The usual place i purchase my crawfish from was out so I came across this Captain Seafood so I called and asked them if they had live crawfish or was it the Frozen crawfish he told me that they were alive before he cooked them but dead when I would get them I should have known by his smart-ass remark i shouldnt have stopped there to get some Crawfish so once I got there I asked him again if the Crawfish were alive before he cook them and once again he said yes so I took them to go and when I got home and took my first bite I know he lied I would have been better off going to a Chinese buffet and eating some crawfish there

Spent about 45 minutes in there Sat. 5/13. Four adults and two children. They brought out one plate at a time. Minutes in between. Finally, my son went to counter and ask where his wife`s plate and mine were. He brought back her plate. I ordered blackened tilapia with fries. Seven minutes later, I still had no plate. Told them to cancel. They said okay. No apologies or reasons. Will not go back.

Grilled shrrimp is waaay over spiced. The broccoli was very dry with out a hint of any seasoning. The owner refused to give us butter claiming they did not serve butter. Oddly, only s few minutes before the man at the next table asked for more butter as we were sitting down and was brought a small tub. Very hostile and unfriendly place with a cold stark atmosphere.

Ive come here a few times and every time i come they were rude and very impatient people.....! My cuzin just order from there and he a worst experience where the soda was flat and he just wanted hes money back for paying for a drink. They just took hes food good back when he told them he still wanted hes food and just throw him hes money back at him.....

The food is awesome, fresh, and always hot. The service is exceptional and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE RESTAURANT IS CLEAN FROM THE FRONT DOOR TO THE RESTROOMS. Well organized and very pleasant environment. I have been about four times since my first visit and will continue to go. I also call my order in and its ready and still hot when I get there!

I used to love this place until yesterday. They put salt instead of Powered sugar on my Beignets. Also me and my father In law got a food borne illness from the shrimp fried rice it was terrible. They need to wash there hands and make sure they are checking the quality and temperatures of the food especially the shrimp. NEVER AGAIN

I love this place my go to for crawfish all year round. They have yet too let me down. Love there fried fish its always taste so crispy n fresh. It never dirty n the service is A1...me n my crew always said we wish it dunt get to popular cuz it was our spot... But it did n still it maintain its same great service.

Ive only lived in Houston for a few months but this place is by far my favorite restaurant so far. Delicious food for ridiculously low prices, the store is always clean, and the servers are kind and welcoming. Will continue being a regular customer at Captains

This place was horrible the boiled shrimp and crab legs were absolutely disgusting. I dont know what kind of seasoning they on the food but it tastes like chicken stock. I will never ever ever eat at this place again

Best crawfish in town, hands down! Their fried rice is amazing and their fried shrimp is super fresh and super good! And at $5.99 a pound for the crawfish, you cant beat it! Absolutely recommended this place!

Its really a 3.5 for me. Good fish, good portion size, good price, but hit & miss on freshness (aka fishiness), but its always hot! Also, sides are no bueno. Fries are hot, so I take them home & hook them up.

Had a fish poboy sandwich, fish was tasty, with light cornbread batter, in a French bread bun stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo sauce. Came with a side of french fries. Will go back for more.
