We were having our Christmas dinner and called this location to inquire whether I needed to preorder a dozen rolls or if I could just come up. He said I could just come up and they had enough. I got to the location and ordered a dozen rolls and got home. When we opened the box, it was very obvious that they were tiny, store bought rolls. I called and asked for a manager and was told there was not one there. I told the guy on the phone that I had just purchased rolls from him and before I could continue, he interjected and said that the roll machine was down and they didnt know what else to do, so they improvised. I said that he should have told me that both when I called and also when I got there because he charged me full price for store bought rolls when I payed for hartz rolls. He said that he would refund me half the money and I said that was not adequate. We always purchase our rolls from hartz for holiday dinners as do many, many other people and to be deceived in that manner and then charged for it without warning is completely unacceptable!

Heres why my family was the only people around at 7:00 Friday night. Rice is dry and hard like rocks. Corn is chewy and tough. Red beans taste like dogfood. Everything was too salty but the greens are way too salty. Everything is old and dry like its leftover from lunch. And the ice cream maker was turned off. The only good thing was the chicken tenders they made fresh for me. This is unacceptable for Hartz Chicken of The Woodlands. This location should be setting the standard for the others to follow. I hope others will bring attention to this matter and help turn this place around before they go out of business.

I have been buying food from this place for over 10 years. Initially, it was a very nice and friendly place with good food. Within the past 3 years the food and service has been spotty at best. Today, I ordered the 3 piece white meat order which is supposed to include 2 breasts and a wing. Instead I got one breast and two wings. This is the 2nd time in the past 3 months they have pulled this same tactic on me. No apology, nothing. Thats it. Ive had it with their bait-and-switch BS.

I came Monday January 9th and both restrooms were out of order and theres no water in the soda machine, So when I asked about the restrooms an employee said there was no water. My biggest question was how are you washing your hands? I got a shrug and he walked away. I I used the sanitizer and when I got my food, First bite revealed pink chicken. I left.

Well my husband and I were having lunch today, I found a piece of metal in my mashed potatoes. We called someone over to take a look and she said ok, sorry! Are you kidding me. I asked for my money back and they only gave me cost of my buffet back, not my husbands. I am not happy and am going to file a complaint with the BBB.

2nd time eating here. Got sick the first time and wanted to give it a second try. Both times bit into raw chicken. Told management and they tried telling me the blood running off the chicken was sauce. NEVER AGAIN! Dont risk getting food poisoning at this location !

If you go through the drive thru and order 8 pc. all white meat meal they give you 6 wings and 2 breasts. And they charge you extra for ordering all white meat. Hope your not trying to feed 3 or 4 people because 6 wings aint going to do it. Rip off, dont go.

went in at 6 p.m. on a Thursday. chicken livers were hard as stones,chicken was dry mashed potatoes had started to get dry as well.but the rolls were fresh and the place was very clean.

I dont like the taste of the cooking oil that they use but I still go here when craving fried livers and gizzards since its the only place close by that I found serves them.
