I placed an order with Jack Pot Pizza and the gentlemen on the phone said he would need to call me back to give me my total. I said fine, as long as it is within 30 minutes. Almost 40 minutes pass by and there is no return call, so I figured they forgot about my order and decided to order from some place else. Not too long after that, I receive call from the owner saying he was in my neighborhood and could not find my house. I told him, no one every called me back and to cancel my order because I never received a total. He says the order is made and is in the car and he is delivering them and wanted my address. I told him again to cancel my order and that I waited almost 40 minutes to receive a call back to pay for the food. I than hung up. The OWNER called me back and left a message saying he would be calling the police on me. How is my fault that a) his business is probably understaffed, b) no one every called me back and c) he lost out on revenue due to the first two? The food might be good, as other reviewers had reported, the OWNER, not an employee, but the OWNER is horrible. If this is how he runs his business I do not foresee his company lasting very long in this economy. Granted, everyone has bad days, but I would expect more from the OWNER of a business. If you do decide to try the pizza you might be better off actually going into the store rather than requesting a delivery.

They are under new ownership and Being new to the area- I had to try this pizza! They delivered to me which Im excited about as only the chain pizza places deliver to my house otherwise. I called to order as I had a special request. I love BBQ chicken pizza. Theirs comes with cheddar but I have a special place in my heart for yummy mozzarella. They complied no hesitation! They truly wanted me to be happy with my pizza. It arrived promptly 45 minutes later which is what he quoted me. The delivery man was very nice especially since my dog ran out and jumped on him! The crust is nice and thick and the super is loaded with toppings. The BBQ chicken pizza though---- oh oh oh. This is fantastic! The sauce is delicious, sweet and tangy. The onions are crisp and the whole pizza nicely toasted from the oven. Mm mm. So good. My only regret is not having ordered garlic butter dip sauce for that yummy crust. Argh! Next time! Next time! Do yourself a favor and get some real pizza instead of those chain ones. :)

UPDATED 2-8-13: So, some people had said bad things about Jackpot, but let me say this, I have had good and bad pizzas from Jackpot. But I have had mostly good and great pizzas from them. They are the closes thing you will find to real 100% scratch kitchen.... Oh, they also update their ordering system... so they will have your information when you call. Ask for Mario! They will take good care of you if you are not happy. :O) ---- I think Jack Pot needs another good review. It is my favorite delivered pizza around town. They do great stuff with pizza crust and toppings. (stuff-crust pun included). I wish they had a computer system so I could just give them my number with out having to tell them everything over and over again each time. I like pizza well enough I do not mind doing to however. Great Job Guys, We Love You! :O)

Jackpot pizza is a very good solid pizza, especially for the price. If youre ordering several pizzas for a party, you cant go wrong here. Very good bang for the buck. I like everything about their pizza. Good crust. Good toppings, cheese, sauce. Nothing stands out as "great", but its good. I do prefer their style of crust (crunchy outside, chewy inside). They were my favorite delivery pizza in the area until Marcos moved in on the other side of Stuebner. But, they are still a close second and far ahead of any other pizza place. Ill alternate on orders, because I actually prefer their crust over Marcos. We just recently tried another place in the area and were severely disappointed. I think next time I get pizza delivered, Ill call Jackpot. (There is no dine-in. Its only take out or delivery)

I loved this pizza! Im new to the area so I wanted to check out some good local food nearby. I ordered a small cheese pizza on a Monday and was told it was be 40-50 minutes for delivery! Whoa, thats quite a wait on a Monday! But I waited. And it paid off...I had my pizza in about 20 minutes. It was cheap and delicious; specifically, I loved their crust. Ill be ordering from them again, but may do pick up if it is a weekend or something.

Their Pizza is delicious!!!! We had a greek salad, The Big Stack, The Ace if Spades, their pizza was a great choice, with a crispy crust and loaded with topics. Go also for their desserts, we had a Smores pizza which was great and more than enough for two!!!! I highly recommend their food!!!!!!!!!

Were from NYC so we know good pizza. Jackpot bakes a darn good pie...always fresh with the right balance of ingredients as to not overpower one another. The owner is a great guy and their specials are extremely reasonable. Keep up the good work guys! The Silvers.

Heather Jacksons lack of Christmas spirit is appalling. I think you should have gone to the grocery store before Christmas and purchased a frozen pizza instead of hating on an establishment that made an error that you couldnt have sympathy for, ON Christmas.

My dad is the owner of this restaraunt, and not to brag or anything, but it is the best pizza ever. You would think that i would get tired of their food, but um still waiting for that to happen lol. But yea, you should definately try it sometime!

They forgot my wings and wouldnt bring them because they were about to close. Very unhappy with the service. I had a whole house to feed. No other place is open on christmas. Disappointed to say the least

The best Pizza in Spring, Texas. Weve lived in this area for nearly 15 yrs. and were always looking for traditional style pizza. You order online, pizza is consistently made, ingredients are always fresh.

We used to order every Friday. Then the changed owners and ingredients. Sauce is too sweet. We drive further now for consistent quality and value.
