on it. The side of pizza sauce was ice cold. They make a good pizza, but the overall quality of service is rather poor.

Ive only eaten here twice, but Ill probably go back in the future. Their pizza isnt the best, but its better than Dominos and the like. I like the chicken alfredo. Its not bad considering its a pizza place and not an Italian restaurant. I recommend ordering lunch versus dinner, however, as the prices are cheaper and you get the same portion sizes. I think I paid close to 11 dollars for the alfredo and an extra garlic bread. It was more than I usually like to spend, but it was quite a bit of food. The verdict-Better than Dominos and the like, but expect to pay a little more.

There was a long dark hair in the melted cheese, inside my philly cheese steak. When I called, I asked the girl who answered the phone, "Is there a person with long dark hair, who prepares food, working there?".. She fumbled over the answer and finally said "Yes". I proceeded to tell her that i found a hair. She said and I quote, "What do you want me to do about it?".... I dont know.. Hmm... Have the employees wear hair net maybe? Just a suggestion.... We wont be ordering from here EVER again..
