I wish this wasnt the only Red Lobster in Conroe. If it isnt one thing its another! Ive had the manager try and smoother over bad experiences a couple times from cold food to getting home and realizing you only have half a crab leg. One time they would only give me 3 biscuits on a Togo order because after that they have to charge $1.99 they said (I order 2 ultimate feasts and a kids meal). That only happened once because my husband called and complained about it and that happened to be the same night as the crab leg (or lack of) problem. Now Im waiting here at the bar for an order I placed at 6pm and they said it would take 20 minutes (15to 20 minutes to be exact) and its 6:56pm and Im waiting "on the biscuits." They said it would be a 7 minute wait 12 minutes ago. Here I am. 1 hour later after my 15-20 minute order... Wish me luck the food isnt cold when I get home.

Went in with a companion for her birthday on May 1st. Wasnt crowded at all, but after we were seated and given menus, were never waited on. Sat there for 20 minutes, and was never asked what we wanted to drink, never asked if we wanted to order, nothing. A waiter/waitress never even came to our table. Several passed by, but never stopped. Finally, we just got up and left to find somewhere else to eat. Ive never been in any restaurant and had this happen to me. Horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I feel so bad for these waiters. They are so nice and offer pretty good service yet they have to throw on a BS smile while they bring you a plate full of disappointment. The food was so bad. I get that its red lobster and its a chain, but come on. Blackened seasoning is more than salt cayenne and paprika. Everything was way too salty. I have never had a crab I did not enjoy until I made the poor choice of dining here. It tastes like they cooked it in the seawater it was caught from.

worst restaurant ever!! went there on mothers day and they took forever just to give us a table even though the place only had like 5 tables occupied. i the waiters took so long just to take our order, i got the macaroni and cheese and my mom and dad got the steak, my food was cold my moms steak was uncooked, and my dads steak was burnt! not to mention they took an hour to take our order, never going there ever again!!!

First time ever to go to any Red Lobster and was kind of nervous reading the mixed reviews. We dont go our to eat too often so didnt want to be disappointed. Food was amazing! I got the Surf & Turf and the streak was moise and so flavorful. Lobster tail was to die for. My husband ordered the salmon and he said it was amazing as well. The service was okay but could have been better

Me and my family just came in tonight and were very pleased with the hospitality. Our serever was Adriana, such a sweet girl with a lot of class! Be pleased you have her with you guys! The greetings at the door were great! Our server was great! And the food was great! Very good atmosphere, we. Really enjoyed your place! One of the nicest resturaunts in town!

Very similar to most other Red Lobster restaurant chains, it is a nice one. The only customers that seem to frequent this particular Red Lobster are the elderly. Would much rather eat at Babins seafood restaurant since you are already going to be paying a pretty expensive tab because it is Seafood.

The food is what you would expect from red lobster. What makes it great for me is the service, a couple of months ago we got served by Kenneth and it was one of the best experiences Ive had. Since then weve asked for him each time weve came and hes always on point... keep up the good work Kenneth

Worst service, we ordered and our food came immediately. ...because it belonged to the poor people across from us. My husband ordered lobster, they actually came to our table and said sorry for the delay but they were having a hard time killing the actual lobster.

Worst Red Lobster we have ever gone too.Small portions for high prices.Our food tasted and looked very different from all of the other Red Lobster restaurants we have visited.My husband ordered the Admirals Feast and it was ridiculously small.

I just expected better from my local Red Lobster. Maybe 4:30 isnt a good time to go. Disappointed with the size and quality of the fish. I left wondering if my flounder was actually tilapia. Wont be visiting again anytime soon.

We were greeted quickly and sat, was told our server would be with us shortly. After 5 min we heard servers arguing who was supposed to take care of us. 10 min later still no drinks or order taken. We got up and left.

I had the maple chicken breast with wild rice, and I was pleasantly surprised since its a seafood restaurant. Was absolutely delicious. I definitely would recommend having it.
